Abstract

The halaqah method in practice has been applied in various joints of human life, including in formal educational institutions to da'wah institutions. However, the application of the halaqah method in the home seems to be very rare. In terms of family law a strong bond between father and mother will be formed as da'i with mad'u (recipient of the message) who is also his children. The focus of his research is how halaqah is applied at home as an effort to strengthen family Islam. Through field research with the approach of psychological proselytizing, it was found that in family halaqah activities not only messages are easily absorbed, but mental contact between da'i to mad'u, even between mad'u and other mad'u will be absorbed well. In addition, in halaqah not only is the understanding of family Islam increasing, but the communication and intimacy of family members are increasingly well realized. Furthermore, from this study found a new formulation in strengthening Islamic through halaqah, namely: The house became the center of the formation of family quran personality, and the stronghold of negative social media, and the House as a medium of family counseling. Keywords: Halaqah, and the Formation of the Soul Qur'ani Metode halaqah pada praktiknya telah diterapkan di berbagai sendi kehidupan manusia termasuk di lembaga-lembaga pendidikan formal hingga di lembaga-lembaga dakwah. Namun penerapan metode halaqah dalam rumah nampaknya masih sangat jarang Padahal dalam halaqah keluarga akan terbentuk suatu ikatan yang kuat antara ayah dan ibu sebagai da’i dengan mad’u (penerima pesan) yang juga merupakan anak-anaknya. fokus penelitiannya adalah bagaimana halaqah diterapkan di rumah sebagai upaya penguatan keislaman keluarga. Melalui penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan psikologi dakwah, ditemukan bahwa dalam kegiatan halaqah keluarga tidak hanya pesan yang mudah diserap, tetapi kontak mental antara da’i terhadap mad’u, bahkan antar mad’u dengan mad’u yang lain akan terserap secara baik. Selain itu, dalam halaqah bukan hanya pemahaman keislaman keluarga yang meningkat, tetapi komunikasi dan keintiman anggota keluarga semakin terealisasi dengan baik. Selanjutnya dari penelitian ini ditemukan adanya formulasi baru dalam penguatan keislaman melalui halaqah, yaitu: Rumah menjadi pusat pembentukan kepribadian qur’ani keluarga, dan benteng arus negatif media sosial, serta Rumah sebagai media konseling keluarga. Kata Kunci: Halaqah, dan Pembentukan Jiwa Qur’ani

Abstract

This study was to investigate the influence of mosques in developing moderate communities in West Kalimantan. Mosques are Da'wah institutions that are aligned with the community's values. Aside from serving as a place of prayer, the mosque is also a source of empowerment for women. Threrefore, the focus of this article is on the role of mosques in the development of Islam and the adoption of models of religious moderation in mosques. This study used a sociological approach. This study reveals that, despite the fact that a certain group was responsible for the mosque's construction, the mosque's management does not take sectarianism into consideration. A significant indication that mosques play a vital role in the development of moderate Islam is their refusal to join sides with particular parties. The mosque serves as a social institution in addition to serving as a place of prayer. The successful implementation of modern mosque administration principles is a model that may be adopted by a number of other mosques to enhance their facilities as a location to foster the development of a moderate community. When modern management ideas are used to mosque management operations, the realization of the mosque's existence is possible to achieve

Abstract

Abstract This study was based on the fenomena of Kapal Munzalan Mosque Indonesia. The institution able to empower the youth potential ongoing the da'wah with mosque formation called PASKAS. They accomplished to broaden the volunteerism platform through few regions in Indonesia. On the other hand, PASKAS have a programme that continuously donated rice to the Pondok Pesantren, orphans and hafidz to serve their main staple. Nevertheless, this programme can be proceed with the leadership role of PASKAS. Heretofore, this study concerned on how the PASKASs' leadership management at Kapal Munzalan Mosque Indonesia. The research purposed to know 1) leadership planning of PASKAS, 2) leadership organization of PASKAS, 3) leadership development of PASKAS, 4) Leadership surveil and evalution of PASKAS. This study applied the qualitative approach with sample case by descriptive method. The data was collected with various process included interview, documentation and observation. Thereafter, the data analysis tehniques proceeding by data collection, data reduction, display and data verification. Move forward, the data validity check was implemented by extended the observation, triangulation and member check. As the result, this study shown 1) The leadership planning of PASKAS was performed by estimate phase, goals setting and development of policy procedure throughout the analysis process on the resources and surrounding. 2) The leadership organization of PASKAS hold by classification acctivities, deployment of human resources in the implementation of duty and delegation of authority for efficiency. 3) The leadership development of PASKAS using the principle of being educated and guided with a collaborative work pattern. The principle of being educated in mobilizing PASKAS has the goal of upgrading its human qualities, by establishing the status of PASKAS members not as volunteers but as students at the Kapal Munzalan Mosque Indonesia. Meanwhile, the guided principle aims to make the PASKAS movement systematic and organized, and carry out a congregational work pattern that aims to knit all the potential of the members so that they become a strength. 4) Monitoring of PASKAS leadership is carried out in stages and leadership evaluation of PASKAS is carried out continuously through monitoring results.
