Abstract

Background: The effort to control mosquitoes can be done by terminating the life cycle of mosquitoes, eradication of the larval sadium, namely larvicides. Rambutan leaves (Nephelium lappaceum L.) contain tannin compounds, saponins. Saponins are destroying red blood cells through the reaction of hemolysin, are toxic to cold-blooded animals, including cold-blooded insects, one of the insects that often interfere with human life is mosquitoes.Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the extract of rambutan leaves on the death of Aedes aegypti larvae Methods: This research is an experimental research. The object of research was Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. The study was conducted at the writer home of Lamjamee Village, Banda Aceh. Research time is August 23-25, 2017. Type of research is an experimental study that is the effect of rambutan leaf extract  on the death of Aedes aegypti larvae. The object of research is the population of Aedes aegypti larvae. The research subjects taken were Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae that lived because of the administration of rambutan leaf extract with a concentration of 5%, 10%, 15%. Statistical data analysis used Anova LSD test.Results: The results showed that the death of Aedes aegypti larvae by using rambutan leaf extract (Nephelium lappaceum L.) dose of 5% with an average of 19.7. Dose 10% had an average of 34.3, and a dose of 15% of the average mortality was 43.7. There is a significant difference between each dose of the mortality rate of Aedes aegypti larvae, with a value of F= 28.1 (F-count > F-table = 4.07).Conclusion: Various concentrations of the three treatments of rambutan leaf extract namely 5%, 10% and 15% are very effective against the death of Aedes aegypti larvae. Suggestions, can be used and practiced in everyday life, so as to reduce the use of chemical insecticides.

Abstract

Upaya pembangunan kesehatan adalah pengendalian vektor terutama lalat rumah sebagai penyebab menularnya penyakit sehingga perlu diupaya pengendalian. Salah satu tindakan pengendalian lalat rumah dapat dengan menggunakan kertas perekat dan umpan lalat karena bahan tersebut mudah ditemukan dan mudah pemakaiannya. Metode penelitian adalah pra eksperimen berdesain The Static Group Comporation. Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan pengukuran parameter. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji T-test. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dalam 3 kali replikasi adalah 168 ekor yang mati pada umpan lalat dan 64 ekor yang tertangkap pada perekat lalat, Hasil statistik mempunyai nilai p= 0,000, maka terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna dalam penggunaan perekat lalat dan umpan lalat dalam pengendalian Musca domestica. Kesimpulan penelitian terdapat perbedaan dalam penggunaan perekat lalat dan umpan lalat dalam pengendalian Musca domestica, dimana umpan lalat ternyata lebih efektif.

Abstract

Es campur merupakan salah satu makanan jajanan yang sangat umum dimasyarakat. Es campur yang dijual bebas dipasar mempunyai kandungan zat warna yang sangat berbahaya bagi masyarakat. Rendahnya pengetahuan pedagang serta tindakan mereka berdampak negatif bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan pengetahuan dan tindakan pedagang es campur terhadap penggunaan bahan kimia di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian menggunakan desain potong lintang yang dilakukan pada 23 pedagang es campur di Kota Banda Aceh. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data pengetahuan, tindakan dan data penggunaan bahan kimia. Pengumpulan data dlakukan secara wawancara dan pengujian laboratorium. Uji statistik yaitu fisher ecxact test pada CI95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rendahnya pengetahuan (60,9%) dan tindakan (69,6%) pada pedagang, serta tingginya kandungan Rhodamin pada es campur (52,2%). Pengentahuan dan tindakan pedagang mempunyai hubungan signifikan dengan tingginya kandungan bahan kimia pada es campur (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan, rendahnya pengetahuan dan kurang baiknya tindakan pedagang sangat signifikan terhadap tingginya kandungan bahan kimia Rhodamin B pada es campur. Saran, perlu penyuluhan dan pembinaan secara rutin kepada pedagang tentang bahaya zat warna non pangan dan akibatnya terhadap kesehatan. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, tindakan, Rhodamin B, es campur  Ice mix is one of the most common food snacks in the community. The mixed free-mixed ice on the market has a very dangerous dye content for the community. The low knowledge of traders, as well as their actions, have a negative impact on consumers. This study aims to measure the correlation of knowledge and action of the merchant of mixed ice against the use of chemicals in Banda Aceh. The study used a cross-sectional design performed on 23 ice-mix traders in Banda Aceh City. The data collected includes data on knowledge, action, and data on the use of chemicals. Data collection was conducted by interview and laboratory testing. The statistical test is Fisher exact test at CI95%. The results showed low knowledge (60.9%) and action (69.6%) on traders, as well as the high content of Rhodamine on mixed ice (52.2%). Trader's knowledge and actions have a significant relationship with the high chemical content in the mixed ice (p <0.05). Conclusion, low knowledge and lack of merchant action are very significant to the high content of Rhodamin B chemicals on the mixed ice. Advice, need counseling and guidance on a regular basis to the trader about the dangers of non-food dyes and the consequences on health. Keywords: Knowledge, action, Rhodamine B, mixed ice

Abstract

Food is one of the principal ingredients in the framework of the growth and life of the nation and has an important role in national development. Control of factors premises, equipment, people and food enabling poor health disorders or food poisoning. The research method is descriptive with samples of food processing power as many as seven (7) people. The data collection conducted interviews using a questionnaire and checklist. Data analysis was performed manually and presented into a frequency distribution table. The results were obtained personal hygiene qualified only by 43,0%, processing methods eligible is still low (29,0%). Sanitation equipment is generally eligible (86,0%), and sanitary processing sites still little qualified (29,0%). Additionally, hygienic way of packaging is good is qualified by 86%. The conclusion shows that there are many circumstances in patent bakery bread factory production is still less qualified. Suggested to the factory owner in order to provide training to employees to further hone their knowledge in order to create quality bread eligible. Keywords: Hygiene, sanitation, and processing of bread

Abstract

Hygiene dan sanitasi tidak dapat dipisahkan satu dengan yang lain karena erat kaitannya. Misalnya hygiene sudah baik karena mau mencuci tangan, tetapi sanitasinya tidak mendukung karena tidak cukup tersedia air bersih, maka mencuci tangan tidak sempurna. Industri tahu merupakan industri kecil yang pada umumnya dikelola dalam bentuk industri rumah tangga, sehingga perkembangannya selalu dihadapkan dengan permasalahan yang menyangkut bahan baku yaitu kedelai, ketersediaan, dan kualitas faktor produksi, tingkat keuntungan, pemasaran serta permodalan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional Yaitu observasi yang melibatkan peneliti atau observer secara langsung dalam kegiatan pengamatan di lapangan. Jadi, peneliti bertindak sebagai observer, artinya peneliti merupakan bagian dari kelompok yang ditelitinya. Hasil Hygiene dan sanitasi industri tahu  di tinjau dari sarana penggunaan pemilihan bahan makanan usaha industri tahu, apabila telah memenuhi semua syarat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, hygiene dan sanitasi industri tahu telah memenuhi semua syarat. Diharapkan pihak industri tahu meyediakan sarana prasarana yang mendukung untuk mendapat kualitas makanan yang baik.Kata Kunci: Bahan makanan, hygiene dan sanitasi, industri tahu

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of the Web-Based Student Attendance Monitoring Management Information System through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The use of a web-based system in student attendance management offers various advantages, including ease of access, increased recording accuracy, and the ability to provide real-time notifications to parents. This study collects literature from 2019 to 2024 that is relevant to this topic through Google Scholar and is evaluated using predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the main features of the system include digital attendance recording, structured attendance data management, and attendance notifications for parents. This system has been shown to improve the efficiency of school administration and parental involvement, although there are challenges related to internet access and data security. In conclusion, the Web-Based Student Attendance Monitoring Management Information System makes a significant contribution to increasing the transparency and effectiveness of student attendance management, while facing several technical challenges that need to be considered in its implementation.
