Abstract

This study examines the influence of interest on the development of BMT UGT Sidogiri Jakarta Branch by using TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) as the theoretical basis and using PLS (Partial Lease Square) as a tool to measure interest. BMT UGT stands for Baitul Mal wa Tamwil and the Integrated Joint Venture. These two things are part of the name for BMT which was founded by alumni of the Sidogiri Islamic boarding school. This study aims to examine how interest can influence the development of BMT UGT Sidogiri Jakarta Branch. Seeing that more and more people are aware of the prohibition of usury and BMT Sidogiri as one of the financial institutions based on sharia principles and free from usury. In this study, Theory of panned behavior is used as a theoretical basis to see the influence of attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control on members' interests, so that it is from the interests of members that it can be seen how the development of BMT UGT Sidogiri Jakarta Branch. The results of the analysis show that subjective norms have the most positive and significant influence on the development of BMT UGT Sidogiri Jakarta Branch. Subjective norms are the most influential variable on members' interests because external and internal pressures will greatly influence members' behavior. Abstract

This study aims to compare health levels of Islamic Commercial Banks and Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia using descriptive methods. This study uses a measure of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning And Capital (RGEC), where the Risk Profile is measured using the NPL / NPF and LDR ratios, Good Corporate Governance uses the self-assessment results reported in the FSA, Earning uses the ROA ratio and Capital Using the CAR ratio. The comparison results show differences in the soundness of the Sharia Commercial Banks with Conventional Commercial Banks, which generally indicate that the soundness of Sharia Commercial Banks is healthier.

Abstract

Optimalisasi inovasi produk membutuhkan perubahan pelaku usaha mikro dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraannya secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian untuk menganalisis inovasi produk nasabah bank wakaf mikro dengan pendekatan model evolusi sosial. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded theory. Pengumpulan data dari observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Analisis menggunakan design thingking dengan teknik triangulasi. Penelitian bertempat di bank wakaf mikro An-Nawawi Tanara Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian menemukan bahwa penciptaan kesejahteraan nasabah bank wakaf mikro terhadap masyarakat sekitar pondok pesantren dengan mengoptimalkan inovasi produk melalui keterlibatan lembaga pengkajian pangan, obat-obatan dan kosmetika majelis ulama Indonesia (LPPOM-MUI), keterlibatan pemerintah dan lembaga sertifikasi produk. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan design thinking dalam merumuskan solusi meningkatkan inovasi produk nasabah bank wakaf mikro untuk penciptaan kesejahteraan mereka melalui optimalisasi labelisasi halal, merek yang dilindungi hak kekayaan intelektual, pengemasan yang menarik dan kelayakan konsumsi produk. Implikasi penelitian bahwa enam model evolusi sosial menjadi rekomendasi mengoptimalkan inovasi produk bank wakaf mikro.
