Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh antara kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, etos kerja dan iklim kerja baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian populasi karena populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen yang berjumlah 61 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji multikolinieritas. Uji hipotesis dengan analisis regresi ganda, uji t dan korelasi parsial serta sumbangan efektif dan sumbangan relatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, etos kerja  dan iklim kerja secara sendiri maupun bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. 2) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 21, 4%. 3) Etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 22,8%. 4) Iklim kerja berpengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 55,8%. Ini artinya apabila kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, etos kerja dan iklim kerja meningkat secara bersama-sama maka kinerja guru mengalami peningkatan. Sebaliknya apabila kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, etos kerja dan iklim kerja menurun secara bersama-sama maka Kinerja Guru  turut mengalami penurunan. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, etos kerja, iklim kerja, kinerja guru

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are an important instrument in rural economic development which focuses on managing the local potential of villages. BUMDes was formed with the aim of providing necessary services for productive businesses, especially for village communities who are classified as poor. This research aims to find out how the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Program is implemented in Darmasari Village, Bayah District, Lebak Regency. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Qualitative-descriptive research aims to describe the implementation process, provide symptoms, facts or events systematically and accurately and in detail and in depth regarding the Implementation of the Village-Owned Enterprise Program (BUMDes). The research results in the implementation of BUMDes are viewed from the dimensions of size and policy objectives, resource dimensions, characteristics of implementing agents, attitudes/dispositions of implementers, dimensions of the economic, social and political environment. It is hoped that the final conclusion of this research will be the development of a more effective and sustainable BUMDes model in strengthening the village economy, especially in Darmasari Village, Bayah District, Lebak Regency. Abstract

The eradication of Stunting is one form of the Government of Indonesia to carry out the Sustainable Development Goals or often known as Sustainable Development Goals (SGD's) initiated by the United Nations (UN). Pandeglang Regency is one of the districts in Banten Province with the highest number of Stunting children. In order to achieve more decent human welfare, Pandeglang Regency Government tries to reduce the number of Stunting children in Pandeglang Regency through the Integration Program for Action to Prevent Stunting accompanied by other programs related to fulfilling child nutrition to reach the level of age maturity. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Stunting Prevention Action Integration Program in Pandeglang Regency with the research method used is descriptive qualitative. The collection techniques used are primary data with interviews, observations, and documentation while the secondary data techniques used are documents and other secondary data sources. The results showed that the Action Program to Prevent Stunting in Pandeglang Regency has almost succeeded because only one variable has not met the requirements as a policy that almost achieves its goals.
