Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the process of learning mathematics with active learning methods of type Groupto Group Exchange. Group to Group Exchangeis able to increase motivation and learning outcomes in learning mathematic on VIIA class of MTsMa’arif Pekutan Kebumen. Type of this research is classroom action research. Subjects of this study were students of VIIA grade ofMTsMa’arif Pekutan Kebumen as many as 18 student. The object of this study are the motivation and learning outcomes of mathematics with mathematic a llearning method Group to Group Exchange (GGE). The results showedthat the motivation and learning outcomes has increased. This is shown by an increase in the average of motivation percentage of students for each cycle. In the precycle average of student motivation in precentage is 61.40%, and increased to 70.19% in the first cycle. Then in the second cycle increased again became 80.28%. the average of student learning out comeson the precycle is 64.50 with average of completeness 38.88% from 18 students. On the first cycle increased to 73.61 with average of completeness 66.67% and than on the second cycles increased to78.08 with average of completeness 83.33%.

Abstract

Teguh Raharja, Agus Yulianto, S.H., M.H., Haru Parmadi, S.H., M.H Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya Email: teguhraharja65@gmail.com   ABSTRAK Dalam peningkatan keselamatan perlintasan jalur kereta api dengan jalan, penelitian ini dilakukan di jalur perlintasan Balen Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hal yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah karena seringnya terjadi kecelakaan di perlintasan sebidang antara jalur kereta api dengan jalan, khusunya di jalur perlintasan Balen Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sosio legal, sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan yuridis sosisologis yang kemudian dihubungkan dengan suatu penafsiran gramatikal untuk menganalisis teori Negara Hukum, kewenangan,  Peraturan Menteri. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efektivitas pasal 37 peraturan menteri perhubungan Nomor PM 94 Tahun 2018 dalam pengelolaannya tidak efektif dan kurang baik akan faktor pemberian sarana prasarana keselamatan dan faktor kebiasaan masyarakat yang cenderung kurang memperhatikan keselamatan, Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, pengelolaan, peningkatan keselamatan,perlintasan sebidang   ABSTRACT In improving the safety of railroad crossings with roads, this research was conducted at the Balen crossing, Bojonegoro Regency. The background of this research is that there are frequent accidents at level crossings between the railroad and the road, especially at the Balen crossing, Bojonegoro Regency. This study uses the socio-legal method, while the juridical and sociological approach is then connected with a grammatical interpretation to analyze the theory of the rule of law, authority, and ministerial regulations. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of article 37 of the regulation of the minister of transportation Number PM 94 of 2018 in its management is ineffective and inadequate in terms of providing safety infrastructure and community habits that tend to pay less attention to safety Keywords: Effectiveness, management, increased safety, level crossing
