Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity was carried out by lecturers from the Bachelor of Management Program at Universitas Pamulang as a tangible contribution to strengthening cooperative institutional governance. The main objective of the program was to enhance the managerial capacity of the board members of the Koperasi Pemberdayaan Ummat Daarut Tauhiid (KOPMU-DT) through an intensive training focused on the four fundamental management functions: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC). The activity was conducted in person over two days, on April 19–20, 2025, at DT Peduli Banten Branch Office, Tangerang Selatan. Participants included cooperative board members, managers, and staff. The training methods used included interactive lectures, case studies, cooperative work plan simulations, and structured group discussions. These approaches were chosen to provide both theoretical understanding and practical, context-based skills. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, participants' understanding of cooperative management functions increased by 40%. Active engagement was observed throughout the sessions. Feedback collected via questionnaires and closing discussions showed that 90% of participants found the training highly beneficial and applicable, and it encouraged them to adopt more professional governance practices. Participants also proposed follow-up actions such as regular technical assistance and the development of digital systems to strengthen internal control functions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan fisik dan motivasi kerja intrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT MAP aktif adiperkasa tbk divisi kidz station binttrao xchange. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu sebanyak 63 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 86,6% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (19,032 > 2,000). Dengan demikian H01 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan Lingkungan fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 92,6% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (27,685 > 2,000). Motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 1,540 + 0,307X1 + 0,655X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 58,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (590,555 > 2,760).
