Abstract

The influence lead metal on DNA integrity in leaf plant can measure by potential effects of pollutantsaccumulation metal, Pb in leaf plant Phragmites australis was subjected to RAPD analysis, have been foundmetal at concentrations of S1, S2,S3 (0.045 , 2.97, 0.93) Respectively. polymorphisms became evident asthe presence and absence of DNA fragments in affected samples compared to effect samples. Five primewas selected OP-L05, OP-M14, OP-M20, OP-V09 and OP-M05 were used , the genomic DNA of leaf didnot appear polymorphic band at OP-L05 except molecular weight 600bp and presence of polymorphic band,OP-M20 show only polymorphic band at 850bp,OP-M05 did not show any polymorphisms and OP-M14,OP-V09 primers appeared polymorphisms when compare unexposed in control, this study confirmed RAPDmarkers a fast and simple technique can be used detection of forensic environmental.

Abstract

The domestic legal systems have shown an interest that varies from one system to another in the environment in which man lives. In the pursuit of progress and advancement, man has achieved great success in various fields, but on the other hand, he has contributed intentionally and unintentionally to harm the environment in which he lives, and the reaction of States when recognizing the dangers posed to the environment in an initiative to work to support their domestic laws to The adoption of programs and plans for the protection and preservation of the environment within the limits of its regional competence and the development of some laws and regulations in the field of the environment, which led to the flourishing support for domestic law in many countries, especially the developed world in the field of the environment, which led to the emergence of a series of national legislation However, efforts to protect and preserve the environment at the domestic level cannot lead to achieving their goals unless they are coupled with efforts at the other level, namely international relations, because the field of the environment highlights the close link between domestic and international law. The environment for natural and geographical considerations is ultimately only one integrated and connected in a natural format. Keywords: Environmental Law, Pollution.

Abstract

Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry   (ICP-MS) and high-performance liquid chromatography hyphenated were used cyanide determination. Samples preparation, digestion, and extraction efficiency. Analytical methods for the determination of total acute toxicity of cyanide at temperatures from 4- 24 and dissolved oxygen 6.1±0.4 mg/L on different stages of five basic sites of Euphrates rivers water were more sensitive at lower temperatures. Results have been obtained from analysis of water samples with recoveries of 88.1% to 100 % and Relative Standard Deviations (RSD) of <0.05 %. This study proves the potential application of the newly developed method for the analysis of free cyanide in river waters while the study time we could not get any kind of fish especially after the mortality in November 2018.Keywords:  Hydrogen Cyanide, Euphrates, River water.

Abstract

This study was conducted to indicate Isotopic Stable Radioactive element (ISRe) of the Iraqi marshes by using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to implement the comparing these elements with World Health Organization elements (WHO), and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), this study achieved in several phases: Work included access to geographical data in six main stations of the Missan governorate (Al- Auda Marsh, Al- Battat Marsh ) during October 2016 period and selection of environmental factors Water and Soil . Results of water in all stations under study showed low concentrations of ISRe Pb212, Pb214,Pb138  and the remaining elements varied and mostly similar limited factors with natural boundaries of water bodies, A little increase come from of some pollutants that are discharged from the water drainage or waste populated .The soil samples showed ISRe, Pb214, Pb212, Pb138 , this may be due to the disintegration of the former previous radioactive element in the same region after wars or explosions , the remaining elements were found in variable concentrations . This database considered as a very important for environmental risks and health in aquatic environmental of marsh which can be updated through a unified future other periodic data. It is one of the method efforts of research for the Iraqi marshes because it represents the concept of ecological zones are covering relatively large areas in southern Iraq, which have a distinctive character of the natural geography of different types so there is a relationship between organisms and their environment an important in an aquatic ecosystem of the food chain. Keywords: Iraqi marsh, Pollution, Bioindicator, Isotopic Stable Radioactive.
