Abstract

Imam al-Ghazali perspective, money has two function, those were a medium of exchange and as a unit of account. So, the money demand was for transaction motive and precautionary motive. Depend on, in conventional economics, the function of money was a store of value and wealth that make the demand money is for speculative motive. As the result of this was encourage a person to make money as a business commodity, that can be traded by interest orientation. Because, interest was considered as a price in using money. So, person was more interest in trading money in the non real sector, than used as a transaction in the real sector. This problem could result in the inhibition of the flow of economic activity.Saran sitasi: Rosia, R. (2018).
