Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the emotional intelligence which consists of social awareness, self management, social awareness, and relationship management toward the contextual performance.This research used quantitative method with double regression analyzes.  The respondent was 45 teachers. From the research is gotten that the emotional intelligence and teachers contextual performance is good enough and very good and the variable of emotional intelligence influences significantly toward the teacher’s contextual performance. It means, the dependent variable namely emotional intelligence ( social awareness, self management, empathy, and  relationship management) can explain the independent variable ( contextual performance) is bigger than another variable out of this research. So, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence influences the teacher’s contextual performance.     Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kecerdasan emosional yang terdiri dari kesadaran sosial, manajemen diri, kesadaran sosial, dan manajemen hubungan terhadap kinerja kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Respondennya adalah 45 guru. Dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa kecerdasan emosi dan kinerja kontekstual guru cukup baik dan sangat baik serta variabel kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja kontekstual guru. Artinya, variabel dependen yaitu kecerdasan emosional (social awareness, self management, empathy, dan relationship management) dapat menjelaskan variabel independen (kinerja kontekstual) lebih besar dari variabel lain dari penelitian ini. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosi mempengaruhi kinerja kontekstual guru.

Abstract

The tourism industry has become one of the sectors whose operations have been hampered due to the pandemic. Since the enactment of the new normal in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, several tourist attractions have been active again, including the Mount Kelud tourist area located in Kediri Regency. The problem is how the tourism sectors in the Kelud mountain area can regain tourist interest and loyalty after actively operating again. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to examine the destination image factor, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) factor which in this case refers to tourists, and tourist satisfaction with tourist loyalty to the Gunung Kelud tourist area, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses multiple linear regression method to 320 respondents. The results of the data distribution statement obtained, amounting to 3.15 which falls into the required scale category. From the modeling results, the regression value of the destination image decreased by 0.57%, customer relationship management increased by 12.1% and satisfaction increased by 30.9%. Partially, the destination image is worth 2,702 units, customer relationship management is 1,982 units and tourist satisfaction is 6,903 units for the loyalty of Mount Kelud tourists. Meanwhile, simultaneously that Destination Image, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction are worth 21,402 units.

Abstract

Teaching is an interactive process, mostly involving classroom talk which takes place between teacher and students in certain definable activity. Speaking is one of the skills must be mastered by students as a foreign language. And teaching speaking is a process of giving help to the students to expressing their idea, taught, feeling, or practicing communication by using English. Teaching speaking is activity carried out by teachers and useful to train students to speak. Speaking is one tool to communicate with others people. Group Investigation is one of method that uses to learn speaking. The purpose of the research is (1) to describe the application group investigation (GI) in speaking class by an English lecturer, (2) to describe the students’ response to the application of group Investigation (GI). The research design applied in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this research is fourth semester students at English education department of UNP Kediri, consists of 22 students. The data used is questionnaire. This research is about the application of Group Investigation in speaking class. The teacher divided into small groups, choose sub-topic, investigation and discussion, and then presentation and evaluation. The result of questionnaire shows that 75% almost all of students answer strongly agree. It means that the application of group investigation in speaking class is very useful and helpful for the students to learn speaking. It can be concluded that the application of group investigation in speaking class was successful and it supports the theory.

Abstract

Upaya mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik dapat dilakukan dengan pra tes dan pasca tes. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk merencanakan upaya tersebut. Tahapan yang dilakukan dengan meninjua lokasi kegiatan, alur kegiatan selama 3 hari, menyiapkan materi soal dan materi yang disampaikan saat kegiatan. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan diskusi intens kepada 40 peserta pada notifikasi tugas, pengajar menyiapkan waktu diskusi 10 – 20 menit tentang tugas dan memantau untuk mengulangi kegiatan ini dalam rangka meningkatkan dampak positif pasca tes. Dari ketiga target kegiatan telah terpenuhi sesuai hasil dan menciptakan upaya yang tepat.

Abstract

This study seeks the relationship of intrinsic motivation and academic procrastination with learning systems. The research phase began with the distribution of questionnaires to 40 students who participated in Islamic religious education learning. The test performed is a chi-square with a contingency of 2 x 2. The findings obtained were the relationship between intrinsic motivation and the learning system of 8.496 with a significant of 0.048 < 0.05 using an intrinsic motivation improvement strategy with an intense communication model for student complaints and tasks given. Efforts to relationship academic procrastination with the learning system amounted to 4.273 with a significant of 0.047 < 0.05 using intrinsic motivation strategies in the form of value benefits, project assignments had the opportunity to participate in scientific work and discussion of student complaints.

Abstract

Speed must be balanced with Islamic values. This balance is needed by the mother's role in educating her children about Islam. This study aims to examine the relationship of faith, worship, and noble character with Islamic values. This study uses the chi-square test of each variable used. Testing relationships without using group data. This finding is that there is no relationship to the mother's role in faith and worship. Abstract

mahasiswa dari seluruh Indonesia. Pendidikan yang baik memiliki peran penting untuk menghadapi revolusi ilmu pengetahuan yang semakin dinamis di era society 5.0. Di era digital ini, peran digital juga memberikan dampak yang besar dalam membentuk akidah dan akhlak generasi muda. Paradigma Qur’ani dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar dan menciptakan lulusan yang berintegritas serta bertanggung jawab tinggi di masyarakat. Proses pembelajaran dengan model keislaman yang menerapkan sistem pendidikan Islam sangat erat dengan konsep rasa tanggung jawab. Penelitian yang menerapkan paradigma Qur’ani pada mahasiswa teknik sipil semester 2 Universitas Kadiri bertujuan untuk meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan chi-square kelompok kendali dan berlangsung dari 12 Agustus 2023 hingga 31 Agustus 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara Rasa Tanggung Jawab Belajar (X1) dan Paradigma Qur’ani (Y) pada mahasiswa tersebut. Untuk meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab belajar, mahasiswa perlu dilibatkan dalam pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih interaktif, proyek eksternal campus, dan feedback secara konsisten dan terarah. Sedangkan untuk mengimplementasikan paradigma Qur'ani, mahasiswa dapat mengikuti seminar dan diskusi nilai-nilai Islam, menjalin kerjasama dengan organisasi terkait, dan dosen memberikan bahan pengajaran yang berisi tentang nilai-nilai Islam. Penerapan strategi-strategi tersebut dapat meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab belajar dan mengimplementasikan paradigma Qur'ani dalam kehidupan mahasiswa sehari-hari.
