Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan jawaban, untuk dapat mengetahui, mendeskripsikandan menganalisis Implementasi Proses Penyaluran Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa Dampak PandemiCovid-19. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan pengaolahan data analisiskualitatif, yakni penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk membuat gambaran atau mengambarkan keadaanataupun kejadian. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Kepala Urusan, Ketua BPD, MasyarakatPenerima Manfaat BLT-Dana Desa. Hasil Penelitian Proses Penyaluran BLT Dana Desa melaluipendataan masyarakat kurang mampu dan masyarakat yang belum menerima bantuan sosial lainnyadari pemerintah dan di klarifikasikan data dengan masyarakat penerima BLTDD melalui Musyawaratdesa secara khusus.

Abstract

Pokok kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah Sosialisasi Kebijakan Pengendalian Hutan danLahan Kabupaten Sintang dengan Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukanbahwa Sosialisasi Kebijakan Pengendalian Hutan dan Lahan Kabupaten Sintang dilakukan denganmemberikan informasi berbagai peraturan pemrintah berserta himbau terhadap bahayanya kebakaranhutan dan lahan dengan koordinasi pihak terkait instansi pemerintah dalam pengendalian kebakaranhutan dan lahan berlangsung dalam status kebakaran hutan dan lahan mencapai status darurat. Pendekatanpenanggulangan / pemadaman tidak mampu memberikan kinerja pengendalian kebakaran hutan danlahan yang baik. Rekomendasi sosialiasi Kebijakan terhadap bahayanya kebakaran hutan dan lahanagar terus di lakukan dengan maksimal lintas sektor dan terkait banyak aktor yang dilibatkan dalamSatgas pengendalian dan juga masyarakat sipil baik NGO, akademisi maupun masyarakat sertapengusaha.

Abstract

Pokok permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui,mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Perencana Pembangunan di Kecamatan Semitau Kabupaten KapuasHulu. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Deskriptif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data adalahobservasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan metode analisisdeskriptif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mekanisme musrenbang kecamatan di mulai daripembentukan Panitia tingkat Kecamatan dan pihak kecamatan meminta rekapitulasi usul pembangunanprioritas pada tingkat Desa. Proses musrenbang dilakukan dengan mengundang seluruh pihak terkaitbaik sebagai pserta maupun sebagai narasumber dan Penetapan hasil musrenbang kecamatan di tetapkandengan berita acara untuk selanjutnya hasil di kirim ke Pemerintah Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu.

Abstract

The study in this study is the Role of the National Integration Forum of the National Unity and Politics Agency of Sintang Regency. and therefore the objectives to be achieved in this study are to find out, describe and analyze. With this research method using Descriptive research. The subjects in namely the Head of the Agency, the National Unity Development Section, the Chairperson of the FPK and FPK Members, with the research techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation studies with data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that (1). The role of the FPK has carried out its role in supporting existing policies and trying to comply with all applicable provisions regarding the implementation of programs in the field of Ideology and National Insight Development. (2). FPK development is running well but after the Covid-19 pandemic there is a budget problem in implementing the national insight program because the budget for implementing the national insight program is diverted to handling Covid-19 so that several programs have not run optimally. The suggestions submitted by the Research are (1). The role of FPK which has carried out its role in supporting existing policies and has attempted to comply with all applicable provisions regarding the implementation of programs in the field of Ideology and National Insight Development so that it continues to be improved. (2). FPK development which has been running well but has not yet run optimally so that it can be improved and continue to improve the work program.

Abstract

Pokok permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Komunikasi Pembangunan Desa Jentawang Hilir Kecamatan Ketungau Hilir. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Komunikasi Pembangunan Desa Jentawang Hilir Kecamatan Ketungau Hilir. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian peskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Komunikasi Pembangunan dilakukan dengan komunikasi formal yang lebih mengarahkan komunikasi vertical, horizontal dan diagonal dan didukung dengan papan pengumuman dan belum memiliki media komunikasi dalam bentuk koran dan radio. Serta Media Komunikasi dengan menggunakan papan pengumuman yang ada di kantor desa serta masyarakat juga mendengarkan rodio dan membaca koran, Yang dilaku lebih fokus pada proses untuk menyamaan persepsi untuk menjalankan, koordinasi yang dilakukan adalah koordinasi antar pribadi yakni Koordinasi yang penerapannya antara pribadi/individu dalam usaha menyampaikan informasi yang dimaksudkan untuk mencapai kesamaan pengertian, sehingga dengan demikian dapat tercapai keinginan bersama.

Abstract

in Sekadau Regency. The objectives of this study are to understand, describe, and analyze the implementation of Child Identity Cards in Sekadau Regency. This research method used descriptive research. The subjects were the Head of the Civil Registration Service, the Head of the Population and Civil Registration Services Division, and several community members who received services. The research techniques used for data collection included observation, interviews, and documentation studies, with data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that information dissemination and outreach related to the Child Identity Card Program have been implemented, with partnerships established with other institutions in education and health, and outreach efforts at the village level, as well as the use of social media. Resources are sufficient, supported by legal instruments as a basis for implementation, human resources, facilities, infrastructure, and a budget provided by the government, enabling services to be implemented in the Child Identity Card Program. Dispositions have been implemented, with the implementation of core tasks and functions, particularly in the field of population registration services, as a commitment to issuing Child Identity Cards. However, community support is still needed. The researcher recommends the following: Information dissemination and outreach related to the Child Identity Card Program should be continuously improved, particularly through social media and websites. Resources need to be optimized as a basis for service delivery in the implementation of the Child Identity Card Program in Sekadau Regency. The disposition for continued optimization requires support from discipline and active community cooperation for the success of the government program.

Abstract

Abstract: The main problem examined in this research is the development of road infrastructure in villages in Sintang Regency. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to determine, describe, and analyze the development of road infrastructure in villages in Sintang Regency. This research method uses descriptive research. The subjects were the Village Head, Hamlet Head, and the community. The research techniques used for data collection were observation, interviews, and documentation studies, with data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the majority of residents support the improvement of village road infrastructure in planning village road development to facilitate daily activities and economic progress. Community participation in road infrastructure development has been effective in decision-making, implementation, and utilization. The conclusion of this study is that village road development planning has been carried out through the construction of new roads and repairs to facilitate daily activities and economic progress. Community participation in road infrastructure development has involved all elements of the community. Coordination has been established.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the customary leader in resolving land disputes that frequently occur between the community and companies or among community members. The role of the customary leader is highly strategic, as they possess knowledge of land ownership history and can foster community trust throughout the various stages of dispute resolution. The study seeks to describe the role of the customary leader in resolving land disputes at the village level. The findings indicate that the village customary leader plays a strategic role during the mediation phase between disputing parties; this mediation process involves coordination with the village head, the disputing parties, and sub-district and district government authorities.
