Abstract

The role of computerized information systems in education, especially for academic data processing is needed in order to provide convenience for the user, processing the data using a computer will be faster and easier and it can be stored in a long time. SD Inpres Oebobo 1 is one of the primary schools in Kupang city. Currently, school is still using manual systems which means entire academic data is written on the books, so many mistakes and takes a long time to obtain information. Leave of about problem that therefore writer builds a system be computerized that can made process of academic data as students data, teachers data, class data, subjects data, the school year data, religious students and teachers data, parents jobs data, detailed data subjects, homeroom data, instructor data, headmaster data, student value data, dislocated student value data, student cards reports and will produce a system output as student data reports, teacher data reports, class data reports, detailed subjects data reports, attendance student data reports, homeroom data reports, instructor data reports, headmaster data reports, student value data reports, dislocated student value data reports, student cards reports, class increase graphs and students graduation graphs. ABSTRAKPeran sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya untuk mengolah data-data akademik sangat dibutuhkan sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan-kemudahan bagi pengguna, pengolahan data dengan menggunakan komputer akan lebih cepat dan mudah serta dapat disimpan dalam jangka waktu yang lama. SD Inpres Oebobo 1 merupakan salah satu sekolah dasar yang berada di kota Kupang. Saat ini, sekolah tersebut masih menggunakan sistem yang masih manual yakni mencatat seluruh data akademik pada buku, sehingga banyak sekali terjadi kesalahan dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk memperoleh informasi. Bertolak dari permasalahan tersebut maka penulis membangun suatu sistem terkomputerisasi yang dapat mengolah data akademik seperti data siswa, data guru, data kelas, data mata pelajaran, data tahun ajaran, data agama siswa dan guru, data pekerjaan orang tua siswa, data detail mata pelajaran, data wali kelas, data pengajar, data kepala sekolah, data nilai siswa, data nilai siswa pindahan dan data rapor siswa serta akan menghasilkan keluaran sistem berupa laporan data siswa, laporan data guru, laporan data kelas, laporan data detail mata pelajaran, laporan daftar hadir siswa, laporan data wali kelas, laporan data pengajar, laporan data kepala sekolah, laporan data nilai siswa, laporan data nilai siswa pindahan dan laporan data rapor siswa serta grafik kenaikkan kelas dan grafik kelulusan siswa.

Abstract

Bit Plane Complexity Segmentation (BPCS) is steganography method that using uncapability of human’s vision in interpreting difficult biner form. Data Encryption Standard (DES) is cryptography algorhytm that is chiper block and changing data become blocks 64 bit and then using encryption key amount 56 bit. By combining steganography algorhytm and cryptography will increase quality of data security. In this research combination of BPCS and DES done by inserting text message into bitmap image, the increating text message restricted maximum 248 characteristic with the long of the key must 16 characteristic in hexsadecimal format. The result obtained by this system testing with image test about 30 images is the inserting text can be read again with the provision of using the same key for inserting process and reading text. This image of insertion result can’t stand to adding contrast operation (25%) and rotation (90 to the right, 90 to the left, 180) and cutting operation on the upper side dan left image, but if cutting on the lower side and right (image resolution > 100 piksel) the inserting text can be read again correctly. In image inserting result, will be found noise of the upper left side from image because these region is the initial region is inserted.

Abstract

Naïve bayes is the classification method which utilizes the both probabilities and statistics to predict the future opportunity by using the last experiance. The system of major in the senior high school is the means of students directing to be more based on their interest and academic competence. The major in East SMAN 1 Fatuleu consists of the Science and Social majors. This research is using the Method of Naïve bayesto classify the student major. The data of student that is used here is the grade XI for second semester in the years of 2011 to 2015 with the 470 for the total data. For the testing proces is used 420 data (89%) as trains data and 50 data (11%) as tests data. The result of this research shows the amount of 99.31% accuracy in the process of major classification.

Abstract

Status classification of partner acordiing to sector parimeter, loan disbursement, loan reimbursment, loan arrears, remaining loan and grace period is very important in anticipating the case in PT. Angkasa Pura I. Problematic credit is very unbeneficial for the PT. Angkasa Pura I because it will disturb the economy condition of a company and will affect the next small and medium enerprises (SME). To solve this, the reserch uses Multinominal Naive Bayes to method to classify the partners status in the PT. Angkasa Pura I according to the parimeter that is divided into 4 clases namely smooth class, less smooth class, doubted and jammed class. The process used was classification process where it calculated probability value and the atribute of the partner. The data used in this research is consisted of 148 that taken from 2012-2015. The final result, after the classification is done, the class probability value that was taken randomly is gained, with the resuld to system test with 5 times of testing data division that is taken randomly, it is gained the accuracy as big as 86,56%, precision is as big as 73%, recall is as big as 73% and F-1 Measure is as big as 73%.

Abstract

Case Based Reasoning (CBR) is a case-breaking technique based on experience in cases that have previously occurred with the highest similarity value. In this study, the authors apply CBR to diagnose cow disease. Sources of system knowledge are obtained by collecting cases from medical records on 2014, 2016, and 2017. The system uses the Rough Set method for indexing and the calculation of similarity values ​​using the Cosine Similarity method with threshold 70%. This system is able to diagnose 15 diseases based on 29 existing symptoms. The output of the system in the form of the illness experienced, the solution and the presentation of similarities with the previous case to show the truth level of possible diagnose. Based on the test of 30 cases on casebase obtained system accuracy at second part is 27% and at third part the system gets the best result using 3 fold by 33,33%. The system produces low accuracy due to the small number of cases and the scattered data in the case.

Abstract

This study builds systems Case Based Reasoning (CBR) to diagnose pests and diseases in rice plants using Naïve Bayes algorithm and K-Nearest Neighbor. CBR is one method of solving the problem with new cases of decision making based on the solution of previous cases by calculating the degree of similarity (similarity), The case consists of 13 species and 10 types of disease pests of rice plants. The degree of similarity can be determined by indexing and nonindexing. Indexing is the process of grouping the cases by classes that have been determined, while nonindexing a process without grouping cases. Based on cross validation testing using average values obtained accuracy of 92.88% to 153 test data on testing using the indexing and the average value of 89.63% accuracy of the test data in the test 153 using nonindexing.

Abstract

Meteorological Station El Tari Kupang (El Tari Kupang Stamet) has a fundamental duty to implement functionsin the field of Meteorology BMKG in particular to support the safety of air transportation and provide public information such as weather forecasts of NTT province, weather forecasts cruise along the waters of the sea wave heightin NTT and early warning of bad weather. Problem that often encountered is the dissemination of information that is still less effective and efficient. To overcome these problems,a website is designed as a media to deliver information quickly and can be accessed anywhere. In this research,the website is designed and manufactured, where the process begins with the analysis of needs and roles of the users, and then create the design to realize those needs. The next process is to implement it by making an appropriate website design and the final process of this research is testing the system. This website is built using PHP and Mysql languange programes. The output soft his website are in the form of profile information, news, galleries, downloads, employee data, image data, maritime weather information, maritime weather maps, provinces weather information, early warning of bad weather, airline data, guest book and flight information document.
