Abstract

Hospitalization in pediatric patients will cause children to feel anxious and stressed in various conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support to anxious responses in school-age children (6-12 years) when an IV was placed in the emergency room at Rafflesia Bengkulu Hospital. This research is a descriptive analytic study with cross sectional approach. A sample of 78 children were placed on an IV line, samples were taken using accidental sampling technique. Data were obtained using a family support questionnaire and anxiety observation sheets. Bivariate analysis uses the Chi Square formula. Univariate analysis results found 57.7% of family support is good while 42.3% of family support is not good, while the level of anxiety of children is 17.9% not worried, 43.6% mild anxiety and 38.5% moderate anxiety. Bivariate analysis found ρ value 0,000, which means there is a relationship between family support and the level of anxiety of children. Conclusion, there is a significant relationship between family support and the level of anxiety of school-age children (6-12 years) when infusion is placed. Keyword: Family Support, Child Anxiety, Hospitalization

Abstract

Patients as health service users certainly have rights that must be fulfilled by service provider facilities and by the health service personnel themselves. This study aims to see the implementation of patient rights to the services of health workers at the Regional General Hospital of M. Yunus Bengkulu. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Informants who become sources of information are patients, nurses and doctors. Data obtained by in-depth interviews and observation. The results of the study found several related themes, namely; the implementation of the informed concent which becomes an obligation every time an action will be carried out, there are several obstacles in fulfilling the patient's rights, and several legal remedies that can be taken by the patient if there are defaults related to the fulfillment of patient rights. In conclusion, the patient's rights to obtain the best possible health care from health workers are still not optimal. The efforts of patients whose rights are not fulfilled or there is a violation that causes harm to the patient, patients can report complaints and will be followed up by the hospital. Suggestions, that health workers who provide health services can serve quickly because the patient may need immediate treatment, as well as the first treatment according to the patient's needs so that it can give confidence that the treatment received is started and carried out correctly.Keywords: Patient Rights, Hospital Services, Health Personnel

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Program rehabilitasi stroke telah terbukti dapat mengoptimalkan pemulihan, sehingga penderita stroke mendapat keluaran fungsional dan kualitas hidup yang lebih baik. Masalah penelitian adalah meningkatnya angka kejadian pasien pasca stroke Di Rumah Sakit Siti Aisyah Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau. Tujuan penelitian adalah diketahui pengaruh motor relearning programme (MRP) terhadap tingkat Activity Of Daily Living (ADL) pada pasien pasca stroke di Rumah Sakit Siti Aisyah Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau.Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre eksperimen. Populasi sebanyak 282 orang dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 10 orang. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data univariat dan bivariat dengan metode statistik uji t pada taraf signifikansi 0,05.Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini adalah rata-rata Tingkat Activity Of Daily Living (ADL) Pada Pasien Pasca Stroke Sebelum Motor Relearning Programme (MRP) Di Rumah Sakit Siti Aisyah Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau yaitu 3,70. Rata-rata Tingkat Activity Of Daily Living (ADL) Pada Pasien Pasca Stroke Setelah Motor Relearning Programme (MRP) Di Rumah Sakit Siti Aisyah Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau yaitu 4,90. Ada Pengaruh Motor Relearning Programme (MRP) Terhadap Tingkat Activity Of Daily Living (ADL) Pada Pasien Pasca Stroke Di Rumah Sakit Siti Aisyah Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau dengan p value yaitu 0,000 (p<α 0,05).Simpulan : Bagi Rumah Sakit Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau diharapkan hasil ini untuk menggunakan pula modalitas terapi berupa latihan Motor Relearning Programme (MRP) sebagai salah satu modalitas terpilih untuk meningkatkan Activity Of Daily Living (ADL) Pada Pasien Pasca Stroke.Kata Kunci : Motor Relearning Programme (MRP), Activity Of Daily Living (ADL), Pasca Stroke. ABSTRACT.Baground : Stroke rehabilitation programs have been proven to optimize recovery, so that stroke survivors get a better functional outcome and quality of life.. The research problem is the increasing incidence of post-stroke patients at Siti Aisyah Hospital, Lubuklinggau City. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the motor relearning program (MRP) on the level of Activity of Daily Living (ADL) in post- stroke patients at Siti Aisyah Hospital, Lubuklinggau City.Method : The type of research used is pre-experimental. The population is 282 people and the research sample is 10 people.. Data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate data analysis with the statistical method of t test at a significance level of 0.05.Result : The results of this study are the average level of activity of daily living (ADL) in post-stroke patients before the motor relearning program (MRP) at Siti Aisyah Hospital, Lubuklinggau City, which is 3.70. The average level of activity of daily living (ADL) in post-stroke patients after the motor relearning program (MRP) at Siti Aisyah Hospital, Lubuklinggau City, is4.90. There is an Effect of Motor Relearning Program (MRP) on Activity Of Daily Living (ADL) in Post-Stroke Patients at Siti Aisyah Hospital, Lubuklinggau City with a p value of 0.000 (p<α 0.05).Conclusion :  For Siti Aisyah Hospital, Lubuklinggau City, it is hoped that these results will also use therapeutic modalities in the form of Motor Relearning Program (MRP) exercises as one of the selected modalities to increase Activity Of Daily Living (ADL) in Post-Stroke Patients. Abstract

This study discusses legal protection for people with mental disorders in health services. The purpose of this study is to determine the synchronization of legal protection arrangements for people with mental disorders and their forms of legal protection in health services in the structure of Indonesian laws and regulations. This study used normative juridical research methods The approach method used is the statutory approach (Statue Approach) and analytical approach (Analytical Approach) with the specification of research inventory of laws and regulations, legal synchronization, and legal discovery in concreto. . Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that the regulation of legal protection for people with mental disorders in health services in the structure of Indonesian laws and regulations has shown a level of synchronization. That is, the lower regulations are in accordance with the higher regulations and the higher regulations are the basis for the formation of lower regulations. Forms of legal protection for people with mental disorders in health services in the structure of Indonesian laws and regulations include: Guarantee of health service arrangements in health care facilities that are easily accessible and in accordance with mental health service standards, achieving the best quality of life and enjoying a healthy mental life, free from fear, freeing ODGJ from shackling, rehabilitation and empowerment of ODGJ, Mental health examination for defendants and victims as well as defendants and plaintiffs with indications of mental disorders for legal purposes, availability of psychopharmaceutical drugs according to their needs, obtaining approval for medical actions, honest and complete information about their mental health data, getting protection from every form of neglect, violence, exploitation,. as well as discrimination, obtaining social needs according to the level of mental illness, managing their own property, obtaining rights as patients in hospitals, equal rights as citizens and equal treatment in every aspect of life.
