Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the efficiency of working capital and profitability at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk in Baturaja for the period 2013-2017. The method used in this study is the analysis of working capital efficiency ratio consisting of working turnover ratio, inventory turnover ratio, total asset turnover ratio and profitability ratio analysis consisting of from the ratio of gross profit margin (gross profit margin), the ratio of net profit (net profit margin), economic rentability ratio (basic earnings power, return on investment ratio and return on equity). The working capital efficiency ratio in the working capital turnover ratio always increases with an average ratio of 164,87%, while the inventory turnover ratio always decreases with an average ratio of 372,62% and total assets turnover ratio ( total asset turnover ratio) also always decreases with an average ratio of 38,97%. The profitability ratio in the gross profit margin ratio always increases with an average ratio of 51,07%, while the ratio of net profit (net profit margin) decreases with an average ratio of 21,72%, the ratio of economic profitability (basic earnings power) has decreased with an average ratio of 10,79% and the return on investment ratio (return on investment) has decreased with an average ratio of 8,48% and an equity return ratio (return on equity) also experienced decrease with an average ratio of 10,96%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Harga Kopi Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Pada Distributor Al-Azaam di Kecamatan Sungai Are, Kabupaten OKU Selatan. Dengan Perumusan masalah bagaimana pengaruh harga kopi terhadap pendapatan petani pada distributor Al-Azaam di Kecamatan Sungai Are Kabupaten OKU Selatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi review dan studi pustaka. adapun teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif dengan model penelitian berupa analisi regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi serta pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan mengenai pengaruh harga kopi terhadap pendapatan petani dengan bantuan data kuesioner didapatkan hasil menunjukan bahwa harga kopi berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani Pada Distributor Al-Azaam di Kecamatan Sungai Are, Kabupaten OKU Selatan.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada cv sumber berkat mandiri di baturaj. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang diperoleh persamaan hasil regresi linear berganda Y=5.141+0,484X₁+0,285X₂. Adapun hasil nilai R koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh dengan tabel pedoman interpretasi, maka dapat dilihat bahwa r = 0,760 berada pada interval 0,60-0,79 berarti hubungan antara Kecerdasan Intelektual (X₁) dan Kecerdasan Emosional (X₂) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada CV Sumber Berkat Mandiri di Baturaja adalah kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi R squarese besar 0,578 hal ini berarti bahwa pengaruh variabel Kecerdasan Intelektual (X₁) dan Kecerdasan Emosional (X₂) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 57,8 %. Pengujian hipotesis uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa diketahui nilai variabel Kecerdasan Intelektual t hitung > t tabel atau 4,320 > 2,036. Kemudian variabel Kecerdasan Emosional diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 2,399 > 2,036. Hal ini bahwa Kecerdasan Intelektual dan Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Sumber Berkat Mandir di Baturaja. Pengujian hipotesis uji F diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau 21.922 > 3,29. Hal ini berarti bahwa Kecerdasan Intelektual dan Kecerdasan Emosional secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Sumber Berkat Mandiri di Baturaja.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Service Quality in the Indihome Application Network on Customer Satisfaction at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Datel Baturaja. With the formulation of the problem of how much influence the quality of service in the indihome application network on customer satisfaction at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Datel Bauraja. The research method uses descriptive methods, data collection techniques use interviews, observations, questionnaires, review documentation and literature study. As for the sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique with qualitative data analysis techniques and quantitative data analysis with research models in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the variable efficiency (X1) fulfillment (X2) and availability (X3) on the customer satisfaction variable (Y) at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Datel Baturaja. As for the privacy variable (X4) there is no influence of the privacy variable (X4) on the customer satisfaction variable (Y) at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Datel Baturaja. Simultaneous testing states that there is an effect of variable efficiency (X1) fulfillment (X2), availability (X3) and privacy (X4) on the customer satisfaction variable (Y) at PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Datel Baturaja.

Abstract

This study aims to how much influence service excellence has on customer loyalty at regional drinking water companies (PDAM) in Baturaja. The research method used is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. The population in this study are customers at regional drinking water companies (PDAMs) in Baturaja, in 2021 totaling 17,000 customers using non-probability sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 99 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out with the results of simple linear regression Y = 5,100 + 0,796 X. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis are 0,843. From this value, it can be interpreted that the relationship between service excellence (X) and customer loyalty (Y) is very strong. The result of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) or R Square is 0.710 or 71%. This shows that customer loyalty (Y) is influenced by 71% by service excellence (X), while the remaining 29% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Hypothesis testing (t test) was carried out to determine whether there was a significant effect between the service excellence variable (X) on the customer loyalty variable (Y), it is known that the tcount value is higher than the ttable value, namely 15,415 > 1,984 meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence. service excellence has a significant impact on customer loyalty to regional drinking water companies (PDAMs) in Baturaja.

Abstract

This study aims to how the influence of venture capital on the productivity of the tempeh business in Maju Bersama MSMEs in Gunung Meraksa Village, Lubuk Batang District, OKU Regency. The method in this study used a descriptive method. The data analysis technique in this study is quantitative data analysis, which is directed to answer the problem formulation or test the hypotheses that have been formulated, because the data is quantitative, the data analysis technique uses available statistical methods. The results of the study explain that there is an effect of working capital on business productivity with the results of a simple linear regression equation that is Y=5.423 + 0.752X, and the correlation value is 0.872. This shows that the relationship between the independent variable, namely business capital and the dependent variable, is very strong. While the number r square (Coefficient of Determination) is 0.760, this value indicates that the contribution of the independent variable, namely venture capital with the dependent variable, namely business productivity, simultaneously is 76% while the remaining 24% is not examined in this study. Hypothesis testing from the data obtained t-count variable X is 9.256 where the t-count value is more than the t-table value (9.256>1.703), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a partial influence between the variable venture capital (X) and the variable business productivity (Y) in MSMEs Forward Together in Gunung Meraksa Village.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of shopping lifestyle and fasion attraction on online shopping impulsive buying behavior (a case study on STIE Dwi Sakti Baturaja students). This research method uses descriptive method. The data analysis technique used in this study uses quantitative data analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it was found that the correlation coefficient value was R = 0.774 in the interval 0.60-0.79 meaning that the relationship between lifestyle (X₁) and fashion interest (X₂) on online shopping impulsive buying behavior (Y) is strong. The coefficient of determination R square is 0.598, this means that the influence of lifestyle variable (X₁) and fashion interest (X₂) on online shopping (Y) impulsive buying behavior is 59.8%, while the remaining 40.2% can be explained by factors which were not examined in this study. The results of the t test and F test show that lifestyle and fashion interest partially and simultaneously influence online shopping impulsive buying behavior among STIE Dwi Sakti students in Baturaja. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of segmenting, targeting and positioning on theeffectiveness of the marketing strategy at Encar Daihatsu Baturaja Branch. This research uses descriptiveresearch method. The results of the research and discussion obtained multiple linear regression asfollows: Y = 0.395 + 0.409 X1 + 0.114 X2 + 0.427 X3. The correlation coefficient value of 0.817 based onthe correlation coefficient interval can be stated that the relationship between segmenting (X1), targeting(X2) and positioning (X3) variables on the effectiveness of marketing strategy (Y) is strong, because it is inthe interval 0.60-0.799. Testing the hypothesis that produces a calculated t value for the segmentingvariable is (1.415) < t table (2.17881) this means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning thatthere is no effect of segmenting on the effectiveness of the marketing strategy at Encar Daihatsu BaturajaBranch. The calculated t value of the targeting variable is (0.498) <t table (2.17881) this means that Ho isaccepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no effect of targeting on the effectiveness of themarketing strategy at Encar Daihatsu, Baturaja Branch. The t value of the positioning variable is (1.708) <ttable (2.17881) this means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no positioningeffect on the effectiveness of the marketing strategy at Encar Daihatsu, Baturaja Branch. While the resultsof the F test obtained the value of Fcount (3.315) < Ftable (3.49) means rejecting Ha and accepting Ho.Thus segmenting (X1), targeting (X2), positioning (X3) simultaneously does not affect the effectiveness ofthe marketing strategy at Encar Daihatsu Baturaja Branch (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influenced the demand for rail transportation services during the Covid-19 pandemic at Baturaja Station, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The results showed that the relationship between all independent variables, namely price (X1), time (X2), and service (X3) to the dependent variable, namely service demand (Y) was strong. The coefficient of determination of R Square is 0.535 or 53.5%. This value indicates that the contribution of all independent variables, namely price (X1), time (X2), and service (X3), is 53.5% of the dependent variable service demand (Y). The tcount coefficient of the price variable (X1) is 2.972 where tcount > ttable (2.972 > 1.986) means that there is an effect of price (X1) on the demand for services (Y) for rail transport at the Baturaja station, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The tcount coefficient of the time variable (X2) is 0.688 where tcount < ttable (0.688 <1.986) means that there is no effect of time (X2) on the demand for services (Y) for rail transport at the Baturaja station, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The tcount coefficient of the service variable (X3) is 5.049 where tcount > ttable (5.049 > 1.986) means that there is an influence of service (X3) on the demand for services (Y) of rail transport at the Baturaja station, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The F test obtained the results of fcount > ftable which is equal to (35.682 > 2.70) this means that price (X1), time (X2), and service (X3) have an influence on the demand for services (Y) for rail transport at Baturaja station, Ogan Regency Komering Ulu.
