Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis implementasi pembiayaan qard yang diterapkan di bank wakaf mikro al-Fitrah Wava Mandiri Surabaya dikaitkan dengan fatwa MUI nomor 19 tahun 2001. Letak signifikansi penelitian ini berada pada kajian relevansi praktik qard pada lembaga wakaf tersebut dan praktik yang diterapkan untuk memanfaatkan atau mengembangkan wakaf produktif menjadi aset wakaf yang bermanfaat untuk masyarakat. Kajian ini penting dilakukan mengingat banyaknya lembaga wakaf yang kesulitan menjalankan akad qard dalam rangka mengembangkan aset yang ada. Untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang sistematis, penelitian ini didekati secara kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan informan yaitu manager, asisten manager, administrasi dan nasabah Bank Wakaf Mikro Al Fitrah Wava Mandiri Surabaya. Maka ditemukan beberapa hal penting, yaitu implementasi pembiayaan qard dalam mengembangkan usaha mikro di Bank Wakaf Mikro Al Fitrah Wava Mandiri sesuai dengan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No: 19/DSN-MUI/IV/2001. Proses pembiayaan qard melalui 3 tahapan diantaranya Pra PWK (Pelatihan Wajib Kelompok), PWK dan UPK (Ujian Pengesahan Kelompok). Pelatihan wajib diikuti oleh calon nasabah sebelum melakukan proses pembiayaan di Bank Wakaf Mikro Al Fitrah Wava Mandiri Surabaya. Hal tersebut bertujuan agar calon nasabah mengetahui akan program-program Bank Wakaf Mikro. Proses pembiayaan qard menggunakan pola 2–2-1 dan tanggung renteng. Pola 2–2–1 berfungsi untuk mengutamakan nasabah yang membutuhkan dana. Tanggung renteng digunakan apabila nasabah tidak mengikuti pertemuan mingguan maka semua angsuran ditanggung oleh kelompok. Pembiayaan yang diberikan Bank Wakaf Mikro Al Fitrah Wava Mandiri Surabaya tanpa agunan, sehingga pinjaman dana yang diberikan sangat kecil. Implementasi pembiayaan qard terlaksana dengan baik sehingga berdampak baik terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove the influence of understanding of zakat and the level of religiosity on awareness of paying zakat on make up artists in the district of Tulangan Sidoarjo. In this study, the population was 34. The population in this study were Make up Artist Services (MUA) in the District of Tulangan Sidoarjo. The sampling technique in this study was using the slovin technique. Based on the total population, the total sample is 25 respondents, but only 19 respondents data can be processed. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: Understanding of Zakat and Social Environment has a significant positive effect on Awareness of Paying Zakat on Make up Artists in the Sidoarjo Region.

Abstract

One form of effort to improve the quality of institutional management is to measure the achievement of targets that have been planned. Achievement will be efficient if the input as institutional capital in running the institution makes a small contribution but gets the maximum output. The purpose of this research was to determine the efficiency level of the Amil Zakat Muhammadiyah Institute for the 2017-2020 period using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method with the Assumption of Constant Return of Scale (CRS) with input orientation. Research variabels use input and output. The input variabel component is operational costs. Personnel costs, outreach costs, and total assets. While the output variabel components are receipt of ZIS funds and distribution of ZIS funds. The results showed that in all periods from 2017-2020, efficiency performance was 100% or 1. But in 2019, Lazismu's efficiency performance earned a value of 0.977.

Abstract

This research aims at Fundraising Strategy in Increasing ZIS Funds in LAZ PERSADA East Java. One of the most important things in a zakat institution is fund raising activities. Fundraising is an activity to collect funds and other resources from the community, whether individually, in groups or organizations, where the funds will be distributed and utilized for the benefit of the mustahik. So in this case, zakat institutions must have an efficient and effective fundraising strategy so that these funds can be managed optimally. LAZ PERSADA is one of the amil zakat institutions that has succeeded in raising tens of billions of funds over the last two years, this cannot be separated from the fundraising strategy they have. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data sources come from interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the fundraising strategy implemented by LAZ Persada is broadly grouped into three, namely retail or direct collection, partnerships such as corporate social responsibility, and digital channels or indirect collection such as websites and social media.
