Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Accrual Based Institution Accounting System (SAIBA) as the Implementation of PP 71 of 2010 at RSJ Prof. dr. Soerojo Magelang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, among others, by reducing information, namely summarizing and choosing the main things, focusing on important things obtained by researchers from the field, and using preliminary information obtained by interviewing the Accounting Department Staff at RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo. The results of this study indicate that the RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo was ready and implemented an accrual-based SAP. With good preparedness, this study also shows that the application of the accrual accounting system at RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo has done very well. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Sistem Akuntansi Instansi Berbasis Akrual (SAIBA) sebagai Implementasi PP 71 tahun 2010 di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Prof. dr. Soerojo Magelang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif antara lain dengan mereduksi informasi yaitu merangkum dan memilih hal-hal pokok, fokus pada hal-hal penting yang diperoleh peneliti dari lapangan dan menggunakan information preliminary yang diperoleh dengan wawancara kepada Staf Bagian Akuntansi RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo telah siap dan melaksanakan SAP berbasis akrual. Dengan kesiapan yang baik, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem akuntansi akrual di RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo sudah dilakukan dengan sangat baik.
