Abstract: This research aims to analyze the implementation of school culture-based character education in SMA BhaktyasraMaumere. This research is a descriptive study that used a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the principal, vice-principal, teacher, and students. The selection of research subjects using purposive. Data collection techniques using interviews. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman analysis model. Data obtained through interviews, observations and documentation studies. Data validity testing techniques through triangulation. The results of this study indicate that school culture is a model for implementing character education in schools. The activities of the implementation of character values through habituation, role models, education and learning, structured assistance, various writings, and guidebooks. Character values include 5 basic foundations, namely: Discipline, responsibility, cooperation, honesty, and manners, which are internalized in 18 national character values.Keywords: Analisis, Pendidikan Karakter, Budaya Sekolah Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah di SMA BhaktyasraMaumere. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara. Analisis data yang menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Huberman. Data dipeoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik pengujian keabsahan data melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya sekolah menjadi model dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Adapun kegiatan implementasi nilai karakter melalui pembiasaan, keteladanan, pendidikan dan pembelajaran, Pendampingan secara terstruktur, berbagai tulisan, dan buku panduan. Nilai-nilai karakter meliputi 5 nilai dasar yayasan yakni: Disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, jujur, dan sopan santun, yang terinternalisai dalam 18 nilai karakter bangsa.
