Abstract

The financial performance of the Regional Public Service Agency describes the financial performance report and work performance in a certain period. This research investigates how the financial performance of the Central General Hospital Kandou Hospital and how to reform financial management to achieve good governance? This study applied descriptive qualitative methodology. The field observation was conducted by direct observations on the operational process of the financial accounting section monitors at the Kandou General Hospital. The data was collected by observations and interviews on the hospital leaders, employees, and other stakeholders. The secondary data served as a comparison material obtained from financial performance reports. Through the analysis of financial ratios based on the BLU Financial Performance Indicators, the weighting results indicate that the financial performance values of Kandou Hospital are classified as Healthy (Good).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa pada Desa Sea Satu tahun 2016-2019, hambatan yang dihadapi dalam merealisasi alokasi dana desa pada Desa Sea Satu, cara menanggulangi hambatan dalam merealisasi alokasi dana desa pada Desa Sea Satu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif eksploratif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi dan wawancara kepada unsur pemerintah desa yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan ADD. Analisis data menggunakan teknik efektivitas dan rasio kriteria efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Efektivitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa dari tahun 2016-2019 sudah berada dalam kategori efektif. Tingkat efektivitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa pada Desa Sea satu yaitu tahun 2016 (100%), 2017 (97,80%), 2018 (99,80%), dan 2019 (100%). Hambatan yang dialami dalam merealisasi alokasi dana desa pada Desa Sea Satu adalah pemahaman masyarakat terhadap ADD. Cara menanggulangi hambatan dalam merealisasi alokasi dana desa dapat dilakukan dengan pelatihan terkait pengelolaan alokasi dana desa.

Abstract

ABSTRAK< strong>< p> Penelitian ini membahas tentang Analisis Media Pembelajaran Digital Berbantuan Canva Dalam Menunjang Pembelajaran Ekonomi Di SMA Negeri 3 Tondano Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 3 Tondano akan semakin sukses bila ditunjang dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran digital yang berbantuan canva Dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran guru tentunya harus memerlukan sarana pembelajaran yang menarik Semakin lengkap dan memadai media pembelajaran digital berbantuan Canva Of Education yang dimiliki sebuah sekolah maka itu akan memudahkan guru untuk melaksanakan Proses belajar mengajar agar menjadi menarik dan tidak monoton Media pembelajaran digital berbantuan canva harus selalu di kembangkan agar dapat menunjang proses belajar mengajar< p> Kata kunci : Media Pembelajaran Digital Berbantuan Canva Dalam Menunjang Pembelajaran< em>< strong>< p> nbsp;< em>< strong>< p> nbsp;< em>< strong>< p> ABSTRACT< strong>< p> This research discusses the analysis of digital learning media assisted by Canva in supporting economic learning at SMA Negeri 3 Tondano This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques namely observation interviews and documentation with data analysis techniques through data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusions The research results show that learning at SMA Negeri 3 Tondano will be more successful if it is supported by the use of digital learning media assisted by Canva In organizing learning teachers must of course need interesting learning facilities The more complete and adequate the digital learning media assisted by Canva Of Education that a school has the easier it will be for teachers to carry out the teaching and learning process so that it is interesting and not monotonous Canva assisted digital learning media must always be developed so that it can support the teaching and learning process< p> Keywords: Digital Learning Media Assisted by Canva to Support Learning< em>< strong>< p>
