Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Madiun yang akan disesuaikan dengan beban kerja yang ada. Metode Workload Indicator Of Staffing Need (WISN) adalah metode untukĀ  menghitung kebutuhan tenaga kerja berdasarkan beban kerja. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kualitatif yang pengumpulan datanya didapatkan dengan observasi menggunakan teknik Time Motion Study untuk mendeskripsikan pola kegiatan/beban kerja serta proporsi waktu yang digunakan untuk melakukan kegiatan. Selain itu juga dilakukan wawancara dan mengkaji dokumen. Sedangkan untuk perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga kerja menggunakan metode Workoad Indicator Of Staffing Need (WISN). Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan persentase penggunaan waktu produktif Unit Apotek Rawat Jalan adalah 84%, yang sudah melebihi dari batas standar optimal 80%. Hasil dari penelitian di dapat persentase penggunaan waktu produktif Unit Apotek Rawat Inap adalah 64%, yang tidak melebihi dari batas standar optimal 80% hal ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan waktu kerja di Unit Apotek Rawat Inap belum sepenuhnya produktif (belum mencapai titik optimum penggunaan waktu produktif sebesar 80%), sehingga beban kerja pegawai belum dapat dikatakan tinggi atau masih termasuk dalam batas wajar. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan metode WISN didapatkan jumlah kebutuhan tenaga pelayanan 24 orang yaitu dengan rincian di Unit Apotek Rawat Jalan seharusnya pegawai bertugas 13 orang. Sedangkan tenaga yang ada saat ini 7 orang, sehingga kekurangan 6 orang. Kemudian di Unit Apotek Rawat Jalan seharusnya pegawai bertugas shift pagi 8 orang, shift siang 2 orang dan shift malam 1 orang. Sedangkan tenaga yang ada saat ini 10 orang, sehingga masih kekurangan tenaga 1 orang. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk menambah atau melakukan mutasi tenaga dari bagian lain serta meyetarakan pembagian tugas untuk masing-masing pegawai pelayanan Farmasi.

Abstract

Service efforts undertaken by the Hospital was to improve the quality of health services quality and affordable by the community in order to improve public health status.Quality of service should be done by Hospital to improve patient satisfaction as a service user. The objective was to analyze association between service quality and patient satisfaction at Dahlia room,Regional Public Hospital Madiun .An observational analysis was conducted with cross-sectional study design. Samples were 78 using purposive sampling techniques. Data were analyzed by chi-square. This study showed that 56,4% respondents said that the quality of service was good. There were 52,6% respondents not satisfied with quality of service. Bivariate analysis showed association between service quality and patient satisfaction (p=0,014). There were an association between service quality and patient satisfaction. Madiun City General Hospital should improve the quality of service so that all patients are satisfied with the services provided.
