Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana struktur pasar serta hubungan antara tenaga kerja dan kapital dalam proses produksi produk olahan kayu setengah jadi PT. Yori Masa Company tahun 2015. Struktur pasar untuk jenis pasar output dan pasar input. Serta, hubungan antara tenaga kerja dan kapital dalam proses produksi untuk menghasilkan output Hasil yang didapatkan struktur pasar untuk jenis output adalah pasar oligopoli dan jenis pasar input adalah pasar oligopsoni, sedangkan hubungan antara tenaga kerja dan kapital memiliki dua kondisi yaitu ketika mesin produksi beroperasi secara normal atau hubungan komplementer dan ketika mesin produksi mengalami gangguan untuk beroperasi atau hubungan substitusi. Kata kunci: struktur pasar, tenaga kerja, capital, industri produk olahan kayu setengah jadi Abstract This study aims to analyze how the market structure and the relationship between labor and capital in the process of production of semi-finished wood products PT. Yori Masa Company in 2015. The structure of the market for this type of market output and input markets. As well, the relationship between labor and capital in the production process to generate output results obtained structure of the market for this type of output is an oligopoly market and the type of input market is a market oligopsonistic, while the relationship between labor and capital has two conditions, namely when a production machine is operating normally or a complementary relationship and when the production machine impaired to operate or substitution relationship.
