Abstract

The aim of this paper is to provide the information to educators on hypnoteaching as one of the alternative methods that can be used to create effective learning. The effective learning is the learning that enables learners to learn easy, fun, and can achieve the learning objectives that have been set. Hypnoteaching is the learning methods in delivering the subject matter, the teacher uses the communication techniques are very persuasive and suggestive with the aim that students easily understand the subject matter. Hypnoteaching steps include: 1) intention and motivation within yourself; 2) pacing or equalize the position, gestures, language, and brain waves with others or learners; 3) leading or directing learners; 4) using positive words; giving a compliment; 6) modeling or exemplify through speech and behavior. If teachers apply hypnoteacing in the learning activities, the classroom atmosphere will be more conducive, learners feel important, safe and comfortable so that the goal of learning more easily is achieved

Abstract

This paper is intended to uncover the core issues that exist in madrasah as aroot barrier to the improvement of its quality. The results show that madrasah confronts a dilemma as an educational institution. As an educational institution, madrasah should be given broad discretion in its management, especially in the era of regional autonomy. In todays era of autonomy, one of the concepts that canbe applied to improve the quality of education is the School-Based Management (SBM). The paper argues that although madrasah is under the auspice of the Department of Religion, the concept of School-Based Management (MBS) canbe adopted by madrasah on the basis of its suitability as strategies in coping with madrasahs problems. The implementation of Madrasah-Based Management is intended to improve the quality of madrasah as an Islamic institution.

Abstract

Total Quality Management, TQM, is something philosophical and comprehensive about live and organization activity which emphasize in continuous improvement as fundamental goal for improving quality, productivity and lessen cost. Implementation of TQM in education still needs long and serious discussion, concerning use of TQM in education is relatively new.

Abstract

Dalam instrumental input, peran seorang pendidik dalam keberhasilan suatu proses pembelajaran sangatlah besar. Tiap-tiap pendidik mempunyai cara yang berbeda-beda dalam memberikan pengajaran. Perbedaan cara pengajaran ini membuat perbedaan kondisi kelas dan tentu saja hasil yang berbeda. Pembelajaran di Indonesia selama ini banyak menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional dalam proses mengajar. Yaitu metode pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah dimana peran pendidik aktif dan peserta didik cenderung pasif. Sekarang sudah ada model yang dianggap lebih bagus. Model yang dimaksud yaitu model pembelajaran hypnoteaching. Model pembelajaran hypnoteaching adalah model pembelajaran yang penyampaian materinya menggunakan bahasa-bahasa bawah sadar yang mampu memunculkan ketertarikan tersendiri pada setiap peserta didik. Mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) merupakan hal yang fundamental terhadap segala aspek kehidupan penganut agama Islam, termasuk pada aspek pendidikan. Dalam penyampaian materi akidah, akhlak perlu adanya inovasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga diharapkan hasil pembelajaran lebih memperkuat iman peserta didik dan merubah sikap mereka ke arah yang lebih baik. Salah satu kegiatan pembelajaran tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran hypnoteaching.

Abstract

The learning development has two characteristics; 1) the learning process totally involves a mental process of students – it does not only require students listen, take notes, but also requires students’ activities in the process of thinking. 2) The learning process establishes the atmosphere of dialogue and the debriefing process continuously directed to improve and enhance students' thinking skills. The ability to think can finally help to gain the knowledge that they construct by their own self. Education should be student-centered, reversal learning, learning by doing, developing social skills, cognitive, and emotional. It also develops curiosity, imagination, the nature of the godless, problem solving skill, students’ creativity, and deepening IMTAQ IPTEK.
