Abstract

This study analyzes several variables that influence patient satisfaction in the Women's andChildren's Hospital in Malang Medika Ganesha. These variables are the cost of care andservices. By taking a sample of 71 responden questionnaire results that came to Mother andChild Hospital Medika Ganesha, and the data processed using multiple linear regression byusing SPSS software version 11.5, the result is: that most large service charge effect on patientsatisfaction with regression coefficients by 0775, while the services affecting patientsatisfaction for 0318. These results prove that the patient would be satisfied to come toWomen's and Children's Hospital Ganesha Medika, when applied to the cost of hospitalservices in accordance with their capabilities.Keywords: cost of service, quality of care, patient satisfaction.
