Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to increase student learning motivation by applying a portfolio-based service model to the Counseling (BK) guidance service on the dangers of drugs and their impact in class XI IPA-1 SMA Negeri Siborongborong. The subjects of the study were 37 students of class XI IPA-1 at SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The object of research is student learning motivation. The research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. This study's success is marked by the increase in student motivation in BK services on the dangers of drugs, and the impact reaches a percentage of 85%. The research results were obtained as follows: In the first cycle, 22 students had completed their studies (59.46%) in terms of their learning motivation, while 15 students (40.54%) had not yet completed it seen from their learning motivation. Of 37 students entirely or 100% have completed. From the results of the action in cycle I and cycle II, it is concluded that the application of a portfolio-based service model can increase student motivation on BK services on the dangers of drugs and their impact in class I XI IPA-1 SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong North Tapanuli Regency academic year 2019/2020Keywords: counseling guidance; motivation to learn; portfolioAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui penerapan model layanan berbasis portopolio pada layanan Bimbingan Konseling (BK) materi bahaya narkoba dan dampaknya di kelas XI IPA-1 SMA Negeri Siborongborong. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA-1 SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong yang berjumlah 37 siswa. Objek penelitian adalah motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya motivasi belajar siswa dalam layanan BK materi bahaya narkoba dan dampaknya mencapai presentase 85%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebagai berikut : Pada siklus I diperoleh dari 37 siswa terdapat 22 orang yang tuntas belajarnya (59,46%) dilihat dari motivasi belajarnya, sedangkan 15 siswa (40,54%) belum tuntas dilihat dari motivasi belajarnya kemudian Pada siklus II diperoleh dari 37 siswa seluruhnya atau 100% telah mendapatkan ketuntasan. Dari hasil Tindakan pada siklus I dan Siklus II maka disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan model layanan berbasis portofolio dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa pada Layanan BK materi bahaya narkoba dan dampaknya di kelas I XI IPA-1 SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling; motivasi belajar; portofolio
