<![CDATA[The value of the company is one aspect that is considered by investors before investing their shares. Many factors can affect the value of the company. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, company size and capital structure on the value of the services companies sub-sector tourism, hotel and restaurant listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016 to 2019. The population in this study were 37 services companies sub-sector tourism, hotel and restaurant listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period with a total research sample of 20 companies. The data collection method used is purposive sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression as a data analysis technique. The results showed that profitability had a positive and significant effect on firm value, firm size had a negative and significant effect on firm value and capital structure had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Sub-sector service companies, hotel and restaurant tourism listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are expected to be able to maintain financial performance in terms of profitability, capital structure and total assets owned by the company so as to further increase the value of the company. Nilai perusahaan ialah salah satu aspek menjadi pertimbangan investor sebelum menginvestasikan sahamnya. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini ialahuntuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan perusaahan jasa sub sektor pariwisata, hotel dan restoran yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2016 sampai dengan 2019.Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37 perusahaan sub sektor pariwisata, hotel dan restoran yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2019 dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 20 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Perusahaan jasa sub sektor, pariwisata hotel dan restoran yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia diharapkan mampu untuk mempertahankan kinerja keuangan baik itu dari profitabilitas, struktur modal dan total aset yang dimiliki perusahaan sehingga dapat lebih meningkatkan nilai perusahaan.]]>
