Abstract

Abstract: In the initial test before being given the action it was seen that the average grade of 52.66 and the percentage of classical completeness only reached 10.20%. In the first cycle of action with the application of the Studens Teams Achivement - Divisions (STAD) learning model, it was obtained a grade average of 74.90, the percentage of classical completeness was 63.27% and the observation value of student activities was 79.16%. This shows an increase in initial tests both in terms of class averages and mastery learning. Keyword: Learning Outcomes, STAD Abstrak: Pada tes awal sebelum diberikan tindakan terlihat bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas 52,66 dan jumlah persentase ketuntasan klasikal hanya mencapai 10,20%. Pada tindakan siklus I dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Studens Teams Achivement - Divisions (STAD) diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas 74,90, persentase ketuntasan klasikal 63,27% dan nilai observasi aktifitas siswa 79,16%. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari tes awal baik dari segi rata-rata kelas maupun ketuntasan belajar. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, STAD
