Abstract

Sebagai salah satu klinik penyedia layanan kesehatan, klinik Cahaya kesehatan yang berada di jalan tanggamus, Pinang Raya, Bengkulu Utara melayani rawat inap, berobat jalan, kondisi darurat, apotek serta laboratorium. Dalam hal ini tentunya ada klinik lain yang merupakan pesaing, diantaranya klinik Kencana dan klinik Citra Medika. Untuk bersaing dengan klinik tersebut, klinik Cahaya Kencana terus berusaha meningkatkan keunggulannya agar bisa unggul dari klinik pesaing. Keunggulan kompetitif tidak hanya ada di sektor sumber daya manusia, namun juga dari segi pemanfaatan TI/SI. Agar mendapat keunggulan kompetitif maka klinik Cahaya Kesehatan membutuhkan perencanaan strategis Sistem Informasi yang selaras dengan visi dan misi klinik. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif yaitu menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard dan analisis yang digunakan diantaranya analisis SWOT, PEST, Value Chain serta Mcfarlan Strategic Grid. Adapun hasil yang akan diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu rekomendasi rencana strategis Sistem Informasi pada klinik Cahaya Kesehatan yang sesuai dengan visi misi dan tujuan klinik. Kata Kunci — Rencana Strategis, Ward and Peppard, Klinik As one of the health service clinics, the Health Light Clinic located on Tanggamus Street, Pinang Raya, North Bengkulu serves inpatient, outpatient, emergency conditions, pharmacies and laboratories. At this clinic, there is another designated clinic, which can be seen at the clinic is the Kencana and Citra Medika clinics. To compete with these clinics, the Cahaya Kencana clinic continues to improve its excellence in order to excel from competitive clinics. Competitive advantages not only in the human resources sector, but also in terms of IT / SI utilization. In order to gain a competitive advantage, the Light Clinic requires an Information System strategic planning that is in line with the clinic's vision and mission. Efforts are made to achieve competitive advantage by using the Ward and Peppard methods to provide analysis that is used by SWOT, PEST, Value Chain and Mcfarlan Strategic Grid analysis. The results to be obtained from this study are the results of the strategic plan of the Information Systems at the Cahaya Kesehatan clinic in accordance with the vision and mission of the clinic. Abstract

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri merupakan salah satu Sekolah Menengah Pertama yang berbasis Pendidikan Agama (Madrasah) yang terletah di Kabupaten Kebumen, Jawa Tengah. Dalam pengelolaannya Madrasah ini sudah menggunakan sistem informasi, namun pemanfaatannya belum digunakan sebagai salah satu alat strategis untuk memenangkan keunggulan kompetitif. Melainkan hanya sebatas pemanfaatan sistem informasi sebagai pendukung kegiatan operasional sekolah. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah perencanaan strategis sistem informasi untuk dapat unggul dengan kompetitior lainnya. Dalam pembuatan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dalam paper ini menggunakan framework Ward & Peppard. Dengan tahapan analisis lingkungan eksternal dan internal organisasi dengan memanfaatkan metode analisis yaitu SWOT, PEST, Value Chain, dan McFarland Strategic Grid. Setelah melakukan analisis internal dan eksternal maka akan diperoleh portofolio rekomendasi pengembanga sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan oleh organisasi. Pembuatan roadmap pengembangan aplikasi merupakan tahap terakhir dalam penelitian ini, yang mana dalam pembuatannya dalam kurun waktu lima tahun kedepan dengan pemetaan berdasarkan pada hasil kuesioner prioritas dna Mc Farland Strategic Grid.

Abstract

Batik merupakan bagian dari keragaman budaya turun temurun yang harus kita jaga dan dilestarikan karena batik merupakan bagian dari warisan dunia dan telah diakui oleh UNESCO. Tradisi batik sudah menjadi identitas indonesia yang terkenal tidak hanya di kalangan masyarakat namun sudah dikenal di luar negeri. Identifikasi motif batik secara pengelihatan diperlukan pengetahuan yang cukup dengan memperhatikan pola yang terbentuk dari motif batik tersebut. pola dari setiap motif batik memiliki ciri khas tersendiri namun karena kurangnya pemahaman, ilmu serta informasi tentang motif matik sehingga masyarakat luas mengalami kesulitan dalam mengenali dan mengklasifikasi motif batik. Algoritma GLCM merupakan salah satu metode dalam pengenalan pola, Metode ini merupakan matriks yang terbentuk berdasarkan citra grayscale dan matriks ini menghitung frekuensi kemunculan suatu nilai piksel horizontal terhadap piksel vertikal yang bersebelahan maupun secara diagonal. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data gambar berjumlah 30 citra pada 3 motif batik, yaitu motif parijotho, motif salak pondoh dan motif belut dan salak. aplikasi matlab R2016a dan menghasilkan proses ekstraksi fitur dan digunakan sebagai data dari pengenalan pola yaitu pada fitur energy, correlation, homogenity dan contrast.

Abstract

Wireless Mesh Network (WMN) adalah jaringan nirkabel yang memiliki kemampuan untuk megkonfigurasi dirinya sendiri (self-configure) dan mengorganisasi dirinya sendiri (selforganizing). Jaringan ini biasanya diimplementasikan pada perangkat keras 802.11. WMN terdiri dari beberapa node yang membentuk backbone jaringan. Node-node tersebut mampu mengkonfigurasi secara otomatis dan me-rekonfigurasi secara dinamis untuk menjaga konektivitas jaringan. WMN banyak diterapkan untuk mengatasi masalah keterbatasan jangkauan access point pada wireless LAN. Untuk mendapatkan kinerja yang optimal pada WMN diperlukan teknik pemaangan hop pada WMN. Perancangan pemasnagan Hop pada ruang bertingkat dan bersekat, berbeda dengan pemasangan pada aula atau tempat tanpa sekat. Dengan jumlah router maksimal 8 buah, peneltian ini mengggunakan skema jumlah ganjil dan genap dalam pengujiannya. Hasil dari perancangan ini diprediksi bahwa implementasi pada ruang aula dan tanpa sekat lebih baik daripada implementasi pada ruang bertingkat dan bersekat

Abstract

Information technology (IT) now plays an important role in the performance process of an organization or government agency, particularly in improving services that are efficient, effective and transparent. Implementation of good IT governance will guarantee the transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of an organization or government agency. Seeing the benefits of applying IT for the creation of a governance and information system that is in accordance with the standards, an evaluation of the maturity level of information technology governance in government agencies will be used using COBIT 4.1 in the sub-domains that meet the problems and needs of the government agencies. The results of this measurement are a description of the results of IT governance and the current Information System and the results of recommendations that will be a reference for future improvements so that government agencies become more measurable and better. In this study, the conclusion of the level of maturity in the domain Delivery and support (DS ) DS1 = 2.81, DS4 = 2.56, DS5 = 2.67, DS11 = 2.65, so that the level of maturity at ABC company is at level 2.5 (Defined Process). Keywords: Cobit, Maturity Level

Abstract

University Muhammadiyah Bengkulu (UMB) in data processing lecturers and employees have a web-based information system known as Lecturer and Employee Information System (SIMDOSKAR). This research discusses about user behavior towards SIMDOSKAR UMB using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The purpose of this study is to determine the variables that affect user interest behavior and provide recommendations in the form of suggestions for improvement of the front system.This research was conducted by using descriptive qualitative method by distributing questionnaires, with 33 respondents. The data in the research were tested using SEM analysis technique and Partian Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and attitude towards using tecknology have positive effect on User Behavior Interest. This variable is able to influence behavioral intention to use the system equal to 85,1% obtained from value of R2, whereas the lowest influence is behavior interest toward interest of user behavior with t-statistic value 0, 135. Keywords: implementation analysis, behavioral intention to use, UTAUT, SIMDOSKAR UMB

Abstract

 Information system plays an important role in a company or educational institution, especially SMKN in Tanjungpandan Belitung in order to promote, administer, display competitive advantages for each study program owned by the State Vocational High School in Tanjungpandan Belitung via its website. Government institutions such as schools should have a website and think of new innovations in order to compete and survive in the fierce business education competition. As one of the information services, it is necessary to build a website that handles requests from many users well.Website has an interface or interface that serves to interact between users with the technology itself. Information technology with one another has a different interface design according to the functions and needs of users. Making the user interface which aims to make information technology easier to use by users or unfamiliar is called user friendly.Research to be conducted by researchers has differences in data retrieval because this test will use the Usability and Golden Rules method of using Usability Testing is used to evaluate and modify website performance while the Golden Rules are used to evaluate the website design from the measurement of the two methods bringing up a new measurement tool. Abstract

XXX Regional General Hospital (RSUD XXX) is a Type B Hospital in Yogyakarta. XXX Hospital is the only place of reference for further treatment of patients who feel they need more sophisticated handlers. In 2016 the XXX Hospital was requested by the DIY Health Office to improve facilities and services. In following up on the request of the Yogyakarta Health Office, the RSUD XXX is currently in the process of building a building structure. However, from the increase in infrastructure built it has not been accompanied by the development of adequate technological infrastructure. From the description of the above problems, the purpose of this study is to make a strategic plan to align business objectives with the business process of the RSUD. The limitation of the problem is that in this study the researcher used the Zachman framework with matrix tables 1 to 4 (Scope, Enterprise Model, System Model, Technological Model). The final results of this study are the main activities of the XXX hospital including registration, outpatient care, hospitalization, emergency services, laboratory services, drug services, hospital services, outpatient registration and inpatient registration. Whereas for supporting activities are the procurement of logistics, tools and materials, medical workers requitment, information services. There are 7 applications that are suggested to be developed, namely the Registration application, BPJS, Poly Unit, Laboratory, E-Billing, Medical Support. Keywords: Architecture Enterprise, Informatic System, Hospital

Abstract

On October 8th, 2016, it was inaugurated a simulator laboratory of STSTC (Scientific and Technical Simulator Training Center) owned by AMY (Yogyakarta Maritime Academy). The problem of the acceptance and satisfaction level of Nautical cadets to the simulator laboratory as the main learning media can be observed by a study based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Research conducted to get the core problems that caused lack of motivation and satisfaction of Nautical cadets to the existing simulator laboratory. Items for measuring usefulness and ease of use are taken from Davis F.D (1989). Items for measuring user satisfaction are taken from Doll and Torkzadeh (1988). All these variables are measured by Likert scale. The results show that generally the acceptance of Nauticalcadets to the STSTC laboratory simulator especially the simulator bridge is good enough, but could not reach the maximum score caused by relatively low score on the satisfaction value.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the ideal level of expectations and the user's actual perceptions of the web quality services provided by the The Sidoluhur Godean Village, as well as providing solutions and managerial implications that can be planned to improve the quality of the website services. The method used to perform the evaluation through the integration of calculation webqual variables modifications approach within the framework of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This research, shows there is a positive and significant relationship among the variables of website service quality, satisfaction levels, and the intensity of system use. This relation forms the research conceptual model. The attributes that are necessary to get attention is the problem of updating information content, detailed information, user interaction security, image appropriation, font's suitability and speed time access to view website.
