Abstract

Presence data is an important thing in a company, especially attendance reports which are often used as evidence for leaders in making policies. Sometimes attendance recording is only by filling in attendance or absent data. This can be the difference between workers who arrive on time and those who are late or leave earlier. QR-Code is an evolution of barcode which was originally one-dimensional to two-dimensional. The simple scan technology on this QR-Code can be used as a reference in retrieving worker information. Then the data will be saved automatically through the crew presence application. Only by pointing the mobile phone screen towards the camera, then a scan process is carried out on the QR-Code of the workers. From the tests that have been carried out this technology has been able to scan well, but it takes time to place the cellphone screen to scan QR-Code. This is indicated by a gain of 40% in the time it takes about 3-6 seconds to scan with the distance 6 – 40 cm.Keywords: Presence; Simple Scan; QR-Code AbstrakData presensi penting bagi suatu perusahaan. Laporan kehadiran yang sering dijadikan bukti bagi pimpinan dalam mengambil kebijakan. Terkadang pencatatan presensi hanya dengan mengisi data hadir atau tidak hadir saja. Hal ini dapat menjadi pembeda antara pekerja yang datang tepat waktu dengan yang terlambat atau pulang lebih dahulu. QR-Code merupakan evolusi dari barcode yang awalnya satu dimensi menjadi dua dimensi. Teknologi simple scan pada QR-Code ini dapat dijadikan acuan dalam mengambil informasi pekerja. Yang kemudian data tersebut akan disimpan secara otomatis melalui aplikasi presensi awak kapal. Hanya dengan mengarahkan layar handphone ke arah kamera, kemudian dilakukan proses scan pada QR-Code para pekerja. Dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan teknologi ini sudah dapat melakukan scan dengan baik, namun memerlukan waktu untuk peletakan layar handphone agar QR-Code dapat terbaca. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan perolehan sebanyak 40% pada waktu yang diperlukan sekitar 3-6 detik saat melakukan scan dengan rentang jarak sekitar 6 - 40 cm.

Abstract

In general, at the puskesmas there are many activities such as treatment of diseases, health checks, laboratory tests, immunization of toddlers, and others. The large number of patients causes much problems in archiving data on patient visits for treatment, as well as patient medical records. Meanwhile, the drug data collection is made manually, by conducting a stock of names every month, to check how many drugs have been used by the Puskesmas. After that, at the end of each month, the person in charge of the pharmacy does a recapitulation but there is a discrepancy between the checking results and the remaining stock. To overcome this manual process, a desktop-based application was created to build a system to simplify all the necessary processes, such as the patient visit archiving process which functions to report patient visit data, process medical records directly on the system to make it easier to store data, the process of calculating drug stock. available and do not need stock of name manually. This health service application is made using Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 which stores patient data, medical records, medical personnel, and available drugs so that it can make it easier for medical personnel to record, search, report patient visit data, medical records and facilitate stock calculations drugs in accordance with applicable health service operational standards.

Abstract

The recording and processing of population data is the responsibility of the district/city government, where the implementation begins with the sub-district as the spearhead of population registration. These services need to be done quickly and precisely to get information. But in reality, data processing at the Department of Population and Civil Registry is still done in the form of books or archives, so errors often occur and even data archives are lost or damaged because there are too many records. Therefore, a web-based information system is researched and analyzed which is expected to be able to dynamically store population data and be able to process and create population reports anytime and anywhere without having to take a long time and effort. The result of the research is the success of creating a website that functions as a Population Information System at the Department of Population and Civil Registry, with this website it will be able to assist in managing population data and make it easier to search data and also make population reports. Making a Population Information System at the Population and Civil Registry Office is web-based and is made using the PHP and MySQL programming languages so that the system can be accessed anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah siswa dan tenaga pendidik setiap tahunnya pada tingkat SMA/SMK/MA, hal ini tidak terlepas dari potensi sekolah. Potensi yang dimiliki tiap sekolah masing-masing berbeda, seperti halnya letak sekolah, sumber daya, prestasi yang pernah diraih, sarana dan prasarana. Pemetaan sekolah merupakan faktor penting dari proses perencanaan Pendidikan secara keseluruhan karena sifatnya tidak statis melainkan dinamis mengikuti perkembangan pendidikan yang sedang berlangsung. Pemetaan potensi sekolah sangat diperlukan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin untuk perencanaan strategis agar pembinaan ke sekolah dapat tepat sasaran dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah. Dalam implemantasinya digunakanlah sistem informasi geografis sebagai wadah informasi persebaran pendidikan jenjang SMA/SMK/MA di Kota Banjarmasin untuk keperluan perencanaan, pemantauan, hingga evaluasi hasil-hasil pembangunan Hasilnya adalah sebuah sistem informasi geografis yang dapat memudahkan penggunanya untuk memudahkan untuk menyusun rencana tindak lanjut, dan dengan adanya pemetaan potensi sekolah, kumpulan informasi tertata dengan baik dan dapat dengan mudah diakses kembali untuk keperluan lain, misalnya untuk penganalisian kebutuhan alokasi dana yang akan diberikan kepada sekolah atau untuk pengambilan kebijakan lain

Abstract

Klasifikasi Permukiman Kumuh Di Kecamatan Tamban Catur Kabupaten Kapuas Berbasi Pemrograman Delphi dapat membantu pihak terkait dalam menentukan permukiman kumuh. Metode random forest membantu memberikan hasil yang akurat untuk mengklasifikasikan permukiman kumuh. Klasifikasi dilakukan berdasarkan nilai dari masing-masing kriteria yaitu nilai Keteraturan Bangunan, nilai Kelayakan Jalan Lingkungan, nilai Kebutuhan Air Minum, nilai TPS / TPA, dan nilai Kelayakan Jamban. Masyarakat dapat mengetahui daerah yang termasuk dengan permukiman kumuh, sehingga dapat melakukan pencegahan agar daerah mereka tidak termasuk dalam permukiman kumuh. Penelitian akan menghasilkan aplikasi berbasis pemrograman Delphi yang dapat mengklasfikasikan atau pengelompokkan data berdasarkan data Kecamatan yang sudah diperoleh sehingga diketahui RT mana saja dari masing masing desa yang terindikasi kumuh dan menentukan tingkat kekumuhan masing masing RT. agar mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik, dan juga diharapkan dapat mengurangi faktor subjektifitas dalam penentuan kekumuhan suatu wilayah.

Abstract

Bangsa Indonesia merupakan bangsa yang majemuk karena terdiri atas berbagai suku bangsa yang memiliki keanekaragaman budaya didalamnya. Keanekaragaman tersebut terdapat di berbagai wilayah yang ada di tiap provinsi dari Sabang sampai Merauke. Dibuatlah sebuah game edukasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses belajar anak sekolah kususnya siswa sekolah dasar kelas 5 dalam mempelajari materi tentang mengenal keragaman suku bangsa dan budaya di setiap provinsi Indonesia. Metode pengembangan dalam pembuatan game ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang dibagi menjadi lima tahapan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengkodean, pengujian, dan pengoperasian. Hasil penerapan game edukasi mengenal provinsi-provinsi di indonesia ini menunjukan bahwa game dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam mempelajari keragaman budaya di indonesia. Dengan harapan melalui media game semangat anak untuk belajar tentang budaya Indonesia akan lebih terpacu selain dari mempelajari materi yang diajarkan disekolah.
