Abstract

Teman Bumil (Friends of Millennial Mother) is application is an application developed to help pregnant women which contains some information from running a pregnancy program to monitoring the growth and development of pregnant women. This application was first released in 2017 with the number of active users currently having a stickiness rate of ± 13% per month which in this case is proven by the interview method conducted by researchers. However, this number is still considered unstable because it is only around 13%, where the target of stickiness rate is ± 15% for the month. Several improvements have been made by adding health charts, online classes, new media features, and registration using a new method, namely OTP (One Time Password). the results of this change have not been as expected. Therefore, in this study, we propose Revamp or an update using the Flutter framework which produces an application that can be used by both the iOS and Android platforms or also called a hybrid so that it is more interactive and according to user needs. In addition, this study also uses the Agile development method with the Scrumban model, which is a combination of Scrum and Kanban. The results of this research are in the form of a Teman Bumil application that has been revamped and has also been tested for the application developed and has received a good response from users based on randomly distributed questionnaires.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence has developed in various fields. The development became more significant after Neural Networks(NN) began to gain popularity. Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs) are good at solving problems such as classification and object detection. However, the CNNs model tends to function to solve a specific problem. In the case of both object detection and face recognition it is difficult to make a single model that works well. NoonGil Lens+ is expected to be an approach that can solve both problems at once. As well as being a solution, it is also hoped that this approach can reduce the trade-off of accuracy and execution speed. The approach we propose can be called as Noongil Lens+, a system that connects YOLOv3 and FaceNet. It is inspired from a korean series called ‘STARTUP’. The author only develops the FaceNet model and the proposed system in this paper (NoonGil Lens+). Region Selection, a machine learning-based greedy approach was proposed to determine snapshots to fed into FaceNet for facial identity classification. FaceNet is trained on the CelebA dataset which has gone through the preprocessing process and is validated using the LFW dataset. NoonGil Lens+ was validated using 70 images of 7 celebrities, characters, and athletes. In general, the research was carried out successfully. NoonGil Lens+ using Region Selection has an accuracy of up to 75.2%. The Region Selection execution speed is also faster compared to Cascade Faces.

Abstract

Tindakan penanganan bencana merupakan tanggung jawab dari pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah. Dalam kegiatan penanganan tersebut banyak relawan yang terlibat. Mereka menyebar di wilatah bencana untuk membantu para korban, mengumpulkan data, mendistribusikan bantuan, dan lain sebagainya. Mereka sering kali memasuki wilayah bencana dengan situasi yang tidak menentu dan berbahaya. Akibatnya, jika terjadi kejadian yang membahayakan, mereka bisa terpisah dari rombongan, tersesat, terjebak di lokasi tertentu, atau bahkan meninggal dunia. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem untuk memantau dan mencari posisi dari tiap relawan yang terlibat penanganan bencana. Dalam kegiatan pemantauan, posisi para relawan diperbarui dengan mengirimkan SMS berisi koordinat posisi relawan oleh SMS autosender ke web service melalui SMS gateway. Koodinator kemudian bisa menampilkan posisi para relawan pada peta. Jika ada relawan yang dinyatakan hilang, koordinator/relawan dapat mengirimkan SMS ke handphone relawan yang hilang. Saat sampai di handphone relawan yang dicari, SMS autoresponder akan membaca posisi saat itu dari GPS dan mengirimkannya dalam bentuk SMS ke SMS gateway di kantor pusat koordinasi. Selain itu, relawan yang sedang dalam kondisi darurat juga bisa mengirimkan posisinya dengan menekan panic button agar posisinya bisa ditampilkan di peta dengan simbol khusus. Kata Kunci: bencana alam, relawan, mobile, SMS gateway, autosender, autoresponder, lokasi

Abstract

The bird-watching community has activities to record and manage observation data. So far, important observational data has only been written in personal notes. These notes have the potential to be lost and not even published. This method, which is still done manually, must be more consistent in detailed information shared with various bird-watching communities. To solve this problem, it is necessary to develop a website-based bird observation community information system to make it easier for admins to manage bird data and for bird watchers to manage observation data. The information system was developed using the PHP programming language with the help of the Laravel framework and using the Bootstrap framework to implement the program code developed. A website-based bird observation community information system has been successfully developed and used to make it easier for admins to manage bird data and manage observation data. Based on the results of the system evaluation by users, overall users were satisfied using the bird watching community information system that was built. Komunitas pengamatan burung memiliki kegiatan mencatat dan mengelola data pengamatan. Data penting pengamatan tersebut selama ini hanya tertulis dalam catatan pribadi. Catatan tersebut berpotensi hilang bahkan tidak terpublikasi. Cara yang masih dilakukan secara manual tersebut menyebabkan kurangnya konsistensi detail informasi yang dibagikan ke berbagai komunitas pengamatan burung. Sebagai penyelesaian masalah tersebut, perlu dikembangkan sistem informasi komunitas pengamatan burung berbasis website yang digunakan untuk memudahkan admin melakukan pengelolaan data burung serta memudahkan para pengamat burung melakukan pengelolaan data pengamatan. Sistem informasi dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan bantuan framework Laravel dan menggunakan framework Bootstrap untuk implementasi kode program yang dikembangkan. Sistem informasi komunitas pengamatan burung berbasis website berhasil dikembangkan dan digunakan untuk memudahkan admin melakukan pengelolaan data burung dan pengelolaan data pengamatan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi sistem oleh para pengguna, secara keseluruhan pengguna sudah merasa puas menggunakan sistem informasi komunitas pengamatan burung yang dibangun.

Abstract

Fotokopi Topaz merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang penyewaan jasa yang berlokasi di kota Palu, tepatnya di ibukota provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Beroperasi dari tahun 1999 hingga saat ini, fotokopi Topaz masih menjalankan semua proses usahanya dengan cara manual. Dikarenakan hal tersebut banyak masalah dirasakan oleh pemilik usaha seperti, pemilik toko tidak mengetahui secara pasti stok barang yang terjual mau pun barang yang masuk dalam waktu tertentu, pendapatan dan pengeluaran yang tidak diketahui secara tepat dikarenakan data transaksi tidak seluruhnya tercatat di nota. Oleh karena itu,  untuk menyikapi permasalahan ini dibangun sistem yang dapat mengatasi masalah pencatatan stok barang, transaksi, dan pelaporan toko. Penelitian yang dilakukan berhasil membangun sistem informasi yang membantu dan mempermudah UMKM fotokopi Topaz dalam menjalankan usahanya. Sistem yang dibangun memiliki empat fungsi utama yaitu, mengelola data master, melakukan transaksi penjualan dan pengadaan, dan menampilkan laporan pendapatan dan pengeluaran.
