Abstract

Abstrak            Pada dasarnya kelahiran sebuah sekolah merupakan refleksi dari kondisi masyarakat. Sehingga secara alamiah hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat harus selalu terjaga. Faktanya bahwa tidak semua sekolah dapat menjaga relasi tersebut, bahkan mengabaikan posisi masyarakat. Padahal pelanggan utama layanan pendidikan adalah masyarakat. Kemampuan sekolah untuk selalu relevan dengan kondisi masyarakat adalah pertanda kualitas sekolah tersebut. Dalam kondisi demikian peran organ kehumasan dalam lembaga pendidikan menjadi penting dalam menjaga ikatan antara sekolah dengan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Humas, Kualitas, Pengelolaan Lembaga Pendidikan Abstract            Basically the birth of a school is a reflection of the condition of the community. So that naturally school and community relations must always be maintained. The fact is that not all schools can maintain these relationships, even ignore the position of the community. Though the main customers of education services are the community. The ability of schools to always be relevant to the conditions of the community is a sign of the quality of the school.
