The study of the physic stability and the preparation pH of anti-acne cream containing 2% salicylic acid as Formula I, 2% salicylic acid and 3% tea tree oil as Formula II, 2% salicylic acid and alpha hydroxy acid which is glycolic acid as Formula III, with a combination of stearyl alcohol and cetyl alcohol as the base cream that is stored in the climatic chamber at 40 ° C ± 2 ° C / 75% RH ± 5% for 31 days. The physics stability observation occured in the day 0th, 5th, 15th and 31th. The data observations of cream preparation physical stability during storage time which include organoleptic, viscosity, flow properties, emulsion type, density, droplet size and pH are being analyzed using the method one-way ANOVA (α = 0,05). The data result showed that the cream preparation of Formula I and The results showed that the cream preparation of Formula I and Formula III unstable physics on organoleptic parameters, density, droplet size and pH.Formula III are unstable physically on organoleptic parameters, density, droplet size and pH. The data result of formula II showed that the preparation is physically unstable on organoleptic parameters, viscosity, density, droplet size and pH. So it can be said that those three formulas are unstable in physics and pH.
