Abstract

The market is generally divided into two, namely traditional markets and modern markets. Traditional market is a market that has a simple buying and selling activities, there is a bargain with a means of payment in the form of cash. In addition, the market is not only a place for the community in meeting the daily needs, but also the center of the community's economic drive. Traditional market is an important channel in the distribution process of agribusiness products as big as food product of daily necessities. The competition of traditional markets and modern markets is getting tighter. The government is trying to assist the development of traditional markets in order to compete with modern markets by planning the revitalization and fostering of market management so that not only physical improvements are made but also services and market management mangement. Related to this problem is capital strategy applied by traditional market trader Soponyono in face of tight competition with modern market. This research method is descriptive study by using qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through (1) indepth interview, in-depth interviews until the data obtained is considered sufficient and (2) observation that is observing the learning process undertaken. The process of data analysis using capital strategy theory. The selection of this theory is based on the object of research that is Soponyono Surabaya Market so that it can know more deeply about the capital process of Soponyono market traders related to the problem of competition with modern market Based on the result of research known that capital strategy of traditional traders in facing modern market through banking funding, Private capital and BKM and BMT. Abstract

The purpose of this reasecrh is to review nyadran tradition in young family (20-39 years) at Margorejo Village. The result of this reasecrh showed that: (1) Most of young family leader 58,73% has perception knowing but less understanding about meaning of nyadran tradition. (2) Most of young family leader 52,38% has perception less knowing and less understanding about the purpose of nyadran tradition. (3) Most of young family leader 52,38% perception less knowing and less understanding about function of nyadran tardition. (4) The factors that causing young family leader not implementing nyadran tradition are because the high level education that made young family thinking more rational and made young family work outside the village, lack of recognition from culture experts in introduction nyadran tradition, and lack of stimulant for for activities in introduction of nyadran tradition.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tradisi nyadran dalam pandangan keluarga muda (20-39 tahun)   di Desa Margorejo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sejumlah 58,73 % atau sebanyak 37 kepala keluarga memiliki pandangan mengerti tetapi kurang memahami mengenai pengertian tardisi nyadran. (2) Sejumlah 52,38% atau sebanyak 33 kepala keluarga muda memiliki pemahaman kurang mengerti dan kurang memahami terhadap tujuan tradisi nyadran.(3) Sejumlah 49,20% atau 31 kepala keluarga memiliki pemahaman kurang mengerti dan kurang memahami terhadap fungsi  tradisi nyadran.(4) Faktor penyebab keluarga muda tidak melaksanakan tradisi nyadran adalah tingkat pendidikan yang tinggi membuat kepala keluarga berpikir lebih rasional dan karena tidak pendidikan yang tinggi membuat kepala keluarga lebih banyak yang bekerja di luar desa, kurangnya peranan sesepuh desa, perangkat desa dan juga orang tua, dan tidak adanya perangsang bagi aktivitas-aktivitas dalam pengenalan tradisi nyadran.Kata kunci: keluarga muda, lampung, nyadran, pandangan
