Abstract

Sun Life Financial Syariah Tangerang City Branch is a financial services company that provides a variety of products including waqf products for insurance benefits. The fundamental challenge in optimizing waqf programs in Indonesia is that understanding of the waqf law is good and right by some people, some people do not know about waqf money / cash, lack of socialization about endowments of insurance benefits. this requires PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah needs a special strategy to attract public interest in waqf products The formulation of the problems that can be raised in this study are (1) how the waqf product marketing strategy carried out by PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah Tangerang City Branch, (2) how the SWOT analysis that affects marketing strategies based on internal and external factors at PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah in marketing waqf products. The purpose of this study are (1) To find out the application of waqf product marketing strategies at PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah Tangerang City Branch, (2) to find out the results of the SWOT analysis that affects the marketing strategy based on internal and external factors. The method used in this study is a qualitative method which is a research procedure that produces data from direct interviews in the form of written or oral words from the parties concerned then analyzed using SWOT analysis. From the results of the research, the waqf product marketing strategy undertaken by PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah Tangerang City Branch namely marketing strategies through agents, and marketing strategies through collaboration with institutions. The result of the SWOT analysis is the strategy adopted by the company is the strategy of concentration through vertical integration (cell 1), growth through concentration can be achieved through vertical integration by means of backward integration (taking over the supplier function) or by means of forward integration (taking over the distributor function). This is the main strategy for companies that have strong competition in high-attraction industries.

Abstract

Abstract. Monopoly on Rent-Seeking and Dumping Policy in Business Ethics (Study on Muslim Economists’ Opinion). Monopoly on rent-seeking and dumping policy occurs because people leave the moral values in their business. Some people argue that business is purposive to gain the profit. Islam does not prohibit a person from doing business activity, either in the condition there is one seller (monopoly) or there are other sellers. In addition, Islam also does not prohibit a person stocking of goods for inventory purposes. The prohibition of monopoly on Rent-Seeking and dumping policy that caused of tyrannize, maltreat others, and include businesses that are not in accordance with ethics. An economic activity can be regarded as ikhtikar if it meets two conditions; first, the hoarding object is the goods of the community's needs; second; the purpose of stockpiling is to achieve profit above the normal profit.Abstrak. Monopoli Rent-Seeking dan Dumping Policy Dalam Etika Bisnis (Studi Pendapat Para Ekonom Muslim). Monopoli rent-seeking dan dumping policy terjadi didorong oleh realitas bisnis yang mengabaikan nilai-nilai moralitas. Bagi sementara pihak, bisnis adalah aktifitas ekonomi manusia yang bertujuan mencari laba semata-mata. Islam tidak melarang seseorang melakukan aktivitas bisnis, baik dalam kondisi dia merupakan satu-satunya penjual (monopoli) maupun ada penjual lain dan Islam juga tidak melarang seseorang menyimpan stok barang untuk keperluan persediaan. Aktifitas monopoli Rent-Seeking dan dumping policy merupakan suatu aktifitas ekonomi dalam bidang bisnis yang kegiatannya dilarang, karena dapat mendzalimi dan memudharatkan orang lain dan temasuk kepada bisnis yang tidak sesuai dengan etika bisnis. Akan tetapiĀ  sebuah aktifitas ekonomi baru dapat dikatakan sebagai ikhtikar jika memenuhi setidaknya dua syarat; pertama, objek penimbunan merupakan barang-barang kebutuhan masyarakat, dan kedua; tujuan penimbunan adalah untuk meraih keuntungan diatas keuntungan normal.

Abstract

One of the ways to improve the community's economy for the campus community, especially students, as the members of mentoring activities conduct annually is entrepreneurship training and mentoring in usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) activities. To the extent of increasing capabilities, seizing business opportunities, and developing their potential to become successors of business incubators who participate and take roles actively in MSME development, the Islamic Economic and Business Faculty supports economic creativity by developing various initiatives and empowerment of MSME actors. During mentoring, facilitators and business actors must analyze the stages strategically. And there are several factors for the success of business assistance, such as; 1). Broad accessibility with a companion owned, 2). The sincerity of business actors, 3). Business climate conditions that are thoroughly supportive online. And The Mini Bank FEBI, as a funder for campus entrepreneurs, finance campus community entrepreneurs, with a profit-sharing financing scheme and sharia provisions that have been set by the campus and faculty under sharia economics and sharia banking, as well as practice land of campus entrepreneurs who are in college, or who have graduated from college, supports Entrepreneurship training and mentoring in usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) activities

Abstract

The study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of stock index on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), 2) the influence of inflation, 3) the influence of exchange rate, 4) the influence of interest rate. This research uses the type of time series data with the nature of quantitative research, which thhis study uses monthly data from 2016-1018. The population used, namely the company (issuer) registered with JII and calculates the average value of the share price, so that it can get the JII stock index, determination of number of sample by using saturated sampling. Data source is secondary data were collected by browsing of financial statement OJK and website Indonesian Banking. The result of this study are: 1) Inflation does not significantly influence the JII stock index, 2) exchange rate have a significantly effect on JII stock index, 3)interest rate does not significantly influence the JII stock index
