Abstract

Rendahnya kunjungan fisik ke perpustakaan perguruan tinggi di era disrupsi digital menjadi tantangan serius bagi budaya literasi mahasiswa. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan kehadiran mahasiswa di Perpustakaan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta melalui strategi Library Visitor Engagement berbasis kampanye digital. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action yang meliputi tahap persiapan konten kreatif, diseminasi melalui media sosial Instagram dan website fakultas, serta program rekognisi "Si Paling Perpus". Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan efektivitas kampanye digital yang cukup tinggi, terlihat dari 3.003 tayangan pada video edukasi praktis dan tingginya interaksi pada konten rekognisi. Dampak nyata terlihat pada total kunjungan fisik tahun 2025 yang mencapai 11.102 kunjungan, dengan puncak kunjungan bulanan melampaui 2.859 orang dibanding kunjungan pada tahun sebelumnya yang hanya mencapai 5.100 kunjungan. Program ini berhasil mentransformasi citra perpustakaan menjadi pusat aktivitas akademik yang inklusif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan mahasiswa.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the level of success in empowering mustahik using zakat funds in the One Million Berdaya Program at the Al Azhar Amil Zakat Institution. The success level of zakat empowerment is measured using the CIBEST (Center of Islamic Business and Economic Studies) method. The CIBEST method is a method used to measure the material and spiritual index values of households, in this case the mustahik who are beneficiaries of the One Million Berdaya Program based on the CIBEST Quadrant. The research results showed that the welfare index value of mustahik increased after receiving program benefits by 31.6%. Apart from an increase in the welfare index value, there was a decrease in the material poverty index value after receiving program benefits by 54.5%

Abstract

The phenomenon of jobless growth in Indonesia indicates that economic growth and the expansion of employment opportunities have not been fully accompanied by a reduction in the unemployment rate. This study aims to analyze the effects of the employment rate, Islamic working capital financing, education—proxied by the average years of schooling—and technological development on the open unemployment rate in Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative approach using time-series data and the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method. The results show that all variables are jointly significant; however, partially, most variables do not exhibit significant effects in the long run. These findings confirm the presence of structural jobless growth and highlight the importance of labor policies that emphasize job quality and the alignment of workforce skills with market demands.
