<![CDATA[This paper highlights the philosophical issues related to sexual violence cases at the university level. Many reports were found related to the sexual violence cases at the university level, but did not came to a solution that take sides to the victim. This is not just a problem about the unstrict law to handle the cases. There is a basic problem that underline in the mindset and behavior. Rape culture in society failed us to understand that this is a form of violence against humanity. The basis of patriarchal logic also affirms the condition. Based on the standpoint feminism method, also supported by data on sexual violence reports, I pointed the importance of using the feminist logic approach in viewing this issue. I aim to restore the point of view on siding the victim which can provide justice in handling the sexual violence cases at the university level.]]>

<![CDATA[This article is using a critical interpretation based on radical feminist theory to analyze the issue of sexual violence against women in Indonesia. Based on data from Komnas Perempuan in 2020, the number of victims of sexual violence is increasing. The root of sexual violence comes from the biological differences between women and men that has been constructed in society. Men are considered to have sexual dominance on women. The existence of sexual politics maintains by the state have taken away women’s authority both in private and public spheres. Using the critical and praxis feminist approach, this article assesses the data research from Komnas Perempuan, especially related to cases of sexual violence. The analysis and criticism of sexual politics in this article also highlights the Draft Law on the Elimination of Sexual Violence. The analysis proves the importance of state involvement in ensuring the lives of Indonesian female citizens, especially concerning protection from sexual violence.]]>

<![CDATA[Tulisan ini membahas mengenai penerapan pedagogi feminis dalam ruang kelas filsafat. Nuansa misoginis dalam perkembangan pemikiran filsafat membatasi kesempatan perempuan dikenal sebagai filsuf. Jangankan dikenal pemikirannya, filsafat populer bahkan memiliki kecenderungan meminggirkan perempuan. Pola dalam kurikulum dan pedagogi umum menuntup kesempatan bagi perempuan berbagi pengalamannya. Padahal seharusnya filsafat memberi ruang atas keberagaman tersebut. Sifat inklusif dalam filsafat feminis harus dihadirkan. Persoalan ini saya angkat melalui penelusuran teori pedagogi feminis bell hooks. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penceritaan pengalaman refleksi filosofis berdasarkan praktik yang telah dijalankan dalam ruang kelas. Tulisan ini menunjukkan pentingnya melakukan pemberontakan dalam mewujudkan perubahan melalui pedagogi feminis.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the efforts of women in the community as a form of environmental culture in responding to the climate change crisis. The arrogance issue of patriarchal reason has distorted human ability to recognize the main problem of environmental damage. Humans are trapped in the illusion of the domination of reason which seeks to control nature as non-humans. As a result of this arrogance of reason, culture is formed hierarchically dominating nature (non-humans). We offer a change in cultural perspective through the environmental culture raised by Val Plumwood. This culture with an ecological and caring perspective is a form of the feminist ecological thought movement. We use the method of analyzing feminist issues through feminist knowledge standpoints that interact with ecological research methods. We collect data through various media with a focus on telling the experiences of women in dealing with environmental problems. Our analysis comes to the conclusion that concrete initiatives and actions are needed that involve all ecological elements as a form of solidarity. In this way, we no longer glorify humans as the rulers of reason, but rather create critical and creative communities in realizing an environmental culture.]]>

<![CDATA[This research emphasizes the importance of involving young women in various activism. Problems arise when young women are often considered immature to be involved in social and political movements. Apart from being supported by a patriarchal mindset that tends to subordinate women’s experience, there is an intersectional problem where young people need more knowledge to make changes. In fact, one way to encourage active representation of women in political space is to encourage involvement from a young age. This research explores the activism experiences of young women who influence their respective communities. Data was collected through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and strengthened through literature studies. The data is managed using a political participation theory approach, as well as the influence of affect theory in digital activism. The findings in this research show that young women’s knowledge is just as essential in the political space. Their advocacy is full of the spirit of the times, so they can have a strong influence on other young women through the community they have built.]]>
