Abstract

Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kinerja, KualitasAbstractThis article aims to provide an overview of leadership roles in improving the performance of educational institutions. This view is based on the transformational leadership paradigm which emphasizes that the success or decline of an organization is largely determined by leadership. Therefore, it is necessary to apply leadership functions in the context of the progress of an organization. This mission also applies to educational institutions that are openly experiencing competitive conditions. To be able to win the competition, performance needs to be improved, which is supported by relevant leadership. This article finds the proper implementation of leadership functions in Ummushabri, which in this study is limited to the MI level. It is clear that the superior performance of school members is the result of good leadership. Keywords: Leadership, Performance, Quality

Abstract

Kata Kunci:   Daerah Perbatasan, Kronika, Kebijakan   PembangunanAbstract            Border areas or suburbs are still "homework" in national development. If neighboring countries such as Malaysia position the border area as a window, it is different from Indonesia which has turned its back on these areas. The chronic treatment found hope in Nawacita, one of which points to nation-building from the periphery, based on the countryside. The derivation is more attention to the outermost, remote, and leading regions. The spirit of Nawacita is faced with the reality of the tradition that was formed since regional autonomy was rolled out. The small kings in the district / city have not gone far to develop a comprehensive development scenario, in line with the latest national spirit. In this context, it can be seen in plain view, border areas such as Kota Bangun Village, South Konawe Regency, which are one example of the lack of meeting with national spirit and local enthusiasm. As a expansion area, South Konawe carries the burden of its dominant community with village traditions. The change of leadership is also not a guarantee of the diversion of various development problems. The vision of a "great village" must be reduced to a more concrete level, so that the benefits to the community are felt. Keywords: Border Areas, Chronics, Development Policies
