Abstract

In his relatively brief reign, ‘Umar ibn al-Khatthab had made many innovative breakthroughs including those relating to government administration. All of this was done in order to answer the increasingly rapid and complex developments along with the increasing breadth of the Islamic region and the increasingly plural socio-cultural community. These innovations, among others, include the fields of government administration, economics, justice, and military affairs. Interestingly, most of the breakthroughs were the result of the creativity of his thoughts, not from the textual guidance of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In fact, some of them are contrary to the policies of the previous period.

Abstract

Abstract Guidance and counseling should be adjusted to the problems faced by students so that guidance assistance can achieve the right goals and expected goals in the guidance. This research method uses qualitative descriptive research. The aim is to analyze and find the concept of implementation of guidance and counseling as learning motivation. The results of the study that the concept of implementation of guidance and counseling as a form of learning motivation provides facilities and infrastructure as well as experts in the field of guidance and counseling. Types of services in the form of tutoring, career guidance, and case guidance.

Abstract

Anak ABK belajar dalam rombel kelas khusus bagi mereka. Bagi anak yang telah memiliki perkembangan kemampuan kemandirian dan sosial maka anak diikutkan dalam kelas gabungan dengan guru yang disukainya. Dalam kelas gabungan ini, guru selain membina anak-anak yang lain dengan kurikulum yang ditetapkan, juga mendidik, melayani dan mendampingi anak ABK yang ikut, dengan Peogram Pembelajaran Individual yang dibuat oleh Guru Pendamping Khusus. Selain itu, dalam pembelajaran yang bersfat rekreatif, seperti olahraga, belajar di luar sekolah, pembelajaran digabung, anak-anak ABK melebur dengan anak yang lain.Saat ini Sekolah Garasi sedang melayani pembelajaran anak-anak ABK yang memiliki kesulitan belajar 11 anak dan anak-anak cerdas 24 anak. Dengan tujuan Bagaimana Kemampuan Guru Mengajar ABK di MI Amanah atau Sekolah Garasi Turen Malang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Kondensasi data, penyajian data dan Ferifikasi.

Abstract

Human freedom is Gus Dur's fundamental thinking in giving a broad appreciation of all things, both in human life and in paying attention to the well-being of each individual, man is the only being who has the highest perfection of circumstances in every creation of God. To become a full human being, man must provide enough wiggle room for himself outside and within himself According to Gus Dur Human freedom is not unlimited freedom. But the human freedom that Gus Dur refers to is nothing but freedom that is limited by other human freedoms. Freedom can also be defined as self-determination, the ability to choose and the opportunity to fulfill or obtain that choice. In everyone's life, freedom is an essential element. Freedom in Islamic education makes humans learn about events that occur in themselves, Liberation-based Islamic education is a mirror of human independence. Education seeks to provide assistance to free people in objective lives from oppression that strangles them. Therefore Islamic education has an important role to provide relief assistance to students. Abstract

The applied curriculum is still using the elementary school curriculum in general, which does not adopt the values of Islamic Boarding School. Based on logic of the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach as well as the results of FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and SWOT analysis, the carried out service treatments are mentoring and development of Islamic boarding school-based elementary school curriculum design. This mentoring was given to the curriculum development team of SDI Turen Malang by bringing in a third party who is the head of the curriculum at the Islamic boarding school. In addition to a facilitator, researcher as graduate from Islamic Boarding School who was part of the curriculum development team of Islamic Boarding School also provided direction and contributed concepts. In this curriculum, the basis of innovation is the introduction of Islamic religious teachings by integrating the curriculum. The curriculum development model of Islamic Boarding School for SDI Turen into an Islamic Boarding School-based curriculum in this service is emphasized on 4 points, namely: 1) Integration of religious values in the learning process, 2) Addition of religious subjects, 3) Use of the yellow book as a reference, and 4) Habituation of religious activities. The hope is that SDI Turen can use this curriculum development design into a permanent school curriculum as an effort to realize the dream of becoming an Islamic Boarding School-Based School.

Abstract

Changes in people's behavior towards women's lack of equality and human rights Women as a whole have not been able to gain the right to grow and equate with men. Women tend to become marginalized individuals and become subordinate to men. We know why many cigarette factories employ women as laborers, while men are employed in important roles such as corporate managers, overseers, and staff of tobacco companies. So why are there so many women who are placed as workers or regular employees? This indicates a lack of equality for women, and always assume that man is still regarded as a strong figure and responsible for finding and positioning the company or factory. Whereas women are weaker figures assigned to organize and as ordinary employers may even be merely appropriate for household affairs. When women enter the world of work, they are still faced with disenchanted behavior and a lack of justice for equality between men and women. In the competition of the working world, women are also in the lowest position compared with men. It is needed to give women opportunities to get equal access to men. This goal can be realized if the regulations made by the state are carried out properly and if the company is committed to giving fair treatment to women, eliminating gender discrimination, and providing human rights and equality between men and women.
