Abstract

The boarding community have formed a subculture which is sociological anthropologist is not simply a physical manifestation is a place to learn, with the buildings, the Yellow Book, students and kiai. But also regarding the broad community who live around it and forms a pattern of cultural life, social and religious, which pattern more or less the same as other religious schools nearby. Morality is the key to the formation of the ethos and structure of the social community of the pesantren. Boarding schools have learned methods to the development of quality children, in this case his protégé santri. Study on the application of teaching model rote learning that author stacking is unprecedented and this is indeed only in Nganjuk Krempyang pesatren. Abstract

The results of social analysis (Ansos) state that internally at MA Bahrul Ulum Ngaglik there are no vehicles or media that can be used as a means of developing Human Resources (HR) for their students. In these institutions intellectual and creative talents such as writing, composing poetry, composing, and even drawing are wasted without channeling because there is no available channel for distribution such as magazines, tabloids, scientific journals and even wall magazines (Mading). Even though it is common in an educational institution which in fact is an educational institution, teaches and equips students with various skills and skills that will be beneficial and useful, especially later when they take part in real life. There fore the STAI Darussalam service team will hold training in order to improve the Human Resources of their students through training on Wall Magazine creation (Mading). The method used uses the ABCD approach with the service learning model.

Abstract

PENGARUH VARIASI JUMLAH CAMPURAN PEREKATTERHADAP KARAKTERISTIK BRIKETBATANG JAGUNG Ahmad Saifuddin21401052060 Jurusan MesinFakultas TeknikUniversitas Islam MalangAhmadsaifuddin18@gmail.com ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi jumlah campuran perekat terhadap karakteristik briket batang jagung. Berdasarkan penelitian hal ini dimaksudkan mengambil populasi dan sampel, variable terikat, variable bebas, variable terkendali, metode pengumpulan data berdasarkan hasil dari 9 pengujian yakni nilai kalor, kadar air, kadar abu, berat jenis, fixed carbon, volatile metter, stability, shatterindex, dan durability. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisisdeskriptif untuk menggambarkan variasi perekat pada karakteristik briket batang jagung, untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh variasi perekat pada karakteristik briket peneliti menggunakan analisis varians (ANAVA) satu arah. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan hubungan antara jumlah perekat dengan karakteristik briket batang jagung dihasilkan rata-rata dari pengujian pada masing-masing variasi nilai kalor, kadar air, kadar abu, berat jenis, fixed carbon, volatile metter, stability, shatter index, dan durability.Kata Kunci : pengaruh jumlah perekat terhadap pembuatan briket batang jagung.

Abstract

The limited number of studies on the integration of local wisdom into the application of restorative justice for minor criminal offenses forms the background of this research, despite the significant potential of such an approach to strengthen social legitimacy and reduce the burden on the formal criminal justice system. This study aims, through a normative juridical perspective, to: (1) analyze the normative support and legal boundaries within existing positive law instruments; (2) formulate juridical parameters that allow local wisdom to be considered a legitimate element in restorative justice mechanisms; and (3) propose policy recommendations to strengthen the normative framework. The method employed is normative juridical analysis using the statute approach and conceptual approach. Primary legal sources include Prosecutorial Regulation No. 15 of 2020, National Police Regulation No. 8 of 2021, and the new Criminal Code (Law No. 1 of 2023), while secondary and tertiary legal materials were obtained through legal literature and official legal databases. Data were analyzed using content analysis and legal interpretation through grammatical, systematic, and teleological methods. The findings indicate that while Prosecutorial Regulation No. 15 of 2020 has opened space for case dismissal based on restorative justice, it does not explicitly accommodate local wisdom values, potentially creating disharmony with the principle of legality and provisions in the Criminal Procedure Code. Moreover, regulatory inconsistencies at the village law level and ambiguities in classical literature regarding the scope of restorative justice were identified. The main conclusion of this study is the urgent need to draft or revise technical guidelines that explicitly regulate the integration of local wisdom as a valid juridical consideration within restorative justice mechanisms. The implications of this study are both theoretical enriching the literature on legal culture and restorative justice, and practical in enhancing the effectiveness of legally sound and socially accepted resolutions of minor offenses. This research also opens avenues for future studies with empirical and implementation-based approaches across different regions.
