Abstract

Perlindungan terhadap pekerja dimaksudkan untuk menjamin hak-hak dasar pekerja dan menjamin kesamaan kesempatan serta perlakuan tanpa diskriminasi atas apapun untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan pekerja dan keluarganya dengan tetap memperhatikan perkembangan kemajuan dunia usaha dan kepentingan pengusaha. Bahwa adanya perkembangan ekonomi global dan kemajuan teknologi yang demikian cepat membawa dampak timbulnya persaingan diantara perusahaan yang begitu ketat yang menyebabkan perusahaan melakukan pengangkatan tenaga alih daya (outsourcing).

Abstract

The existence of foreign investment in Indonesia is very important and strategic in supporting the implementation of national economic development and increasing economic growth in the community, which is regulated in law number 25 of 2007. This research is an empirical normative research, data collection is done by interview and literature study. Data processing is done by checking the data, the analysis in this study is done descriptive, that is, systematically doing research in the field to obtain data.The results show that in every foreign company that wants to invest in Indonesia, it must take care of the principle permit to the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and the One-Stop Integrated Investment and Service Office (PTSP). So that the company can be established in Indonesia and its establishment is in accordance with the procedures of the foreign investment law so that the foreign investment company is fully under the responsibility and supervision of The Republic of Indonesia. The Government also provides relief to foreign investment in Indonesia in foreign up the cost of the entry of goods or electronic equipment for the purposes of Foreign Investment in Indonesia in investing.

Abstract

The formation of customary law and customary sanctions is inseparable from the result of a violation or crime which according to customary law is seen as a crime that can damage the sense of comfort and sense of peace in social life, so that the perpetrators and offenders are subject to customary sanctions which are a retribution or lesson for the perpetrator of crime so as not to repeat it again. Customary law was applied by the Dutch to the Bumi Putera Group with the assumption that customary law was in accordance with the mystical atmosphere of the Indonesian people at that time, one part of customary law is customary criminal law. Customary criminal law today is still alive in the community, even though the Criminal Code is valid as a positive law.
