Abstract

The aim of study was to determine the influence of education level, conflict and reward on employee performance at PT. Sentral Sinar Matahari Pekanbaru. The analysis was based on a sample 40 people was taken by the respondent. The studies non and were collected through questioner. The Result showed that employee performance on level education, conflict and reward were processed and tested with the test validity dan realibility, and a classic assumption test is then carried out an analysis of the influence of variables on the employee performance. The study recommends and advice the company to maintain and improving the level education. Conflict and reward so the employee performance could be maintained. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, konflik dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.Sentral Sinar Matahari Pekanbaru. analisis ini didasarkan pada 40 orang responden, penelitian ini diambil dan dikumpulkan melalui Angket. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan atas Tingkat pendidikan, Konflik dan reward yang di proses dan di tes menggunakan uji validitas dan realibilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik yang menghasilkan terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan dan menyarankan bagi perusahaan agar bisa mempertahankan dan meningkatkan lagi tingkat pendidikan, konflik dan reward sehingga kinerja karyawan dapat dipertahankan.
