Abstract

Pengembangan perangkat lunak berorientasi objek membutuhkan pendekatan yang berbeda dengan pengembangan perangkat lunak terstruktur. Perbedaan tersebut terdapat pada tahap desain, implementasi, dan evaluasi kualitas perangkat lunak tersebut. Dengan demikian, dibutuhkan metrics yang berbeda dengan traditional metrics untuk melakukan evaluasi kualitas perangkat lunak tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini akan diajukan enam buah object oriented matrics. Keenam metrics tersebut memiliki sudut pandang yang terkait dengan faktor-faktor kualitas perangkat lunak. Dengan demikian, metrics tersebut dapat digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi kualitas perangkat lunak berorientasi objek dari beberapa faktor kualitas yang terkait., sehingga dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pengguna proyek peranhkat lunak dan pembaca dalam melakukan penelitian tentang evaluasi kualitas perangkat lunak berorientasi object maupun penggunaan matrics yang dikembangkan.

Abstract

Dwi Jaya Bakery is a private business engaged in the production of food and bread. There are 4 types of bread in production that is: Small Chocolate Bread, Mocca Small Bread, Large Chocolate Fried Bread and Large Abon Bread. In this study the author applies the fuzzy tsukamoto method to determine the amount of bread production with 3 calculation stages is defining variables, inference and affirmation (defuzzification). The input variables used are demand and stock as well as the output variable is the amount of production. Production data obtained from Dwi Jaya Bakery industry is data from September 2018 - February 2019. For testing, the data used are 28 data for each type of bread is on the 1st to the 28th of february 2019, which has been added to the transformation equation and tested using the MAPE (Mean Absolut Percentage Error) where the error value will be searched for data on each type of bread. The error value obtained by applying the testing MAPE test method that has been added to the transformation equation for the type of small chocolate bread is 1,936786%, mocca small bread is 6,209643%, large chocolate fried bread is 3,886071% and large abon bread is 6,646429%.

Abstract

The blood type of human are divided by four group wich is blood type A, B, O & AB. Artificial Neuron Network can help the identify process for blood type. Self organizing maps is a part of arrtificial neuron network who has function for data training and data clasification. The image data are using by blood clotting and obtained after spilled blood sample with the reagent. The real data image are converted into grayscale image, For taking the characteristic are doing by converted real image to image biner with the treshold more than 80 and smaller than 150, image are taken as much as 12 image of clotted blood and 12 image blood wich does not clot, and the next step will do the training process using self organizing maps. The first testing data are doing by the same test data and same with training data too and the result 100%. The second testing data is doing by 12 blood image test data wich is not the same as data training and the result 83.33%.

Abstract

Security for documents that contain confidential text and important for a company, institution, or organization from disorders irresponsible organisation is a necessity or a major requirement that must be done, so we need a software that can protect these vital documents. The combination of algorithms Chiper Feed-back (CFB), Chaos Skew Tent Map (CSTM), and the initial value generation techniques with Session Keys capable of encrypting the text properly. Tests conducted on 26 files doc, docx and txt where each test will be analyzed the correlation, standard deviation and variance, as well as the histogram. Testing is done to the file doc, docx, and txt with a size ≤ 35 kb, 30-60 kb, 61-80 kb and > 80 kb. The test results obtained by the value of the average correlation = 0.163326411, standard deviation = 1.068,070, variance = 1.550.358,492, and the ciphertext histogram that visually looks uniform, making it difficult to analyze the statistical analysis of the character or key.

Abstract

This research led to an expert system application that was built by applying the method variable centered intelligent rule system and the certainty factor. Variable Centered Intelligent Rule System (VCIRS) is an intelligent rule-based system that focuses on the variables. VCIRS procedures are able to take over the construction of knowledge, update knowledge as well as advice or inference process. Procedure own certainty factor on the symptoms of pests or diseases taking into account the weighting process used to provide from the weighting process result in the form of pests or diseases to the value of the trust of the system. The location of this research is located in Rote Ndao Regency. Data used in this application testing of 28 case data sourced from an expert or agricultural expert. Accuracy in this study was 100 %. The results showed that the method variable centered intelligent rule system and certainty factor can be applied in the application of expert system for the diagnosis of plant pests and diseases chili.

Abstract

Lending to customers is one of the services provided by Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Gloria. Bad loans caused by the process of loan transactions manually causing harm to the cooperative. In this study, designed and constructed a decision support system application using MFEP (Multi Factor Evaluation Process) where the process begins with entering customer data, the criteria data including asset, utility loans, loan size, duration, guarantees, profit / loss of the principal efforts per month and profit / loss of the financial per month, the data classification criteria, the data assessment for further calculated and sorted based on the highest value. System testing by comparing the manual calculation results with the results of the system on 3 customer data as test data obtained similar results which showed that the system has accuracy of 100% and system testing using blackbox method showed compliance with the system design. The end result of this research is the determination of the decision support system application for a loan customer with MFEP method. The output of this system is the result of several alternative rank that become the managers reference in decision-making.

Abstract

The results of the above analysis it is concluded that edge detection is best resulted from the user of the canny method. Edge detection using the canny method is the best edge detection because the line morphology generated by edge detection is better visible on the border of the image both on the inside and the edges of the image appear thick, vertical or horizontal lines on the front of the house is very clear when compared with the two methods above.

Abstract

Cake merupakan panganan yang terbuat dari campuran bahan-bahan seperti tepung, gula, telur, garam, susu, aroma dan lemak yang dikembangkan dengan atau tanpa bahan pengembang. Penentuan tingkat kematangan cake dasar putih dilakukan berdasarkan grade warna permukaan pada saat proses pemanggangan. Namun hal ini sering menjadi kendala karena faktor persepsi komposisi warna setiap orang berbeda-beda. Pengambilan data citra menggunakan kamera 3.2 mp dan 13 mp, setelah itu citra disegmentasi dengan color filtering untuk membuang pixels yang mengandung efek lighting. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu ekstraksi ciri warna RGB kemudian dilakukan pelatihan dengan metode Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ). Hasilnya aplikasi mampu menentukan tingkat kematangan kue cake dasar putih dengan rata-rata akurasi 65,19% dan cake dasar cokelat sebagai kelas validasi 96,88% untuk kamera 3.2 mp sementara pada kamera 13 mp rata-rata akurasi 64,93% dan cake dasar cokelat sebagai kelas validasi yaitu 93,75%. Keberhasilan identifikasi dipengaruhi oleh faktor pencahayaan dalam ruangan, jarak pengambilan dan wadah penampung.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan metode User Centered Design (UCD) dalam membangun sebuah Sistem Informasi Audit Mutu Internal (SIAMI) Perguruan Tinggi. Terdapat dua skenario pengujian yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: pengujian black box dan pengukuran tingkat kepuasan terhadap sistem menggunakan quesioner. Pengujian black box dilakukan dengan menguji semua fungsi fitur dalam sistem dan hasilnya sistem 95% berfungsi dengan baik. Sedangkan untuk pengujian tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem menunjukan bahwa SIAMI dengan metode UCD dapat digunakan karena memiliki tingkat kepuasan sebesar 87%.

Abstract

Recipients of housing assistance for poor people are government assistance programs that have a limited budget so that not all people receive housing assistance. Criteria for recipients of housing assistance can be seen from 13 criteria such as age, education, occupations, income, land ownership, home ownership, number of occupants, roof conditions, wall conditions, floor conditions, ownership of bathrooms, water sources, electricity sources. To get a decent recipient, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to make it easier for the government to provide housing assistance for poor people. Fuzzy Method Simple Additive Weighting (F-SAW) is one method in DSS that can help resolve unstructured problems and can accommodate weakness of SAW method in linguistic and numerical assessments. System testing conducted use sensitivity testing that is with change value weight each criteria in a manner gradually. From sensitivity test above that has been done, the most sensitive is education criteria because when tested three times of high weight is changed to very high has experienced one change, low has 4 times changed and very low has 4 times the change, with these changes the results got 90% presentation for education criteria. From the results of comparisons that have been made between Dinas Sosial and system, data quota that deserves to receive housing assistance as much as 30 data from dinas sosial showed that total data quota is 20 which is same with system and 10 data is not same with system.
