Abstract

Competitiveness business need high quality human resources. Human resources as workforce in the industry must be protected by Health and Safety programme (K3). This reseach apropiate five factors K3, ie: safety training, safety work publication, environment work, monitoring and disiplin, and improving awareness K3. Productivity can see from productivity factors ie motive work, ability, enviroment, compensasion, social garancy, and work relationship. The objective of this research is to analyze between the health and safety programme and work productivity. This research uses survey, sampling method and questioners as the tools in collecting the main data. This research is conducted in Production division PTPN VIII Gunung Mas, Bogor. To analyze data uses descriptive analyzis and correlation analyzis. Rank Spearman is used to analyze the correlation. This research shows these following results: there is significant correlation and positive between the health and safety programme and work productivity. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of feed production process is to generate high quality of feed livestock with parameter  good physical, nutrition characteristics, continuity, palatability and safety feed. It is needs to be  supported by optimum performance of process production. Control chart are the most effective tool to analyze performance of production process.  The general objective of this research is to study quality control system and application of quality management in feed production industry.  The spesific objective in this research is to design an expert system for feed control chart interpretation based on basic knowledge being made by doing knowledge acquisition.Feed control chart interpretation was conducted to analyze factors that caused uncontrollable condition in feed production. Interpretation control chart that is usually carried by expert, for this practical function in feed industry, furthermore designed in expert system.Model design was conducted in two steps, (1) preparation, and (2) development,  System development consisted of (a) basic knowledge development in knowledge acquisition, knowledge conceptualization, and knowledge representation, (b) development of inference mechanism, (c) coding, and (d) verification.The Expert System showed that if data distribution is random and normal, then process is in controllable condition. If it shows one of seven patterns (one point out of control, cycles, mixture pattern, trend, a shift in process level, six point in a row under or upper median and stratification), then the process is confirming uncontrollable condition. If process is  uncontrollable, expert system would interpreet the causes and recommend  that it should be done by supervisor/operator.Keywords: expert system, intrepretat, control chart, process, feed

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII is a company which operate in the field of agribusiness and agro industry. Based on the result of employee satisfaction and engagement survey report, it was found that employee satisfaction with salaries and benefits was in the unsatisfied category. Thus, this study aims to design a job evaluation based on eckenrode system to create a compensation model that could support to increase internal equity in the company. Compensation is one of the motivations for employees to work. This is might help the company to improve overall company’s performance. Data analysis method used in this study is eckenrode system method. The result of the study was obtained 10 factors that were made as factors for job evaluation and used as the basis for providing compensation, based on the result the existing occupational clusters, it is appropriate if it is made into three grades with the highest point in head of the division and the lowest point in the position of staff. The design of job evaluation based on eckenrode system can be used to make a new compensation model. The design can be used to calculate job points in other divisions and job points that have been obtained can be used to calculate the amount of the new salary at the company.

Abstract

Answering the challenges of sustainable development, companies require an integrated approach to performance management in economic, social, and environmental aspects. This approach is not only profit-oriented but also addresses the needs of human welfare, social, and environmental concern. The approach also includes the ability to link strategy with action. Therefore, it is important to apply the sustainability Balanced Scorecard (SBSC) in performance management. The research aims to study the development of SBSC studies for the last decade. A systematic literature review has been conducted to identify, evaluate, and interpret SBSC based on previous research. The results described publication map, the taxonomy of research, and meta-analysis of SBSC performance indicators.

Abstract

Halal tourism has grown rapidly in the last decade, along with the increasing interest of global Muslim tourists. This research aims to analyze metadata from halal tourism literature to identify trends, patterns, and academic contributions in this field. Using data from the Scopus database from 2015 to 2025, this research evaluates document distribution based on time, publication type, institutional affiliation, country, and subject area. The findings show that journal articles dominate publications (70.7 percent), with Business, Management, and Accounting as the main contributor (29.7 percent). Indonesia and Malaysia emerge as the countries with the largest contributions, reflecting the strategic role of the Southeast Asian region in halal tourism research and development. Theoretically, this research highlights the potential of metadata in integrating tourist preferences, market trends, and destination needs to address challenges such as variations in halal standards, lack of infrastructure, and low public awareness. Practically, these findings offer strategic guidance for governments, industry, and academics to utilize metadata in halal certification, marketing strategies, and digital technology development. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of multidisciplinary approaches and cross-sector collaboration to enhance the appeal and sustainability of halal tourism at the global level. Future researchers are advised to expand the analysis with a more comprehensive interdisciplinary approach.

Abstract

Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) is one of popular university in Indonesia, it was concern to the provided of the human resources which have good quality and competent. That’s seven values of corporate culture are academic excellent, spiritualism, persevering, teamwork, empathy, responsible, and commitment. The objectives of this research are: (1) to identification organization culture in IPB, (2) to know the application of organization culture in IPB, (3) to recommend the model of internalization organization culture. This research used by descriptive analysis and Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) for analyzing internalization organization’s culture in Bogor Agricultural University. According to the survey, dept interview and literary analysis, the organization culture in IPB is including in power culture, person culture, and achievement culture. The application of organization’s culture in IPB is not maximal practice yet. The barrier of organization culture did not legitimate by Academic Senator, so the program that implementation organization culture is not yet. The factors that support organization culture in IPB is support from institution and human resource in IPB. The factor most influence in organization culture internalization in IPB is leadership. The actor most influence in organization culture internalization in IPB is head of university in IPB. The most influence objectives in organization culture internalization are actualization vision and mission organization. The alternative scenario in organization culture internalization is implementation learning organization in IPB.

Abstract

Economic growth towards globalization that indicated with rapid growth in information technology and communication technology brings impact to human resources development or knowledge based worker to support each organization activity. On the other side, globalization has changed world business community’s opinion to be knowledge society and took along the impact to growth of knowledge based competition. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk has applied knowledge management. PTTelekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk is also one of the company who applied knowledge management well. It can be proved that the company has achieved reward MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises) by an consultant organization, Dunamis (the seizer’s license). The objectives of this research are (1) To explain the model of knowledge management and organization performance at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, (2) To explain the managerial implication for PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk about knowledge management, (3) To explain employee’s perception about realization of knowledge management, (4) To explain organization performance before and after knowledge management applied, (5) To explain the obstacles in implementation of knowledge management and solutions alternative of the impact of knowledge management for increasing organization performance. This research was done at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. This research uses descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), which has a goal to examine between construct independent and dependen also relation between laten variable indicators. The result of this research indicates that organization performance is influenced by knowledge management. The point of contruct coefficient ( ) is 0,62 and t-value 4,22. This point indicates that knowledge management is real significantly and positively influences organization performance. Level of knowledge management implementation is higher shows that level of organization performance is higher too. The impact of knowledge management TELKOM can be shown by product inovation FlexiCombo. Besides that, employee’s compentency development can be done by knowledge access through technology. Employee can access it by offline or online so that time efficiency can be attainable.

Abstract

Each company that was ready to compete must have an effective management. Employee's satisfaction depend on their expectation about what will they get from their compensation. The employees is one of the factors that influence the company’s progress in the Tourism hotel of Selabintana. One of the main employees’s work dissatisfaction factors is compensation that was not in accordance with employee’s expectation. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of compensation with the concept 3P towards the employee's job satisfaction, to identify the level of the employee's job satisfaction, and to analyze gender relations, the age, the level of education, the length of service, and the number of securities of the family towards the employee's job satisfaction of the Tourism hotel of Selabintana Sukabumi. The data collection used the primary data and the secondary data. The testing of the questionnaire was carried out with the validity test used Pearson product moment and the test reliability used the Alpha Cronbach technique, as well as data processing used the analysis method of the factor, cross tabulation and chi square with SPSS version 15.0 for Windows. The analysis factor’s result that the most influence factor is Pay for Performance factor. The most influence attribute from the factor of Pay for Position is the salary. The most influence attribute from the factor of Pay for Performance is the rotation of the employee. The most influence attribute from the factor of Pay for Competence was the experience. Based on the calculation, the employees generally is in the satisfied category with the value 63.33%.

Abstract

PT MSIG move in the field of damage insurance and it is trying to design a system of measurement of performance comprehensive. The purpose of this research is to identify indicators used in employee performance measurement in PT MSIG, formulating concept of balanced score card (BSC) system that is suitable to the company performance measurement, and to develop BSC simulation which is in accordance to company vision, mission, and strategy. The results of this research indicate that financial performance measurements are classified as good. In BSC formulation, it is showed that customer perspective is the most important perspective in the performance evaluation with the score of 29%. In BSC simulation, it is showed that performance measurement is classified as good based on csale of 75%. Data used in this research was primary and secondary data. While data analysis method used was BSC analysis, Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) analysis, and Strengths, Weakneass, Opportunities, and Threaths (SWOT) analysis.

Abstract

The crisis of high labor cost leads companies to evaluate the number of employees in the head office. This study aims to determine the workload and needs of employees in the Directorate of Operations PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Head Office. The method used in this research is the analysis of the workload with the calculation of Full Time Equivalent (FTE) and work sampling using purposive sampling techniques. The ideal number of employees at the Directorate of Operations is 40 employees consisting of 21 employees of the Plant Department and 19 employees of the Engineering and Processing Department. Based on teh observation, employee working time in Directorate of Operations shows that the average of employee working time is 87,8 4percent fairly productive because it meets the standard that is above 85 percent.
