Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning in the Islamic Religious Education course in the Covid-19 pandemic situation at the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta (FE-UST). This study is also to evaluate the quality of online learning that has been implemented and as a material for developing an online learning system in the new normal era. The research method used is quantitative with a survey method. The number of samples in this study was 280 students. Collecting data using a survey method with a Likert scale. Data analysis by calculating the percentage of data on each indicator then interpreted the data percentage score and analyzed descriptively on each indicator. The results showed that the effectiveness of online learning in the Islamic Religious Education course in the Covid-19 pandemic situation at FE-UST Yogyakarta reached 74% or it was in a good category. The results of this study are also expected to be a reference in the development of online learning in tertiary institutions and as study material for further research related to the effectiveness of online learning.Keywords: Effectiveness, Online Learning, Islamic Education, Covid-19

Abstract

Bank syariah sebagai perusahaan jasa akan sangat concern terhadap pelayanan pemasaran berbasis syariah (syariah marketing) yang maksimal supaya mampu bertahan di ketatnya persaingan dunia perbankan. Kepuasan nasabah adalah tingkatan dimana anggapan kerja (perceived performance) produk akan sesuai dengan harapan seorang nasabah). Kualitas layanan adalah faktor penting yang membentuk kepuasan nasabah. Pemasaran spiritual adalah sebuah disiplin bisnis strategis yang mengarahkan proses penciptaan, penawaran, dan perubahan nilai dari satu inisiator kepada stakeholdernya yang dalam keseluruhan prosesnya sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip dalam Islam. Permasalahan penelitian dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Apakah kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Yogyakarta dan Purwokerto, (2) Apakah kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Yogyakarta dan Purwokerto, (3) Apakah  pengaruh pemasaran spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Yogyakarta dan Purwokerto, (4) Apakah kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan pemasaran spiritual secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Yogyakarta dan Purwokerto. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Bank BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Yogyakarta dan Purwokerto dengan sampel sebanyak 200 nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Nonprobability Sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan layanan, Kualitas produk, Pemasaran spiritual, Kepuasan nasabah

Abstract

The age of the students in primary school is at the concrete operational phase. A child at the concrete operational stadium is able to think operationally with a condition that his or her thinking material is in a concrete manner. Thus, it needs a research to figure out how the learning design is to build the religious and creative character. This research is conducted using the qualitative subject and object taking the background of State Primary School of Rejowinangun 1 Yogyakarta. The data was collected by means of observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis was conducted by defining the data collected and then a conclusion is made. The data validity was examined through the triangulation technique. The result of the research showed that the learning design of scientific-cum-doctriner-based Islamic education started from the need analysis of the student, objective design, materials, steps, sources and learning evaluation. The building of religious and creative character can result in: the habit to say salaam (greeting), doing a frugal behaviour as taught by the Prophet of Muhammad SAW, able to read the short Qur’an verses before starting to study, doing Shalat in congregation, doing Shalat Dhuha, doing Shalat punctually, implementing the readings and invoking after shalat, greeting firstly when meeting other people, buying the goods as needed and saving. Having a habit to read the book in the spare time and showing the active behaviour in the class.
