Abstract

Mobile banking is a service provided by banks that allows customers to conduct various types of service transactions anytime and anywhere through smartphone devices. This service is not only utilized by customers at large, but UIN students have also utilized the service in making single tuition payments. However, there are still many students who have not utilized the convenience of this service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the effectiveness and instruments of using mobile banking on customer satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach.

Abstract

Islamic banks, as the name implies, are banks based on Islamic law (sharia) which do not run an interest system in their operations because this is considered a ribawi mechanism. In carrying out its operations, Islamic banks take profits by using a profit-sharing system. The operational activities of Islamic banks do not only focus on raising and channeling funds, but service quality is also an important factor in maximizing profits. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the quality of Islamic bank services has an influence on student satisfaction as Islamic bank customers. And this research consists of two variables, namely service quality and customer satisfaction. This research method uses quantitative methods with regression tests given to 40 respondents with 10 questions.

Abstract

Before the development of science and technology, the payment system in Indonesia was only done using cash. Money is used to make daily human payments as a medium of exchange. Cash payment instruments are regulated in Law Number 7 of 2011 concerning Currency. But along with the development of science and technology, payment instruments have been more widely used. This progress comes in the form of digital payment instruments. QRIS is one of the digital payments available today. QRIS stands for Indonesian Quick Response Code Standard launched by Bank Indonesia. When making payments through QRIS as a means of payment, you can use one e-wallet to pay merchants, such as Link Aja, Gopay, OVO, DANA, Shopeepay, and others. This research was conducted to compare payment systems (cash and QRIS payments) made by Banten students in making transactions. This research was conducted using quantitative methodology. The distribution data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires.

Abstract

Nowadays we can shop online through e-commerce platforms, which makes the time to shop more effective and efficient. Because it can be done anytime and anywhere even just from home. There are several payment systems that can be done when shopping online on an e-commerce platform, one of which is the COD (Cash On Delivery) payment system. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the COD (Cash On Delivery) payment system on online shopping interest in the Shoope e-commerce platform, especially for UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanudin Banten students. The instrument used for data collection in this study was a survey with a questionnaire consisting of 48 respondents. The research sample is students of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanudin Banten who actively use the Shoope e-commerce platform. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression techniques. From the results of this study, the cash on delivery payment system has a positive influence on shopping interest on the shoope e-commerce platform with a significance level of 0.000 in the simple linear regression data analysis test.

Abstract

From survey data conducted by the Financial Services Authority regarding national finance, the financial literacy index in Banten is still below the national average of 45.19 percent. This was conveyed directly by the Head of OJK Jabodetabek and Banten Province in 2022. The low financial literacy index in Banten, OJK invites to jointly improve finance in the community, especially in students. Financial literacy is knowledge, skills, beliefs that influence a person's financial attitudes and behavior to improve the quality of decision making and financial management in order to achieve prosperity. This study uses a survey method in collecting answers from respondents. Using 50 samples of students at Banten State Islamic University who were randomly selected. The results of data collection through questionnaires that will be processed and analyzed using linear regression statistical methods. Based on this, it was found that financial literacy with indicators of basic knowledge of personal finance, personal financial records, and financial behavior had an effect on student financial management.

Abstract

Students’ decisions to buy on the Shopee platform are influenced by various variables. Free shipping vouchers are one of them. The impact of providing free shipping coupons on purchases of the Shopee platform by students. Thirty-eight Shopee users who had received free shipping vouchers were given a questionnaire as part of the research technique. To evaluate the relationship between the independent variable (free shipping coupon) and the dependent variable (purchase choice), data analysis was carried out using basic linear regression. The results of the research show that there is a significant positive influence between providing free shipping vouchers on students’ purchasing decisions. This shows that providing free shipping vouchers can increase students’ interest and motivation to make purchases on the Shopee platform. The managerial implication of this research is that it is important for e-commerce platforms to consider the strategy of providing free shipping vouchers as a way to increase sales and influence consumer purchasing decisions. In addition, this research adds theoretical insight to knowledge about the variables that influence online shopping behavior, especially among students. The results of this research are intended to serve as a guide for future academics who wish to conduct studies on consumer behavior and marketing tactics in the digital era.

Abstract

This research was created with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of product use and service features on students' interest in using e-wallets. The use of e-wallets is increasing and this has influenced the way consumers shop. In this article, we will discuss an analysis of the use of e-wallets in influencing buying interest. We will see how the use of e-wallets can influence the shopping behavior of individual consumers, as well as how this affects the sales industry as a whole. The results of the research we conducted show that the convenience, benefits and promotions provided by the e-wallet application play an important role in purchasing decisions or purchase interest among students at the Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University, Banten. This research approach uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample for this research consisted of students from the Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University, Banten, totaling 31 respondents. The analysis method uses regression test analysis.
