'Aisyiyah, as one of the women's movements that has a concern for the empowerment and development of community law, feels the need to be involved in supporting increased public access to justice and legal certainty. The method used in this research is empirical legal research which combines the data obtained from library materials with data obtained from the field and then analyzed qualitatively. From the research results, it is known that the Regional Leadership of 'Aisyiyah Medan City has a special model in providing legal assistance to women in Medan City, in the form of counseling at the' Aisyiyah recitation place with more material on the defense and protection of the rights of women and children. Legal aid that is carried out tends to be non-litigation. This is in accordance with the character of the da'wah of 'Aisyiyah / Muhammadiyah, it is better to prevent than to treat it, to anticipate is better than to go to court, to make peace is better than face to face in court, because Islam teaches peace and brotherhood. If any of your brothers are at odds then reconcile the two.

The existence of a recitation curriculum is not only evidence of good management of the recitation but also an effort to produce higher quality and militant recitation outputs. Based on this, training on the preparation of the Medan City Aisyiyah recitation curriculum was carried out. The training was carried out using the lecture method by the service team and direct practice in preparing the recitation curriculum. The training was attended by 31 delegates from the Medan City Aisyiyah Branch Manager and 6 members of the Medan City Aisyiyah Regional Leadership Tablighi Assembly. After the training, participants have been able to develop a recitation curriculum. This dedication is important in order to achieve a better recitation management and quality of recitation.

Marriage or marriage is a sunnatullah commanded by Allah SWT. The command to marry has a very noble purpose in accordance with Maqashid sharia, namely to maintain or maintain offspring. This goal can be achieved if the implementation is in accordance with the rules that have been set by Allah SWT as the Lord who creates and makes rules so that humans remain noble.Child marriage is a marriage that is not in accordance with the rules made by Allah SWT because to achieve the purpose of marriage, responsibility is an urgent requirement. The ability of this responsibility, of course, needs to be tested for prospective husbands and wives. Liability will be subject to legal burden, be held accountable for the trust received.Cases of child marriage are still common and even tend to increase, this happens because of the low knowledge and understanding of parents about religion, economic factors, association, culture, lack of knowledge of spro, unwanted marriage, and easy access for children to pornographic and pornographic sites.Child marriage is not justified by religion and the state. As a result of child marriage, there will be a loss of generations who will become leaders in the future. Child marriage does not bring benefits but brings harm to both the child himself and his family and country. Therefore, the State and the existing government should cooperate with religious organizations, related agencies and even the community to find solutions. All elements must work together to reduce or eradicate cases of child marriage, with the campaign being a child, don't have children.

Some problems that faced by the students in University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara are have not disciplined in carrying out worship, have not well behaved in conveying their aspirations, some have not dressed in accordance with Islamic law, and there are only few alumni who become Muhammadiyah cadres whom automatically expected to be active in Muhammadiyah organization. There are several factors for these situation, including the learning method practiced by Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan Lecturers (AIK) seemed monotonous and less interesting then the students feel bored to attend AIK lectures. The purpose of the study is to provide a learning method that fun and creative for AIK lecturers. In specific, the objective of the study is to detect and analyze the learning methods that have been applied by AIK lecturers in UMSU. The result after the observation has done, it was found that there were several learning methods practiced by AIK lecturers. All methods can be classified into three categories, classical, middle and modern methods.

Hakikat dakwah adalah adanya sebuah usaha yang dapat merubah seseorang dari yang belum tahu menjadi tahu, belum paham menjadi paham, dan adanya peningkatan pengamalan keagamaan objek dakwah. Pendampingan mu’allaf merupakan dakwah yang intensif yaitu perbuatan seseorang dengan cara tertentu untuk membantu kesulitan-kesulitan yang dihadapi mu’allaf dalam seluruh aspek kehidupannya untuk mencapai tujuan yakni meraih kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat. Maka yang dimaksud pendamping mu’allaf adalah orang yang dengan keahliannya tertentu diberi tugas untuk membantu kesulitan-kesulitan atau permasalah yang dihadapi mu’allaf, baik yang berkaitan dengan permasalahn spiritual (keberagamaan), psikis, ekonomi, sosial budaya. Pelatihan bertujuan untuk memperoleh para pendamping yang memiliki pemahaman ilmu agama cukup, ikhlas, berakhlak mulia, berwawasan ilmu pengetahuan, umum yang luas, bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik dan menarik. Semangat berkemajuan dan beradaban membawa dampak pada perkembangan upaya dakwah yang dilaksanakan umat Islam dalam hal ini Muhammadiyah/Aisyiyah. Muhammadiyah/Aisyiyah sebagai organisasi keagamaan (dakwah), sosial dan kemasyarakatan. Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah harus menjadi yang terdepan dalam memperhatikan para mu’allaf, oleh sebab itu perlu diadakan pembinaan dan pelatihan pendampingan mu’allaf untuk menjadikan mereka sebagai seorang muslim yang taat. Sebagai organisasi dakwah amar makruf nahi munkar dan tajdid di lingkungannya, perempuan Aisyiyah terpanggil membina dan membimbing kelompok mu’allaf. Ini menunjukkan ghirah kuat untuk memberikan pencerahan kepada masyarakat luas di bawah Pimpinan Daerah ‘Aisyiyah Kabupaten Karo.

The nature of communication is the process of delivering messages from the messenger (communicator) to the recipient of the message (communicant). So that the process requires a strategy so that the message can be easily received by the recipient of the message. Every human being must make communication, especially when in an organization. Along with the development of the quality age of the communicator, in this case all members of the Regional Leadership ‘Aisyiyah North Sumatra who are business cadres must be upgraded in their capabilities and quality. Especially in carrying out the mandate and vision and mission ‘Aisyiyah. So there is no longer a mindset that assumes that those who have the ability to preach especially before the public are only the duty of those who are in the Tabligh Assembly and the Da'wah Council only. DONOR ANGGOTA TUBUH (TRANSPLANTASI) MENURUT HUKUM ISLAM (Upaya Mengidentifikasi Masalah dan Mencari Dalil-Dalilnya) Rasta Kurniawati Br. Pinem

Salah satu dari berbagai macam perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi tersebut adalah “Donor Anggota Tubuh” yang dikenal dalam dunia kedokteran adalah transplantasi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menjawab permasalahan-permasalahan terkait kedudukan hukum transplantasi dalam Hukum Islam, perbuatan ini termasuk kategori muamalah. Berdasarkan dalil-dalil Al-Quran, Hadis, Kaidah Fiqhiah, Kaidah Ushuliah maupun pendapat Ulama Hukum Islam, bahwahukum transplantasi terbagi menjadi dua : boleh dan tidak boleh. Boleh jika ada kemaslahatan yang dapat diperoleh dari transplantasi tersebut. Adapun alasan kebolehannya adalah apabila organ tubuh itu miliknya sendiri, karena meskipun tubuh merupakan titipan dari Allah, manusia diberi wewenang untuk memanfaatkannya dengan mempergunakanya, sebagai harta. Namun kebolehan mendonorkan sebagian organ tubuh tidak bersifat mutlak, tetapi muqayyad. Artinya, kebolehan itu dengan beberapa persyaratan, diantaranya adalah jika dilakukan oleh orang yang telah dewasa dan berakal sehat. Sedangkan anak kecil tidak dibolehkan mendonorkan organ tubuhnya karena ia tidak tahu persis kepentingan dirinya. Begitu pula, seorang wali tidak boleh mendonorkan organ tubuh anak kecil dan orang gila yang di bawah perwaliannya, disebabkan keduanya tidak mengerti. Namun tidak boleh melakukan trasplantasi jika transplantasi tersebut dilakukan hanya sebagian organ tubuh yang justru akan menimbulkan dharar (bahaya) dan kesengsaraan bagi dirinya atau bagi seseorang yang mempunyai hak tetap atas dirinya. Tidak diperkenankan juga seseorang mendonorkan organ tubuh yang hanya satu-satunya dalam tubuhnya, misalnya hati atau jantung, karena tidak mungkin dapat hidup tanpa adanya organ tubuh tersebut dan tidak diperkenankan menghilangkan dharar dari orang lain dengan menimbulkan dharar pada dirinya.

There are so many cases related to women's rights that have not been touched by law with no assistance, for example; cases of violence against women, sexual harassment, pornography, porno-action which in this case involve the public. Then also in the form of private (civil) marriages, inheritance, parenting rights, neglect of women's rights in divorce, iddah, mut'ah, marital properties, rights of living, custody, including civil rights related to birth certificates that are still has a legal vacuum. There has been an increasing in divorce cases by 2,000 cases in 2018 and 2019. In 2020 this even increased from the previous two years, divorce cases until the end of August 2020, had reached 1,934 cases. This is certainly will increase until the end of December 2020. It shows that the rights and protection of women in the household have not been fulfilled. Aisyiyah needs to increase the role in this legal assistance.The methodology used to determine the commitment of the Pimpinan Daerah Aisyiyah Medan in providing legal assistance and guidance for women by distributing questionnaires to all branches of Aisyiyahin Medan. The respondent’s answers to the questions listed in the questionnaire were processed into data and analyzed and then concluded in this paper.The results of the questionnaire indicated that guidance in the field of law for women in Medan was continuously carried out. The implementation of the mentoring and coaching is scheduled to be carried out in the recitation of all branches of 'Aisyiyahin Medan. However, based on the observations, there is needed for evaluation in terms of several material aspects and their implementation. These commitments willcontinuously in the form of litigation and non-litigation, also conducting socialization of laws and legal counseling related to protecting women's rights. Totally there are 30 branches of 'Aisyiyah in Medan who were coordinated under the Law and Human Rights Council provided socialization and legal counseling which was carried out in rotation at the recitation of the'Aisyiyah.Keywords: Commitment, 'Aisyiyah, Coaching, Legal Assistance
