Abstract

Waroeng Group is a company established by a couple of Jhody-Anik. This company is culinary business. This company is different from others in its vision. The vision is Spiritual Company concept. It is based on Islamic values. It means that the leadership model is also based on Islamic values namely prophetic leadership. Thisresearch aimed to describe how the prophetic leadership model effects career development of Waroeng Group employee. This study used qualitative research combining between literature review and field research at Waroeng Group. The result explained that 1). Prophetic leadership values; Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh andFathonah gave significant effect in career development of Waroeng Group employee, 2). Prophetic leadership values can be seen in two things; first, in training and education process, second in promotion and mutation process of Waroeng Group employee. By implementing prophetic leadership in career development ofWaroeng Group employee, it is expected that the employee do not only develop the company but also their career.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implikasi atau kontribusi pembelajaran pada kurikulum 2013 terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan dan kompetensi sikap siswa pada materi ekologi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode angket dengan statistik deskriptif persentase. Subyek dari penelitian adalah siswa kelas X sejumlah 270 siswa dan 4 guru biologi di 4 SMA yakni SMAN 2 Nganjuk, SMAN 1 Kertosono, SMAN 1 Nganjuk, dan SMAN 3 Nganjuk yang telah mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu implikasi pembelajaran dalam implementasi K13, kinerja guru memberikan pengaruh 85,1% dan siswa 73,8% terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan dan sikap pada materi ekologi. Perlu ada peningkatan kinerja guru di lapangan dalam hal mengevaluasi pembelajaran termasuk instrumen penilaian, perlu ada perbaikan dalam penyampaian materi dengan metode pembelajaran yang menerapkan saintific approach yang melatih skill, value, dan knowledge bukan hanya berorientasi konsep atau tagihan materi saja. Perhatian siswa (78,8%) adalah indikator tertinggi dari faktor siswa, maka perlu ada komunikasi yang baik dalam pembelajaran antara guru dengan siswa karena perubahan sikap berasal dari sejauh mana komunikasi itu diperhatikan, dipahami dan diterima oleh siswa, sehingga dapat mewujudkan pembelajaran yang mendukung keseimbangan kompetensi pengetahuan dan sikap siswa sesuai tuntutan kurikulum 2013. Kata kunci : ekologi, kurikulum 2013, pembelajaran, pengetahuan, sikap. Abstract This research aims to describe the implication of teaching learning based on 2013 curriculum with cognitive and behavior competence of students at ecological material. This research were quantitative descriptive, method by using the questionnaire then analyzed by using the descriptive percentage statistic. The subject of this research were 270 students of ten grades and 4 biology teachers in the Senior High School of 2 Nganjuk, 1 Kertosono, 1 Nganjuk and 3 Nganjuk which have implemented the 2013 curriculum in Nganjuk. The result of the research were implication of teaching learning in 2013 curriculum, the teachers performance (85%) and students (73.8%) influence with cognitive and behavior competence of students at ecological material. Required to improve the teachers performance in the field of terms about evaluating learning which were instrument assessment and learning material by method using saintific approach not only concept oriented but also accustomed skill, value and knowledge. The students interest (78,8%) was highest indicator of student's factor, they needs to be good communication in learning between teachers and students because of changing in behaviour comes from the extent which the communication was considered, understood and accepted by the students, so can be realize the learning support of the balance between cognitive and behaviour competence according to the demands in 2013 curriculum. Abstract

Abstrak Wicara (suara) adalah sebuah sinyal rumit hasil dari beberapa perubahan yang terjadi pada beberapa level yang berbeda dari semantik, bahasa, pengucapan dan akustik. Secara anatomi sinyal wicara pada manusia dihasilkan oleh kerja sama antara paru-paru, laring atau pita suara. Akan tetapi terkadang terdapat suatu kasus dimana seseorang tidak dapat berbicara secara normal dikarenakan terkena kanker laring. Penyakit kanker laring adalah pertumbuhan sel yang tidak normal secara cepat di tenggorokan. Tindakan terbaik untuk menyelamatkan jiwa penderita adalah dengan pengangkatan organ laring secara total (laryngectomy). Untuk mengembalikan kemampuan bicara penderita kanker laring setelah laryngectomy adalah melakukan beberapa terapi, salah satunya esophageal speech (ES). Namun kualitas dari ES tersebut sangat rendah. Dalam penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan metode pemodelan Linear Predicyive Coding (LPC) diharapkan mampu mereduksi noise pada esophageal speech. Dengan menggunakan metode teersebut dihasilkan sinyal suara, spektogram, spektrum dan sinyal setelah diproses menggunakan LPC. Dari proses analisis LPC dihasilkan nilai Mean Square Error (MSE) dan Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR). Nilai SNR yang semakin besar menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pengurang noise yang semakin baik. Sebaliknya jika nilai MSE yang dihasilkan semakin kecil maka semakin baik pula kualitas pengurangan noise pada sinyal suara tersebut. Nilai MSE dan SNR untuk suara normal berturut-turut yaitu 17.4142 dan 70.8952 dB sedangkan untuk ES yaitu 18.4532 dan75.3853 dB. Kata Kunci :Esophageal speech, laryngectomy, Linear Predictive Coding (LPC) Abstract Speech is a complex signal as a result of some transformations that occur in several different levels of semantics, linguistics, articulation and acoustic. In the anatomy of human speech signal is generated by cooperation between the lungs, larynx or pita suaras. But sometimes there is a case where a person can not speak normally due to cancer of the larynx. Laryngeal cancer is abnormal cell growth rapidly in the throat. The best action is to save the lives of patients with total removal of the organ larynx (laryngectomy). To restore the ability to speak laryngeal cancer patients after laryngectomy is doing some therapy, one esophageal speech (ES). But the quality of the ES is very low. In this study, using modeling methods Predicyive Linear Coding (LPC) is expected to reduce noise in esophageal speech. By using teersebut generated sound signals, spectrograms, spectrum and signal after processing using the LPC. From the LPC analysis generated Mean Square Error (MSE) and Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR). SNR greater value indicates that the quality is getting better noise reduction. Conversely, if the value of the smaller MSE produced the better the quality of noise reduction in the noise signal. MSE and SNR values ​​for normal voice row is 17.4142 and 70.8952 dB while for ES is 18.4532 and 75.3853 dB. Keywords: Esophageal speech, laryngectomy, Linear Predictive Coding (LPC)

Abstract

Childhood is a time that very susceptible to various diseases due to a less of affective sanitation and poor hygiene. Hands washing and teeth brushing behavior are part of the health behaviors that need to be invested to prevent the diseases. Parents have important role in providing support and maintaining their children’s health care. Objective of this research was to know a relationship between parents support with hands washing and teeth brushing behaviors among children in Kindergarten ABA Kepiton, Kulon Progo. This research was a Quantitative inductive research with cross sectional study approach. The Population were all of children and parents of children attending in kindergarten ABA Kepiton, Kulon Progo which consisted of 37 childrens. With a total sampling method, the number of samples was meet inclusion and exclusion criteria were 35 childrens. Analysis of the data used Fisher’s Exact Test. Results of Fisher’s Exact Test showed that there was relationship between parents support and hands washing behavior in children, p-value =0.009 (p<0.05) and there was no relationship between parents support and teeth brushing behavior in children, p-value=0.292 (p>0.05). In conclusion, there was a relationship between parents support and hands washing behavior in children and there was no relationship between parents support and teeth brushing behavior in children.
