Abstract

UMKM merupakan suatu bisnis skala kecil menengah yang memiliki potensi dan peluang dalam mendapatkan keuntungan. Dengan UMKM, diharapkan masyarakat mampu meningkatkan kreativitasnya sehingga dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan yang memadai. UMKM dikelola oleh perseorangan yang tidak menerapkan prinsip organisasi, enggan untuk melakukan promosi dan penelitian sebelum mendirikan suatu bisnis UMKM. Oleh sebab itu, ada beberapa UMKM yang gagal karena disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu : (1) Mengatur struktur organisasi, (2) Pengendalian jumlah produksi, (3) Sistem administrasi dan pembukuan, (4) Pengelolaan keuangan, (5) Pemasaran dan promosi. Saat ini, sudah banyak berbagai jenis UMKM yang ada. Bahkan, di pedesaan sudah menjamur aneka jenis UMKM yang menarik. Salah satunya adalah kerajinan lamak yang didirikan oleh Bapak Made Sukiana, yaitu UD. Wijaya Kusuma yang  bergerak dalam produksi dan penjualan lamak. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UD. Wijaya Kusuma adalah adanya pelaku usaha sejenis sehingga menciptakan persaingan yang ketat bagi UMKM pengrajin lamak. Solusi yang dapat diberikan yaitu : 1) Memberikan pembinaan mengenai inovasi produk, 2) Memberikan pengetahuan teknologi informasi untuk melakukan promosi penjualan melalui media online. Solusi tersebut diharapkan dapat diterapkan sehingga bisa menarik daya jual melalui inovasi produk yang dilakukan dan mampu melakukan promosi online sehingga dapat menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen. Kata kunci : lamak, inovasi produk, pemasaran dan promosi online.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the total cash turnover ratio (Cash Turn Over), to determine the total credit turnover ratio (Credit Turn Over) and to determine the total receivable turnover ratio (Receivable Turn Over) at the Penglatan Traditional Village Credit Institution. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The location of this research was carried out in the LPD of the Penglatan Traditional Village. The data needed in this study is secondary data, namely the financial statements of the Penglatan Traditional Village LPD for the Year 2019-2021. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis techniques. The results show that based on the calculation of the Cash Turn Over Ratio, Credit Turn Over Ratio and Receivable Turn Over Ratio are still below the standard, which means that the Penglatan Traditional Village LPD has not been able to maximize the use of capital. Meanwhile, the Profitability Ratio calculation based on the calculation results shows a fairly high result, which means that the Penglatan Traditional Village LPD can maximize the use of capital.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di CV. Bali Pure Home Industry yang dimana perusahaan ini memproduksi aneka produk herbal seperti minyak, teh, lulur, sabun ,makanan dan minuman. Bahan pembuatannya juga menggunakan bahan – bahan alami seperti kelapa, kunyit, jahe, daun kelor, bunga telang, sereh. Dalam produksinya, target yang bisa dicapai sekitar 50 sampai 60 buah di setiap masing – masing produk yang dibuat dan bisa berkurang tergantung kinerja karyawan. Sehingga hal ini termasuk salah satu aspek permasalahan yang ada CV. Bali Pure Home Industry yaitu aspek sumber daya manusia. Pada aspek MSDM CV. Bali Pure Home Industry sering merekrutmen karyawan baru yang disebabkan karena karyawan yang kurang teliti dan tidak efektif dalam bekerja, sedangkan dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha sangatlah dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, sehingga proses produktivitas diperusahaa bisa berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Atas permasalahan tersebut, karyawan diberikan pelatihan tentang pentingnya kedisiplinan dalam dunia kerja,serta memberikan pelatihan terkait ketelitian dalam mengerjakan pekerjaan untuk meminimalaisir kesalahan yang terjadi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pemilik usaha CV. Bali Pure Home Industry lebih teliti dalam merekrut karyawan baru,dan diutamakan merekrut yang sudah lebih berpengalaman dibidang yang dibutuhkan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, MSDM, Efektif, Herbal

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of promotion, service quality and corporate image on sales volume at PT Bintang Sidoraya Buleleng Regency. The technique used in this study is a questionnaire with a measuring instrument in the form of a rating scale of 1-5 and the determination of the sample in this study using the slovin formula, namely as many as 65 customer stores from PT Bintang Sidoraya Buleleng Regency. The data analysis techniques used are Classical Assumption Test analysis, Data Description Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), Simultaneous Significance Test (F Test), Individual Significance Test (T Test), using computer program assistance (SPSS). ) Version 26.00 for Windows. The results of the analysis show that promotion has a significant positive effect on sales volume with the result (2.892) with a t-count value greater than t-table (1.670). Service quality has a significant positive effect on sales volume with the result (4,742) with a value greater than t-table (1,670). Company image has a significant positive effect on sales volume with the result (5.416) with a t-count value greater than t-table (1.670). Abstract

This study aims to determine how the analysis of Comparative Studies of Entrepreneurial Success in VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) Entrepreneurs in Buleleng Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques using structured interview techniques to extract information and documentation techniques to collect a number of documents as information data material, namely sound recordings and photographs to make conclusions and data analysis. The source triangulation technique is used as a data validity technique by asking several questions to the sources so that conclusions can be drawn from the answers that have been given. Data analysis techniques used in this study using SWOT analysis, namely strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats. The results of the study analyzed the entrepreneurial success of VCO products in Buleleng Regency from internal and external factors, which is said to be successful is Bali Pure VCO. From the S-O strategy where this strategy uses the strengths of the company, to take advantage of its great opportunities. This can be seen from the situation and condition of the company that is being run, which has followed the development of technology by using large industrial machines and unique packaging techniques and maintained sterilization. In addition, Bali Pure products have also innovated a lot by utilizing coconut fruit not only as pure coconut oil but also as a bath soap product with a variety of natural aromas
