Abstract

In this study, the authors applied a method in the computer information base system (CBIS), the Preference Selection Index, or known as the PSI method. It aims to produce a preference index of each employee, which later the index value is used as a measure of employee performance so it is known as the Employee Performance Index. Alternative data from the study the author uses 30 data as samples to be calculated Employee Performance Index. In addition to employee data, the author also uses several criteria in measuring the Employee Performance Index, such as discipline, loyalty, years of service, sanctions and reprimands, education. These criteria greatly affect the assessment of employee performance index. It is expected that the results of the measurement provide the right decision for employees in calculating the Employee Performance Index.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image and life style on consumer purchasing decisions at Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. The sample used in this study was 98 respondents clothing stores in Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. Probability sampling with accidental sampling approach is used as a sampling technique. Quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS analysis tool version 20.0. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. Life style has a negative and no significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions in Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. Product quality, brand image and life style have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at Metropolitan Mall Bekasi.

Abstract

Komitmen organisasi karyawan diduga secara signifikan mempengaruhi budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan dalam suatu organisasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survey pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Karawang, Jawa Barat dari Juni sampai Agustus 2009. Sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 108 orang yang secara random dipilih dari total populasi sebanyak 540 pegawai paramedis negeri.Data yang dikumpulkan secara terpisah, kemudian responden mengisi kuesioner. Analisis jalur digunakan untuk menganalisis data statistic inferensia.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh langsung dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, tapi pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui motivasi kerja tidak terbukti.Temuan penelitian merekomendasikan bahwa budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan dalam suatu organisasi sebagai penentu penting komitmen organisasi karyawan.  Keywords : Organizational culture, Leadership style, Work Motivation, Commitment

Abstract

Research objectives to test the influence of E-CRM and e-service quality against customer loyalty with satisfaction as a intervening variable. The research object is the customer PT. Kidang Rangga Mebel Jakarta with a sample of 160 customers. Types of quantitative research by spreading questionnaires. The method of research path analysis with the analysis tool is SEM with the help of Amos version 20.0. It was found that e-CRM and e-service quality have positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty of PT. Kidang Rangga Mebel Jakarta. Satisfaction positively and significantly influence the customer loyalty of PT. Kidang Rangga Mebel Jakarta. Contentment of partial mediation the influence of E-CRM and e-service quality to customer loyalty PT. Kidang Rangga Mebel Jakarta.

Abstract

This type of research uses explanatory models that combine quantitative and qualitative research models. In collecting data using observation techniques, study documents, questionnaires and interview techniques. Data analysis uses relative frequency distribution analysis. Abstract

Technology at this time is very influential in helping humans in their daily lives both in the household, industrial and personal activities. E-Commerce is an online buying and selling activity that is marketed through online sites, social media or web sites. JNE is the largest company in Indonesia in freight forwarding services that gets a big profit because of E-Commerce, because the more people who use the internet the greater the chance for companies to make E-Commerce and one of them JNE makes E-Commerce within the scope of buying and selling food in Website form with the title PESONA (Souvenir Order) which aims to facilitate the public in buying souvenirs or snacks typical food from every corner of the archipelago in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of financial performance on 3 SKPDs, namely the Secretariat of the Karawang Regency People's Representative Council, the Karawang Regency Regional Inspectorate and the Karawang Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in 2022 in terms of regional financial management, accountability and transparency. The sample used in this research was 3 SKPD employees with a total of 99 out of a total population of 187 employees. The data analysis method used is a descriptive verification method using primary data types and an analysis method using path analysis. The results of research on correlation analysis show that there is a significant relationship between regional financial management and accountability but has a low level of relationship, there is a significant relationship between accountability and transparency but has a low level of relationship and there is no significant but positive relationship between regional financial management with transparency because it has a very low level of relationship. Meanwhile, the results of path analysis research show that regional financial management partially influences the regional financial performance of Karawang Regency because it has an influence of 13.64%, accountability partially influences the regional financial performance of Karawang Regency because it has an influence of 5.63% and transparency partially influences the regional financial performance of Karawang Regency because it has an influence of 8.55%. Based on the overall results, it shows that regional financial management, accountability and transparency simultaneously influence the regional financial performance of Karawang Regency because it amounts to 27.8% while the remaining 72.2% is the contribution of other variables not studied (ԑ).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh COVID-19 terhadap risiko kredit pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) di Priangan Timur. Angka mortalitas akibat COVID-19 digunakan sebagai proksi COVID-19 yang diperoleh dari Pikobar, sedangkan rasio Non-Performing Loans (NPL) digunakan untuk menggambarkan risiko kredit BPR pada tahun 2021 – 2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis pemilihan model melalui uji chow, uji hausman, dan lagrage multiplier, selanjutnya dilakukan uji heteroskedastisitas dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kematian akibat COVID-19 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan NPL pada BPR di Priangan Timur
