Abstract

Library is an important element in supporting the success of learning activities. Therefore library management should be maximized. The function of the library in general is as a source of learning because in there available various library materials, but the problem is a lot of libraries especially library school of primary school (SD) which management is less than the maximum. Source of data in this research were principal, librarian, teacher, and student. Data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis was used the method of reduction and tested with the test credibility.  This study aims to determine the various obstacles and efforts that make the school library as Iqro’ Center for students primary state of Bangetayu Wetan 02. Iqro' Center is the concept of Islamic library which aims to make the library as a center of student activities in reading and discussion according to QS. Al-'Alaq verses 1-5. The results showed that the biggest obstacle of this library is the absence of librarians so that circulation services are not running. These constraints can be overcome by fulfillment of librarians. In accordance with the results of interviews, to make the school library as Iqro’ Center for business students that need to do is to adjust the library materials to the needs of students, as well as the need for motivation from teachers to build reading interest in students. Therefore, in managing the library should involve teachers and students because they are the library users.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe: (1) planning (2) organizing; (3) implementation: and (4) inclusive learning assessment system at the Salatiga White Bee School of Life. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the Principal and facilitator. Data collection techniques used semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies which were then analyzed by data reduction, data display, and drawing data conclusions. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) planning includes; the curriculum used is KTSP with some modifications, facilitators, and school consultants are involved in setting learning plans; (2) organization includes; organizing learning layouts, learning resources, and methods and media in learning, (3) implementation includes; development of life skills and finding identities, prioritizing enjoyable learning, and facilitators who help ABK, and (4) the assessment system includes; authentic appraisers, and report cards for ABK.

Abstract

The English Language Education Study Program of Sultan Agung Islamic University (Unissula) has formulated a vision to become a leading study program in building the generation of khaira ummah, developing science and technology on the basis of Islamic values, and building Islamic civilization towards a prosperous society blessed by Allah. The effort to realize this vision was carried out through the implementation of Islamic Academic Culture as an implementation of fostering students who gave birth to the best generation. This study aims to (1) find a student development management model based on Islamic Academic Culture at Sultan Agung Islamic University, (2) find a model of personality development competence in English Education Study Program students as prospective teachers. This research was conducted at Sultan Agung Islamic University. The study population was students of the English Language Study Program, Dean and Deputy Dean of Academic and Student Affairs. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data then were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that (1) The factual model that has been carried out by Unissula in student development is based on three guidelines in its management, namely Unissula's vision, Unissula's Strategic Plan (Renstra), and Islamic Academic Culture values. The student development program is generally carried out through three stages, namely the initial stage when new students enter, coaching is done through the Pekan Taaruf program, the second stage, when becoming a student, guidance is carried out through tutorials, reasoning, leadership, entrepreneurship, and interest-sharing programs. talent. In the third stage of training before graduation students, it is conducted through a debriefing program; (2) the model of Islamic Academic Culture-based student development is effectively used in an effort to improve the personal competence of English Education Study Program students.

Abstract

Keterampilan mengajar guru penting dalam proses pembelajaran karena salah satu cara guru dapat melakukannya sehingga proses pembelajaran di kelas menumbuhkan kegiatan belajar siswa yang efektif. Aktivitas adalah prinsip penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan siswa tidak cukup hanya dengan mendengarkan dan membuat catatan, tetapi lebih kompleks dari itu. Semakin tinggi kegiatan belajar siswa, semakin tinggi peluang keberhasilan pengajaran. Ini berarti keterampilan mengajar guru harus mampu membuat siswa merangsang berbagai kegiatan belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap aktivitas siswa di SD Negeri 04 Loning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif tepatnya desain penelitian ex - post facto dengan menggunakan korelasi. Sedangkan untuk analisis penyuling data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 16.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari data diperoleh nilai t = 7,408 dengan siginifakansi 0,000 <0,05 maka Ho ditolak artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa.

Abstract

Profil pelajar pancasila merupakan sikap atau karakter yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai luhur pancasila. Profil Pelajar Pancasila menjadi kompetensi dan karakter yang harus dimiliki pelajar di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar dalam  profil pelajar pancasila siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 84 guru kelas satu dan kelas empat di 42 Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Mranggen Demak.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata 31,38, Nilai tengah 31, Nilai yang sering muncul 30, Nilai terendah 26, Nilai tertinggi 37, Standar deviasi 1,999 dan variansnya 3,998 untuk variabel kurikulum merdeka belajar. Sedangkan pada variabel profil pelajar pancasila diperoleh nilai rata-ratanya 26,81, Nilai Tengah 27, Nilai yang sering muncul 27, Nilai Terendah 20, Nilai Tertinggi 33, Standar deviasi 2,442, dan variansnya 5,963.  Dari hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel X telah memenuhi tujuh indikator  variabel kurikulum merdeka belajar dan untuk variabel Y telah memenuhi enam indikator profil pelajar pancasila. Hasil analisis data penyebaran angket tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar dalam Profil Pelajar Pancasila siswa sekolah dasar dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik.
