Abstract

Blora Regency is one of regencies in Central Java conducting simultaneously the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) whose responsibility is delegated to the National Land Agency (BPN) Blora. In doing filing related to the file recapitulation, BPN Blora create a policy for the provision of Parent Number meantime to ease the recapitulation of the field which will be registered in PTSL. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL), factors that become obstacles in the implementation of PTSL and to determine the policy of the Master Numbers While (NIS) as a solution Blora District Land Office in the implementation of PTSL.The method used in this research is juridical empirical specification is descriptive analytical research and data collection was obtained from library research and interviews. After data collection is done, then the data is analyzed qualitatively.It can be concluded that the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) has many constraints among which the cost of land tax payable, the limited number of human resources and infrastructure, land disputes absente, maximum advantages and wastelands and the difficulty of applying the principle of contradictoire delimitatie. To overcome these obstacles BPN Blora do some solutions, among others, added the officer measurement with tool support, expand facilities and infrastructure, especially computers and printers, repair Internet network as well as the policy of Identification Number While (NIS) as a solution to the District Land Office Blora in the implementation PTSL that facilitate more efficient file search. Keywords:  Land Registration; Identification Number While (NIS); PTSL.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: 1) Determine the implementation of binding guarantee term deposit certificate as collateral credit on the loan agreement. 2) The role of the notary in binding guarantee term deposit certificate as collateral on the loan agreement. 3) Analyze the challenges and solutions for binding guarantee term deposit certificate as collateral credit on the loan agreement (case study in Kanca BRI Blora). The method is a juridical sociological approach to the specification of descriptive analytical research. Sources of data obtained through interviews and literature.Based on the research results implementation binding guarantee slip deposits as collateral on the loan agreement in BRI Blora starting from the stage of the loan application, the stage of the agreement and the making of the loan agreement, the stage of a deed binding guarantee deposit slip, the submission phase objects assurance, the stage of the authorization, and blocking stage or in the event of default. In binding guarantee term deposit certificate as collateral on the loan agreement in Kanca BRI Blora, Notary make a letter of agreement and binding guarantee deposit slips. Barriers just a lack of understanding about people who do the will of credit, so the solution the Bank must give a detailed explanation before binding treaty process.Keywords : Collateral Credit; Guarantees Binding; Temporary Bilyet Deposits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were: 1) to identify and analyze the role of the notary to manufacture special power of attorney notarized deed oath in filing for divorce in the Religious Court. 2) To identify and analyze the constraints notary in the manufacture of a special power of attorney notarized deed oath in filing for divorce in the Religious Court. The data used in this study are primary data, secondary data, and the data to support the assessment tertiary then analyzed with normative juridical method. Based on the results of data analysis concluded that: 1) In the implementation of the signing of the deed notarized power of special oath divorce in filing for divorce in the Religious of the parties, giving the power of attorney privilege and receiving power of attorney privilege to be present and facing the notary as the deed notarized letter The special power, because the authorizing unable to attend the oath of divorce in the Religious; 2) The provisions of the terms to make a notarized certificate of the applicant should include both the giver and the recipient of a special power of attorney and shown directly to the notary who will make the notary deed so that certificates can be made in accordance with existing procedures.Keywords: Notary; Special Power of Attorney; Notary Deed
