Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan metode User Centered Design (UCD) dalam membangun sebuah Sistem Informasi Audit Mutu Internal (SIAMI) Perguruan Tinggi. Terdapat dua skenario pengujian yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: pengujian black box dan pengukuran tingkat kepuasan terhadap sistem menggunakan quesioner. Pengujian black box dilakukan dengan menguji semua fungsi fitur dalam sistem dan hasilnya sistem 95% berfungsi dengan baik. Sedangkan untuk pengujian tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem menunjukan bahwa SIAMI dengan metode UCD dapat digunakan karena memiliki tingkat kepuasan sebesar 87%.

Abstract

The weather is one part of human daily life. Many people who depend their lives on the weather to do every activity. Therefore, knowing the weather forecasting will give consideration to the community to be able to carry out various activities of human life such as in the field of aviation, shipping, agriculture, processed industries and others that depend on weather conditions. For this reason, the Indonesian BMKG has the duty to provide weather forecast information based on existing meteorological data using complex calculations. This study aims to build a system that will be an alternative for BMKG in forecasting weather using fuzzy based on four supporting criteria, namely air temperature, humidity, wind speed and air pressure. In doing weather forecasts using mamdani fuzzy there are several steps, namely determining the fuzzy set, the application of the implication function using the MIN function, the composition of the rules using the MAX function, and finally the Defuzzification process using the MOM method. This system will produce weather forecast results based on data on air temperature, air humidity, wind speed and air pressure that have been entered by the system user by showing the membership level of the predicted results. Based on testing that has been done, it is concluded that the system built using mamdani fuzzy can do a good weather forecast with a system accuracy rate of 61,062% using daily weather data as many as 1826 data in 2013-2017, with the lowest accuracy level found in 2015 with an accuracy rate of 54,247 % and highest accuracy in 2017 amounted to 65.207%.

Abstract

Information System is an activity of organized procedures, which when executed will produce information. Development of academic information systems in SMAN 1 KUPANG because the old system is only limited to web profiles and has not supported teaching and learning activities. This information system is expected to support the educational activities, namely in terms of making it easier for data processing in the presentation of school information.. This study uses the PHP 5.6.30 programming language and HTML for storage using mysql 10.1.21. This study uses two tests, testing the system using WAPT tools and testing the questionnaire with a biverate person. System testing consists of 3 parts, namely performance testing, stress testing and volume testing, the results of testing performance testing 164 percents / s and stress testing between ranges of levels 2 to 31. There are 4 criteria for questionnaire testing to see the success of the system being developed, 4 criteria These are the interface, speed, benefits and ease of the system. The results of questionnaire testing correlated between intertface and ease of 67.6%, interface and system benefits by 58.6% and correlation between interface and system speed by 62.1%.

Abstract

Written communication in social media that emphasizes the speed of information dissemination, the phenomenon of using non-standard language often occurs at the level of sentences, clauses, phrases and words. As a source of data, social media with this phenomenon presents challenges in the process of extracting information. Normalization of non-standard language into standard language begins in the word normalization process where non-standard words (NSW) are normalized to standard forms (standard words (SW)). The normalization process using edit distance has limitations in the process of weighting the static mismatch, match, and gap values. In calculating the mismatch value, statida weighting cannot provide a weight difference due to incorrect keystrokes on the keyboard, especially adjacent keys. Due to the limited edit distance weighting, this research proposes a dynamic weighting method for mismatch weights. The result of this research is that there is a new method of dynamic weighting based on the position of the keyboard keys that can be used to normalize NSW using the approximate string matching method.

Abstract

The use of digital documents has been widely used in various groups, organizations or agencies. One of the digital documents that often used is the Portable Document Format (PDF). An algorithm needed to implemented in the software, so that it can secure these documents from parties who can harm. One of the algorithms that can be used is Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC). ECC has an advantage on the level of data security with a key not too long. Encryption carried out on a 16 Bytes PDF header using 7 ECC parameters, prime number, coefficient A, coefficient B, base point, secret key, public key and K. The prime numbers used are 67, 71, 151, 199, 229, and 239. Other parameters chosen randomly. Each prime number involved for encryption of 4 types of file size, 1KB-2MB, 2MB-4MB, 4MB-6MB, and more than 5MB, where each type of file size has 5 different files. There were 3 trials for each file, so there were 360 trials. The 360 trials, there were ±55.33% in the very low correlation class, ±34.72% in the low class, ±10% in the medium class and ±1.94% in the strong class. Overall the average correlation generated is 0.212282779. Therefore, the use of the ECC algorithm for encryption the header of PDF is quite good. In the encryption process there is also an increase in file size by 64 Bytes, but when decrypting the file size returns to its original size.
