Abstract

Dasa Wisma Melati II Kalurahan Jombor Bendosari kelurahan Sukoharjo merupakan bagian dari RT 7 RW 3 Jombor Bendosari Sukoharjo. Anggota dawis berjumlah 18 orang ibu-ibu, hampir 80% sebagai pekerja dalam instansi pemerintahan/PNS. Dari pagi sampai siang bahkan sore disibukkan dengan pekerjaannya masin-masing sehingga dalam mengurus rumah /keluarga kurang. Untuk itu kami bermaksud untuk melaksanakan Ipteks bagi Masyarakat yang akan diterapkan kepada ibu-ibu dawis dalam hal menanam tanaman obat dan sayur keluarga yang pekerjaan tersebut untuk kegiatan di sore hari saat ibu-ibu santai di rumah. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pemberian materi tentang jenis-jenis tanaman obat dan sayuran untuk keluarga, pentingnya tanaman obat dan sayuran untuk keluarga dan teori-teori serta praktek langsung mulai dari penyiapan bibit sampai bagaimana cara untuk merawat. Disamping itu juga guna mendukung program pemerintah desa bahwa setiap keluarga (KK) harus mempunyai minimal tiga pot tanaman sayur/buah/rempah-rempah. Harapannya dapat membantu ibu-ibu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari terutana untuk kebutuhan tanaman obat dan sayuran setiap hari yang dapat langsung memetik/panen sendiri. Dari hasil pengabdian ini ternyata ibu-ibu sangat antusias untuk mempunyai tanaman TOSAGA tersebut. Ini dapat dibuktikan  bahwa ada sekitar 90% semua rumah-rumah di Dawis Melati II mempunyai tanaman TOSAGA tersebut. Kata kunci : IbM, Tanaman, Obat, Sayuran, TOSAGA ABSTRACT Dasa Wisma Melati II, Jombor Bendosari Sub-District, Sukoharjo Village is part of RT 7 RW 3 Jombor Bendosari Sukoharjo. The number of dawis members is 18 mothers, almost 80% as workers in institutions government agencies. Every morning until noon, even in the evening, they are busy with their respective jobs so that they are lacking in managing the house/family. For this reason, we intend to carry out science and technology for the community which will be applied to dawis mothers in terms of planting medicinal plants and family vegetables whose work is for activities in the afternoon when the mothers relax at home. The method used is by providing material about the types of medicinal plants and vegetable for the family, the importance of medicinal plants and vegetables for the family and direct theories and practices starting from preparing seeds to how to care for them. Besides that, it is also to support the village government program that every family (KK) must have at least three pots of vegetable / fruit / spices plants. The hope is that it can help mothers to meet their daily needs, especially for the needs of medicinal plants and vegetables every day, which can immediately pick / harvest themselves. From the results of this dedication, it turned out that the women were very enthusiastic about having the TOSAGA plant. It can be proven that around 90% of all the houses in Dawis Melati II have this TOSAGA plant. Keywords: Plants, Medicine, Vegetables, TOSAGA

Abstract

PT. XXX is a large company in the garment industry, which carries out production activities based on orders. The calculation of the cost of products that has been carried out by the company still has the classification of production costs that are not exactly in accordance with the existing theory, therefore it is necessary to have a full costing method to determine an effective product selling price. By conducting this research, we can find out whether there is a difference between the full costing method of calculating the Cost of Product and the calculations that have been done by the company. This study took 4 clothing models to be examined, including the rob shirt, top blouse, trauser elli and mash jumpsuit. The results of previous research that the rob shirt model gained a profit of 10.8%, after using the full costing method it became 41.6%, the previous top blouse model gained a profit of 0.7%, after using the full costing method it became 35.8%, the Elli model The previous trauser made a profit of 24.8%, after using the full costing method it became 88.3%, the previous mash jumpsuit model gained a profit of 1.4%, after using the full costing method it was 36.6%. These results are proven, that using the full costing method the company gets greater profits than before, because the calculated costs for calculating the cost of goods are more detailed and carried out effectively according to the needs for production.

Abstract

Competition in the industrial world is increasingly making manufacturing companies to continue to improve continuously the quality, price, quantity of production and timely delivery of their products to provide satisfaction to consumers/customers. In the research analyzed, namely the waste that occurs in the copper craft industry UD. Setya Budhi, and this study aims to analyze waste and what are the factors causing it. This study uses a Lean Manufacturing approach with data processing using the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) methods. The data needed for this research starts from observations of the work environment, facility layout, production flow and production time. As well as the stages of interviews and questionnaires to complete the required data. From the analysis using the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method, the results obtained are 71.60% value added, 7.39% non value added, and necessary but non value added 21.01%, then the analysis uses the Failure Mode And Effect method. Analysis (FMEA) obtained the highest RPN value from Waste Defect of 252 points, Waste Waiting 590 points, Waste Transportation 600 points, and Waste Motion 700 points, which means that there is still waste that occurs in the company. So it is necessary to have a significant evaluation of the layout of the facility or production layout and the provision of SOP classification in each department.

Abstract

PT. Sami Surya Indah Plastik merupakan salah satu perusahan di Sukoharjo yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur. Hasil produksi terbesar yaitu Polypropylene Woven Bag (Karung Plastik) dan Polypropylene Jumbo Bag (Karung Jumbo). Sistem produksi yang diterapkan adalah make to order. Dalam proses pembutan produk ada beberapa proses antara lain proses extruder, dimana proses extruder adalah proses pelelehan biji plastik menjadi benang plastik. Pada proses extruder ini sangat memperhatikan kualitas pada benang plastik, karena jika terdapat defect pada benang plastik akan mempengaruhi kualitas pada karung. Saat proses extruder terdapat 4 kriteria cacat yaitu joss nglokor, joss kecil, joss loom, dan siletan yang melebihi target aval sebesar 0,4% dari standat target aval yaitu 3,5%, maka perlu dilakukan pengendalian kualitas guna menurunkan nilai aval. Metode yang digunakan yaitu seven tools yang terfokuskan pada peta kendali P dan fishbone Chart. Dari peta kendali P yang telah disusun secara umum seluruh data belum terkendali, maka perlu ditindaklanjuti segera. Dari Fishbone Chart secara umum terdapat 4 faktor utama yaitu: tenaga kerja, material, mesin, dan lingkungan. Penyebab yang paling dominan adalah tenaga kerja yang kelelahan akibat banyaknya target sehingga kurangnya ketelitian atau konsentrasi pada saat bekerja yang mengakibatkan benang plastik yang dikerjakan tidak sempurna.
